“I found ISS to be one of the best price for instrument panel replacement. I also like that I could order a refurbished panel without having to first send my panel for repair. I received a like new panel installed and return my old panel with the prepaid shipping label provided. ISS has the lower price with high quality.”

“29 year Master Technican. sent CUSTOMERS cluster in for repair. get cluster back. cluster works 2 days. cluster intermittent failure returns. send cluster back in. ISS has had for a week now. no answer. no cluster. dont bother calling they wont answer. do not use this website for anything.”

“My grandson has an old 2004 Silverado handed down to him. He is as proud of it as anyone could possibly be. You know the routine, washing about 4 times a week, etc.. This dash and none of the guages working was a big issue to him. Bottom line after getting the rebuilt one from you he now has a big smile on his face. Dash lights even lightup while this was new to him being able to see the instruments at night time. I personally was shocked at the help of your instructions while this made the change out very simple. I know it eased my mind. Tickled is a good way to describe the whole experience with ISS. Returning the old cluster was a good way to keep something else out of a landfill somewhere. You guys had all the bases covered. Let me just say you hit a homerun with me and our family for sure.
