“Purchased an electronic display. Display was nice and packaged well. The website said shipped in 42 to 72 hours, however it took almost 2 weeks from time of purchase and I had to reach out to find out where it was. This would have been better with an update that shipments were delayed. Other than that very pleased.”

“I ordered a cue system for my ATS. The entire process from ordering to returning my core was seamless. I appreciated the all the communications were kept short but thorough. The cue unit looked brand new even though it is refurbished. It has worked perfectly since plugging it in. I would purchase from ISS again and recommend them to anyone in need if their services.”

“Ordering my ISS Cue replacement part was easy due to the helpful staff at ISS. The part cost about half of what Cadillace could supply me with. The part was installed by my mechanic and works perfectly. I also took advantage of the lifetime guarantee (which was not available with the Cadillac replacement Cue). 5 Stars.”

“I recently purchased a rebuilt cluster and when it arrived, it was not the one I had ordered (or, at least, not the one I thought I ordered). After several e-mails back & forth, much to my surprise, I recieved a phone call from them and they offered to exchange for the correct one. however, this new part did not work exactly right either. A phone call later and they had another one on the way. to make a long story short, the one they sent this time works great and their customer service was outstanding and has restored my faith in mankind (or rather womankind to be exact, especially a young lady named Sarah)”

“I wasn't sure of all of what ISS could provide. I purchased the wrong item. When trying to return it I was informed they had what I really needed. Of course additional fees and work for the consumer were involved. As a retired woman I was unable to do the extra step work required to take advantage of the new option. The item was returned, I was refunded with the exception of a large restock fee.”

“I recently purchased the Smart Phone Interrogation Carplay for my 2014 Cadillac CTS which is apart of the compatible cars list. I followed video and manual instructions provided and my car got connected but it was ONLY wired. With wired I wasn’t even able to hear audio when I played my music. I then tried wireless which I had a hard time trying to get to for something that’s supposed to level 4 medium installation. When I finally reached wireless my screen stopped working every time I would connect to the CarPlay. I’ve reached out to support and they just sent me to the tech support who by the way is not available!”

“My radio quit in 2015 Malibu ltz. Replacement are available yet with dealer programming required. Aftermarket who knows what what you're getting into. Took my radio out ISS repaired it . Plug and play fixed ! These folks are great 👍”

“I was very pleased with this company's service. The part I needed was exactly what I ordered and needed, and when it was installed, everything worked perfectly. The only "negative" was that the arrival of the part seemed to take a long time, maybe two weeks, so I couldn't schedule the repair until I received the part and then that took another week to get in. Overall, the experience with ISS Automotive Solutions was very satisfactory and I would use this company again.”
