“Purchased a refurbished instrument cluster for my 2004 GMC 2500HD. The cluster was an identical match, easy to install, and all gauges appear to work as they should. Shipping was longer than expected (2 weeks) and there were no installation instructions. A quick youtube search solved the problem.”

“Recieved the Cadillac Q within a few days after ordering. The unit was in excellent condition. We had it installed a few days later and it has been working perfectly. The old unit was returned using the enclosed return shipping label and we recieved our warranty email a few days later. Easy peasy. Thanks.”

“The radio/communication unit worked as planned. The service was good. The only drawback is the GPS maps are a lot older than I had in the original unit.”

“ISS was excellent to work with and they made to process seem effortless! I made my purchase online and my guages arrived(with correct shipping tracking) in the time they stated, shipping label for the core was included. Guages work great and I received the confirmation email as soon as they received my core. I would highly recommend ISS and will continue to be a customer!”

“I was able to install the radio myself. Everything connected correctly. One thing to note, my radio required dealership to unlock. The unlocking of the radio costed $90. Overall still cheaper than buying new radio from dealer.”

“I needed a new CUE unit for a 2014 Cadillac and found ISS Automotive online. These people have their act together and I strongly recommend that you check this company out! Ordering was seamless and shipping was very fast, with return labels and all pertinent information needed within the shipment. The customer service person I dealt with was excellent and provided me with all the information and direction needed. CHECK these guys out.......they are good!!!”

“Installed the instrument cluster in my 98 Chevy 1500K. Works great. At first the trip odometer was clicking so I was worried but I reset it and the clicking went away. Excellent solution compared to trying to fix each stepper motor and light one by one. Also, the service engine soon light started to work again and revealed some codes that resulted in the truck running better.”
