“Once I found out what part I needed, and where to get it, I orded it and received it in 3 days. Returned to old part to ISS Automotive Solutions and received confirmation the next day. Can think of a few companies that worked as well.”

“We received the unit quickly. After watching the video several times my husband decided it was "above his pay grade" and we found a mechanic to replace the entire unit. The mechanic thought it would take about an hour. 3 hours later it was completed. The mechanic said he had to remove the driver's seat and the passenger 's seat to get the unit. It definitely was not as easy as some people reviewed.”

“Only place that I could find to fix my instrument panel for a 1997 Pontiac Grand AM. No gauges worked when I sent it to them. All works great now. Great customer service. My only complaint was the price, but I am Satisfied. Turnaround time was about 1 week.”

“I recently purchased a replacement instrument cluster for my 2008 Ford F-150. The first one had an issue with the tachometer after two days. They readily accepted it back and sent me a replacement. The replacement has worked great for a few weeks now. Their customer service was excellent. I would use them again.”
