“The instrument cluster I ordered for my truck came quickly, I think it was the day after I ordered it, or maybe the day after that. I was able to install it myself thanks to the video on ISS Website. I'm no mechanic, just a gal who doesn't like overpaying one to do things I can probably do myself. This saved me a $140.00 per hour charge at the dealership. The return process for my old one was simple.”

“I went through "ISS Automotive Solutions" to replace the instrument cluster in my '04 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I received an exact OEM replacement instrument cluster in less than 5 days. "ISS" enabled the process of sending my old inoperative cluster as a core back to them to be stress free and as simple as mailing a letter! Utilizing the pre-paid return shipping label enclosed with the product, simply insert the old part into the sleeve the new part came in. Put that into the same box the new part came in, seal the box closed and apply the label right on top of the shipping label on the box(cover over original info addressed to you) and give it to the mailman! You will get a notification of receipt from "ISS" confirming that they have received your core. None of the hassle of paying for the cost of the core upfront and getting refunded that core cost down the road sometimes. You know what I'm referring to when I say 'hassle' of that core process. Absolutely zero hassles with "ISS Automotive Solutions". For the DIY mechanic work on up to the most devout "Motorhead", not having to go through a dealership to acquire 'specialty' parts is priceless! Thank you, "ISS Automotive Solutions"!!”

“This is a great place to get your dash cluster. The cluster I received was an exact match , odometer and odometer, was set to the correct mileage and hours. Installation was easy just unplug old one and plug new one in. Send old one back in the same box. Shipping was fast .They make it very easy . Everything works as it should, the lights are bright . It is the best deal I have found .”

“After several years of not being able to get my guages to work in my 2004 Chevy Silverado, I purchased an instrument cluster from your company & it's like a new truck to me. I now can hand it off to my son to drive with the peace of mind that he at least knows how fast he's going & how much fuel he has in the tank. “I ordered a new Cue radio, navigation unit for my room mates 2014 Cadillac XTS, it arrived fairly quickly. It was packaged well, had a local car audio shop install it. The installation took about an hour, it is working great, my room mate is so happy with it. Returning the old unit was easy. The price was amazing a few hundred dollars less expensive than some other retailers. I'm very pleased with ISS, thank you.”

“The original dash cluster in my 2004 Chev Silverado had a large number of problems: lights not working gauges giving the wrong readings etc. I ordered a new set from ISS and was thrilled that it was a simple plug-and-play. The truck looks and runs like new. Thought the price was reasonable.”

“Instrument cluster replacement on my 2003 Chevy Suburban. When temps drop below 40 degrees all my gauges stop working. Not good in Central NE! Replaced cluster with upgraded white LEDs. Only had battery disconnect for 10 mins. Replaced cluster and only the 4 small ones worked. Decided to let capacitors drain for about 45 mins and reinstalled. That did the trick. It’s a super easy swap, I would just have the battery off a bit longer than recommended. Nice product, easy Return.”
