“After searching online I found ISS, I looked at other company’s but decided to go with ISS and I am so happy that I did. My Cadillac didn’t have a Cadillac cluster in it when I purchased it, and when I ordered I paid the upgrade to go from the truck cluster to a Cadillac cluster, and ISS called me the same day just to verify that I actually needed the upgrade, and that I didn’t make a mistake. The customer service is fantastic, and the product is just as good, it looks brand new, and the lighting is perfect. 10/10 would recommend this company. I have zero negative things to say about them.”

“My experience with ISS was very positive. Starting with my initial contact with a knowledgeable and respectful person, who guided me through my initial order, to the ease of shipping back my core return as everything needed was provided with the receipt of the gauge cluster I ordered. My order was expedited and I received it two days after I ordered it. They provided cautionary measures to take during installation and it went smoothly. The gauge cluster works perfectly. I now have all the computer functions that I didn't know were being effected by my old cluster and, best of all, it eliminated the battery drain I was experiencing with my old cluster. “Needed to replace instrument cluster. ISS Automotive made it very easy to order one already configured for my vehicles VIN and Mileage. They shipped it immediately and Provided shipping materials to return my old cluster. replacement cluster worked fine. Couldn't have been an easier transaction.”

“When the Cue system touchscreen in our 2016 Cadillac SRX, was non-responsive, the dealership wanted $1500 to replace it. ISS solutions unit was a great price and it was easy to swap out. It works perfectly and we are very satisfied.”

“I received my Core Radio a few days after I ordered it, it was in excellent condition and packed well. I had it installed the next day and it worked beautifully. I have had no problems with it I thought since it was so inexpensive I would have problems, but no problems. love it”
