“I purchased the CUE Screen radio for my 2018 Cadillac ATS. I am very happy with it. Works perfectly and was easy to install. Start to finish about half an hour including finding the screw I dropped next to the seat. I mistakenly thought they sent me the wrong unit at first and immediately returned it. I sent it back beacuse the one they sent me did not have the phone charger installed in it. They then explained that I needed to remove the charger from mine and install it in the new one. Oophs! Didn't know that. They sent out another unit which is the one I installed and they did not charge me for any shipping at all. Great customer service and easy to deal with ! Thanks again !”

“I have a 2015 SRX, the Cue system went bad. Cadillac wanted $1600 to replace it. I purchased a new one from ISS Automotive for $400. Watched a YouTube video on replacing it. Took me fifteen minutes to remove and another fifteen to replace. Looks and works great. I highly recommend ISS Automotive.”

“Using issautomotive website to purchase a instrument was easy to navigate. The instrument cluster I purchased for my 2004 silverado arrived on time and worked correctly. The mileage,hours and gauges were also correct. When issautomotive received my cluster I was notified the lifetime warranty was activated.”

“The core unit I ordered was the right one when it arrived. The video referenced was not my model year so the instructions had to be looked up on YouTube. I ordered the trim removal tool, very important. It took mush longer than estimated, about 2 hours. Unit worked perfectly once hooked up & installed.”

“Wonderful product! I used the replacement process for my Silverado 2500hd instrument cluster. The return process was painless and easy, as the return label was included. Received instrument cluster with white LED upgrade. Absolutely love the LED backlighting. It's great having gauges that all work again.”
