“Ordered the Dash Cluster replacement for our 2004 Envoy. They made ordering easy - It came quickly packaged perfectly with return information for the old Cluster. Took out the old one put in the new one sent back the old one. Now my temp gauge my speedometer and all my gauges work. Amazing company. They received my old cluster and I have a warranty on the new one. Five Star company.”

“I had done research regarding the trouble with my cue system for my 2013 Cadillac SRX. Unfortunately none of the trouble shooting worked. I had seen the ad for ISS but not convinced I (my husband) could install replacement. I called and spoke with customer service and was given the confidence that it was not that difficult. My husband replaced in about a hour. It was a great savings over going to the dealership. The shipment was delivered on time and packed with it was my return label. I’ve never been more excited to have my CUE system working again. Shame on Cadillac for not recalling the Cue system.”

“My touch screen on my XTS CUE system became very glitchy. Found ISS online and was impressed with the modification they did. Ordered new screen, received it in 4 days, proceeded to change it out. Took my time, finished installing it, turned car on, lit right up and has performed flawlessly! Surprised at the sensitivity of the screen. Thank you ISS! Saved me at least $1,000 off dealer cost & install.”

“2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 4.8L V8 4L60E 2WD ext cab 6.5 bed 412000 miles replacement instrument cluster front face plate shattered, some backlights inoperable, intermittent inoperable gauges. quick online search I found ISS Automotive Solutions. Price was in line with their competitors with ISS being slightly cheaper and here's the catch, WITH NO CORE CHARGE, (with return of old cluster within 30 days). Placed the order late Sunday night and they shipped it Monday morning and I received it on Wednesday in perfect condition. Installed it and everything worked and my mileage was programmed in it ready to go. packaged up the old cluster using same box new cluster was shipped in and using the prepaid shipping label ISS supplied I had confirmation core was returned and the warranty was activated by Monday the following week. took truck on a 2 week 2500 mile trip around New England with no problems at all. I highly recommend ISS Automotive solutions. excellent service and products.”
