“I replaced my Cadillac SRX on Cue touch screen with the ISS module and it works great. Per the YouTube video it takes about 10 minutes but realistically it’s a couple of hours. Delivery was good and the package came without any damage. ISS return method is very simple and notified me when they received the defective unit I removed from the vehicle.”

“I ordered the Cadillac ATS replacement unit (Radio, Navigation, Controls) and was very pleased with the refurbished unit - and, since I provided the VIN number of the vehicle, it came already set up, worked the first time and has been working great since. “It was easy, efficient and a rewarding experience! I was able to complete the task all by myself with their instructions and products! I am a 62 year old gray haired lady replacing the instrument panel in a 2003 Silverado! did it and feel more secure driving these days. Knowing how fast I was going wasn't as important as temps and oil! Thanks!”

“New Cluster looks amazing. Thank you. Upgraded to blue LED backlight and blue needles. I am the original owner for my 03 Duramax and love the clean new look. Old cluster was drawing down the battery and ISS has not only fixed the battery, it looks great.”

“Extremely satisfied with my dealings with ISS. After being quoted $1500 to replace our Cadillac Cue system I was a bit skeptical about replacing it for less than $500, however, the entire process of ordering to installation was very easy. I am not a 'gearhead' and the most difficult part of the installation was removing the trim in the correct order (thank you YouTube and ISS videos). I highly recommend ISS products for anyone wondering how long they can deal with a busted Cue screen before taking it to the dealership.”
