“Everything was received in a timely manner and it all worked as it should for my 2003 GMC Sierra if I ever need a instrument cluster or a HVAC control head I will buy it from ISS again no problem, I did get the green LEDs for the cluster and man they look good I've got a new vehicle thank you take care”

“Ordering process was easy. Only had one question, and the phone rep answered it quickly. Replacement process was straightforward and easy. The new cluster works great, and the LED backlights make the gauges easy to read. Very happy with the product and the timely service provided by ISS. Thanks!”

“I found a short in a climate control unit, which I purchased from ISS. I called and spoke with a Customer Service rep. and was told to order a new one and return the old one. When they received the old unit they refunded the purchase price. This satisfied the LIFETIME WARRANTY. I would use them again.”

“I purchased a gauge cluster for my 2002 Silverado 1500. It fit perfectly, plug and play with no issues. Looks brand new. It comes well packaged with a removable blue protective film to prevent scratches during shipment. I'm pleased with my purchase.”
