“Why can't other companies run this well for their customers? Got the instrument panel in 2 days, took all of twenty minutes to install; end of inst panel issues. Works perfect, great warranty, nice with the blue backlight. Can't thank them enough, will recommend to all. Also, they did a better job than sending it to the factory for repair- did that once they didn't fix it properly (for a lot more money). In fact, soon as it was installed and everything now was operating properly, I called and left a voice mail immediately to let them kow how well they did.”

“I bought an entire CUE for my caddy rather than just replacing the touch screen. It was about $400.00 difference in price but I would have spent at least that having it installed. Watching the videos of the screen install was a bit more than I wanted to do. The entire Cue install was straight forward and very easy. The new unit works like new. I'm good with the transaction and only time will tell if I made the right choice”

“ISS is a great retailer. We recently bought an instrument panel for our GMC 2500 diesel truck, when we received our package from ISS and opened the box, my husband immediately noticed there was not a transmission temperature gauge which is very important for Diesel engines. We did indicate on the order form we needed that gauge. So we called them the next morning and the lady that answers the phone (Sorry I can’t remember her name, very pleasant lady) said she would ship us the right panel that day. Totally satisfied with the customer service and their products. Pam and Mike H.”

“Just installed the cluster today. I have a little issue, the cluster works fine but the old cluster that I took out of the Tahoe the part numbers don't match. I never looked at the old cluster until I pulled it out this morning. I read your note of instructions and it said if the part numbers don't match, I would have to pay a core charge? The only thing that was wrong with the old cluster was some of the lights didn't work and the old cluster does have a transmission temperature gauge. I am really happy with the refurbished cluster but I didn't know the part number when I placed the order and I'm hoping I won't be charged a core charge when I mail the old cluster back to you. If I need to take the refurbished cluster out and send it back, I could do that. I'm sorry. I'm very happy with the refurbished part but can't afford to pay a big cluster fee.”
