“I broke my aux cord stereo input in my 2011 GMC Acadia SLT and I was stuck with having to use a FM bluetooth transmitter to be able to listen to the music I love from my phone. This bluetooth adapter was relatively easy to install and has improved my music situation dramatic. No more static from the radio and the FM bluetooth transmitter and I also get the full volume of my vehicle's stereo. Well worth the investment. The only thing I would do to improve the adapter is to add voice capabilities to the adapter so you can also make calls. Also the location of where ISS Auto says the XM tuner is located in the GMC Acadia is incorrect. It is not behind the glove box. It is in the rear driver side panel behind the factory car jack that comes with the vehicles. Anyways.... Enjoy!!!”

“I was confused with the free shipping, what they really mean is the return shipping doesn't cost any more. You do however pay to ship it to them. I mailed it USPS on Tues they got it Thurs and immediately shipped it out the same day. UPS took 11 days to get it back. The cluster I got back wasn't the one I sent them. Everything seems to work as expected.”

Thanks for your response. I see that you ordered a repair. Yes, on these, to keep our cost down we ask that customers send us their cluster, but we cover the return shipping of the core. During our repair we assess if it's better to send an exchange to speed up the repair, but also to get our customers a better quality product. Glad that this all worked out. “Quick shipper. I am anxious to see the lifetime warranty. The problem is the labor to remove and replace the cue system is almost as expensive as the unit itself. Warranty should include that expense too!”

“Product was very good, packed well. But I could not use the fedex return label. Post office would not take it. So I paid 30.00 to send the old one back.”

“Everything works in the dash now all the lights work the four-wheel drive lights work and I love the new LED lights that was a plus thanks for everything”

“The instrument cluster did work as expected but when I finally put the cruise control on I noticed that the icon did not illuminate in the new cluster. I also sent back the core and I did not get the core charge back or a reason why I did not get any funds back. This was resolved as I did hear from ISS and now the refund is in the process.”

“Unfortunately, the bluetooth adapter would not work with my application. According to the website, as well as speaking with the tech department, it should have worked. The location of my xm receiver was built in to my factory head unit and not accessible. This should have been noted in the,"what it will fit application". However, tech department was very helpful after we realized it would not work. I had it ready to ship back, but was able to give it as a gift to local graduate. Thanks, Jim”

“Works perfect thanks! Way more cost effective than going to the dealer, the only reason I did not rate you a 5 is a 1 point deduction for communication, these days the seller should be communicating all throughout the supply chain. I did not know when the product was shipped or when it may arrive. Still very good experience”

It appears that perhaps the emails were blocked by your email provider. Thank you for letting us know and will investigate on our side on how to resolve. The good news is that the status, delivery and tracking number can be found by logging into our website account dashboard if the emails are missed.
