“I was pleased with my order; BUT WAS NOT PLEASED WITH y’all not sending a pre paid returned shipping slip. I had to call customer service. Priscilla Cromwell emailed me my return slip. I took it to UPS. They charged me $2.99 to print it out. Are y’all going to reimburse me for that charge? Sincerely Michael Beyer”

“In receiving the Instrument cluster ordered, it was delivered a day later than was first told, and in receiving it having everything the same except the hours were different than on the original cluster, otherwise all in all everything else was Ok..”

“Product was plug and play, worked perfectly! The bezel cover had a blue tint and was dirty and slightly scratched. Guages weren't zeroed out. I reused my old bezel and zeroed out the guages. Attached blue bezel to my guages and sent back to you. No paperwork in box and no return shipping label. Just letting you all know! I'm very happy with the end result! Thank You!”

“I feel the product was well worth it. Only suggestion us 50 plus older guys would suggest a panel suggestion A possible upgrade from led lighting.providing a brighter panel would be a great idea But I did research with the problems associated with that type of cluster panel with heat from led and bulb longevity etc. I led bulbs. I would recommend to any one given my experience with Iss. I had no problems with product the warranty is, a bonus keep up the quality work”

“I ordered a cluster gauge and it came on time and well packaged well. Only problem it was the wrong cluster gauge. They did not have the right part in stock, but they did make a full refund. Other than that it was a good and friendly service.”

“Took less then 20 minutes to install and the only issue was my fuel level on my gauge s a little high compared to my actual volume in my tank, but that could be the replacement fuel pump that I installed. Being that I was down to only my tach and amp gauge working before installing your replacement gauges its like having a new vehicle.”

“Ordered a cadillac cue system from ISS Automotive for my 2017 escalade. Was packaged very well and was very pleased overall with what arrived. Two comments related to quality that item can be improved. (1) The black piano plastic doesnt match OEM exactly, so you will notice especially in the sun that something is off. Its not as black is the only way I can describe it. (2) The lighted up touch buttons on the climate control section are very dimly lit compared to OEM you will notice it right away its not OEM and doesnt come anywhere near the brightness or completeness of coverage of the surrounding OEM buttons.”
