“After searching online I found ISS, I looked at other company’s but decided to go with ISS and I am so happy that I did. My Cadillac didn’t have a Cadillac cluster in it when I purchased it, and when I ordered I paid the upgrade to go from the truck cluster to a Cadillac cluster, and ISS called me the same day just to verify that I actually needed the upgrade, and that I didn’t make a mistake. The customer service is fantastic, and the product is just as good, it looks brand new, and the lighting is perfect. 10/10 would recommend this company. I have zero negative things to say about them.”

“My experience with ISS was very positive. Starting with my initial contact with a knowledgeable and respectful person, who guided me through my initial order, to the ease of shipping back my core return as everything needed was provided with the receipt of the gauge cluster I ordered. My order was expedited and I received it two days after I ordered it. They provided cautionary measures to take during installation and it went smoothly. The gauge cluster works perfectly. I now have all the computer functions that I didn't know were being effected by my old cluster and, best of all, it eliminated the battery drain I was experiencing with my old cluster. “When the Cue system touchscreen in our 2016 Cadillac SRX, was non-responsive, the dealership wanted $1500 to replace it. ISS solutions unit was a great price and it was easy to swap out. It works perfectly and we are very satisfied.”

“I received my Core Radio a few days after I ordered it, it was in excellent condition and packed well. I had it installed the next day and it worked beautifully. I have had no problems with it I thought since it was so inexpensive I would have problems, but no problems. love it”

“I was sent the wrong cluster. When I finally got a hold I was told that I'm cluster was not in your ability to provide and was given a name of the business that would repair my instrument cluster. I was told there would be a restocking charge. You sent me the wrong part so I expect a full refund. Ted Dougherty”

“The instrument cluster I ordered for my truck came quickly, I think it was the day after I ordered it, or maybe the day after that. I was able to install it myself thanks to the video on ISS Website. I'm no mechanic, just a gal who doesn't like overpaying one to do things I can probably do myself. This saved me a $140.00 per hour charge at the dealership. The return process for my old one was simple.”

“I went through "ISS Automotive Solutions" to replace the instrument cluster in my '04 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I received an exact OEM replacement instrument cluster in less than 5 days. "ISS" enabled the process of sending my old inoperative cluster as a core back to them to be stress free and as simple as mailing a letter! Utilizing the pre-paid return shipping label enclosed with the product, simply insert the old part into the sleeve the new part came in. Put that into the same box the new part came in, seal the box closed and apply the label right on top of the shipping label on the box(cover over original info addressed to you) and give it to the mailman! You will get a notification of receipt from "ISS" confirming that they have received your core. None of the hassle of paying for the cost of the core upfront and getting refunded that core cost down the road sometimes. You know what I'm referring to when I say 'hassle' of that core process. Absolutely zero hassles with "ISS Automotive Solutions". For the DIY mechanic work on up to the most devout "Motorhead", not having to go through a dealership to acquire 'specialty' parts is priceless! Thank you, "ISS Automotive Solutions"!!”

“This is a great place to get your dash cluster. The cluster I received was an exact match , odometer and odometer, was set to the correct mileage and hours. Installation was easy just unplug old one and plug new one in. Send old one back in the same box. Shipping was fast .They make it very easy . Everything works as it should, the lights are bright . It is the best deal I have found .”
