“My advice if you order over the weekend and you needed it by the weekend to call them before it ships so they can rush it. Mine didn’t make it for my guy to install but t he did pull mine for me and I popped it in Monday when it arrived. Easy process and the light upgrade was worth it to me. I have had my truck 16 years so it’s the little things that make me happy. Anyway I recommend these folks I called them and they tried to get mine to me faster. Beats rockheads that don’t even have a live customer service but you can trust ISS”

“Terrible experience. Never got product and could get any help but an occasional email repeating trucking number. So finally after the delivery date come and past they reply with ups list my package that it happens a lot. Really? Then asked if I wanted to gamble again or get a refund…. No thanks…. Wasted ten days of my life and money. Oh and I got an email saying they got my core that I didn’t send nor was it required, and email saying my warranty has started yet never received anything?”

Sorry you had a bad experience. We wish that we could control UPS, but that is 100% out of our control. This is not happening a lot. It can happen but its not that common.

“My 2006 Tahoe had 5 out of 6 gauges faulty when I bought it, swapped it for an ISS unit with green LED bulbs and it's absolutely perfect! Great service, thank you very much. Easy core return with prepaid shipping in the box your new unit comes in.”

“The instrument cluster I sent in was reworked and is functioning well. I’m not really sure why they charge the same as if I had just ordered a remanufactored one from them. That being said I did get mine back and it’s working well.”
