“I ordered a gauge cluster for my 2003 Chevy truck and found the whole process to be easy. The cluster is great and I didn't have any issues installing it. Doing it myself saved me a lot of money and time. Thanks guys, I will look to you for any future needs.”

“Excellent customer service. Everything was explained. Pictures were taken in this end and sent via email and exact products and what to do was explained. Then took all phone calls and was able to expedite the return process. I feel this was the best service I have seen.”

“Being a mechanic, this instrument cluster was an easy install. A DYI person can easily install a 2004 GMC Envoy I.C. This I.C. works very well and looks great. Peace of mind I bought the reasonable priced lifetime warranty. No complaints here and happy with this product.”

“Simple ordering process. Appreciate the VIN verification. Quality packaging. Lots of shipping process updates. Bordered on spam it was so often. lol. 20 minutes to remove old unit, 2 minutes to swap brackets off old onto new, 5 minutes to install the new unit. Great return packaging. Quality unit 2014 Cadillac ATS Could use some more specific instructions like a YouTube link for specific vehicle but overall 4.5/5”

“The staff was very informative as to how the product matched my original equipment. After looking at the video I hand my local mechanic do the install as I didnt want to damage the trim. I expected to have to reload some of the info in the nav feature, but to my suprise it was all there. Great service, well organized procedure. Hats off to you !”

“After living with a cracked screen on my Cadillac Cue system, I finally decided it was time to get it repaired. I had it done on another one of my cars at the dealer and paid over $1500. I thought maybe there was another alternative and I four ISS Automotive. I called and spoke with a representativeand she answered all my questions about the unit and their procedures. When we talked about the installation process I told her I was a little hesitant about doing it and she suggested I find a car audio shop and they should be able to help. I found one, ordered the unit, made and appointment and when it was done, I had what appeared to be a brand new system, with no cracks, working perfectly and I saved over $1,000! Thank you ISS!”

“Sent in the dash for our 03 RAM2500, and got a call back real fast and said that there was nothing really wrong with it. The only thing that had to e done was bend the needles back out where they should be. They charged me for a bench test , not a full rebuild, which is what I was expecting. I will recommend the for any dash issues in the future. Len”
