“The quality of the saris were fantastic and true to the website! Love them! As mentioned on their FB page the whole experience was an absolute treat - from the welcome email to follow ups about my shipping to the amazing packing in a handmade paper box, individual sari packets and a little handwritten note and gift! ITokri is strongly recommended and proves that e-commerce dieant need to be faceless. Well done!”

“I love the collection: quality, range and colours, everything. Secondly, the team is very professional and wonderful with placing orders, returns, refunds and pickups. I have never had this great an experience with any online retailer and in the last 5 years most of my shopping has been online, so I have had a lot of experience in this! Returns mostly happen because the colour or fabric is different from what I expected or what it looked like on screen. But that is always an issue because monitors have different resolution etc. So that's not a fault of the sellers at all. I always ask for Gift Cards when I return something because I know I am going to keep shopping with Itokri for a long time to come :) Thanks to all the women at itokri.”

“Its a reliable e-shop for me for years now! I think i was among the first lot of customers who ordered from them. They are always on time, products are always good, services are best..
