“Absolutely excellent in all aspects. I ordered a Sangneri printed saree and a Madhubani painting as a birthday gift for my mom. Ordering, payment and delivery were on point. My mom absolutely loved the saree and is looking forward for an occasion to wear it. Very happy!!”

“Last week, I ordered 5 Mt's of Vidarbha cotton tussar fabric. I received the delivery as promised. But the fabric type was different from what I had thought it would be. To my surprise, the returns policy allowed me to return the fabric. I sent an email and it was promptly followed up. The pick up was arranged the very next day at no cost(though I offered to pay for return courier). The money was refunded the very next day. I am amazed! I wish the team of itokri the very best. I will definitely come back to buy more products and also recommend itokri to my friends and relatives.”

“Super collection of materials and dupattas. I have been buying from itokri for more than a year now but every time I open the site I am like wow!!! “Wow what an amazing company. The customer service is the kindest I have ever experienced. The way you communicate in mails and orders brings a smile on my face. Ordering is fast and the delivery takes just a couple of days to the netherlands. Last but not least: the quality of the fabric is great and the handwritten note so nice! I will for sure buy again.”
