“iTokri is my most favourite place to shop online. For myself and for gifts. I love the ease of buying, the amazing speed of delivery, the little notes handwritten that come with it, with an occasional surprise like a tiny ray of sunshine, and the very helpful customer service on the phone. i love the idea that buying on iTokri is also helping so many non profits which work directly with the makers of products. it's our very own co-operative model that does not compromise on quality and yet makes the most to be a grassroots market place. Much like the local haat/ bazaar of our long lost neighbourhoods. Thank you for being there for us iTokri.”

“What fun it was to open my well-packed order from i Tokri.com! Everything arrived promptly and was exactly what I expected from the clear photos and descriptions on the website. The elephant stamped bookmarks, magnets and notebooks are unique and will make awesome gifts and stocking stuffers. And the personal note (with perfect penmanship!) made the world seem a much smaller and kinder place - nice connection between two countries with real people who care about providing wonderful products as well as great service. Thank you!”

“This is my first shopping with iTokri ... I usually don't use online shopping portal for clothes but I have ordered phulkari dupatta and i got as same as pictures indeed it's is beautiful and fabric quality is also good as mentioned in description..... “I think you are a great website with a fantastic teamwork, but once the orders going to your shipping process the mistakes starts to happen ( They forget to send the tracking number - they create the AWB Wrongly - forget to add the declared invoice - add some data we are not agreed about ) which is reflects so badly in customs fees and clearance process. you need more arrangments in this area. Thank you.”
