“Itokri always has the most variety when it comes to prints, an the specifications mentioned are always accurate. The material, as promised is soft, comfortable and lasting. I have been buying for three years now, and have always come back! The little gift and the handwritten note thrown in are an icing to the cake!”

“Friendly and fast customer service, fast processing of orders. Wares were carefully packaged and arrived intact, the friendly note accompanying them was appreciated. Only drawback are high shipping costs to overseas, but that is hardly the seller's fault. Will definitely order again!”

“I had purchased a sari blouse vide Order NO 602403, delivered on 24th May, 2023. However, I was not happy with your product as it was not the colour I wanted and I was not happy with the fitting either. As per your return and refund policy I immediately sent an email to iTokri.com on 25th May after speaking to yuor customer service executive. It has now been almost 9-10 days since I sent my refund and no one from iTokri has bothered to respond or contact me. Frankly, I am disgusted and disappointed.”

“my first experience was really good: beautiful products and extremely fast delivery, delicious packaging + note and small gift. the colours of the items (towels) were not exactly as depicted on the site but in one of the two cases the real object was even better than in the pic (there's a note on the site about this issue, so no complain). my roommate has a different story to tell, though. but he'll write his own review once he (finally) receives his own order.”

“Extremely disappointed and will not be them using ever again. I ordered a suit on 3 May and on 2 June it still hasn't arrived in the UK. This is fine if customers' expectations are managed, but I was told my item would be with me in 7 days. The wedding I ordered it for came and went. Overall an incredibly frustrating experiencing and if I could give zero stars, I would. Truly terrible.”
