“Rarely does one receive such excellent service. The website it very easy to use and the currency conversion makes ordering simple. Customer service from then on is the best I’ve come across since actually being in India 40 years ago. The fabrics are beautiful and the wonderful quality one would expect from Indian fabrics. Even the packaging is excellent, recycled and containing a lovely wee handwritten note. Brought a smile to my face.”

“What a pleasure to do business with iTokri.com! A friend had pointed me to their site as a source for interesting fabrics and I was not disappointed. The beautiful shibori and Bhandani cottons I received are stunning and reasonably priced, the customer service has been friendly, enthusiastic, and turnaround time on communications and shipping have been reasonable, given a twelve-hour time zone difference. I will be sure to keep iTokri.com in mind for future purchases: Christmas is coming, after all. A friendly, family owned organization that supports and showcases hundreds of artisans? How can you go wrong?”

“I had orders 3 scarfs and 3 potli as gift bags . I recd one scarf with no heming … very very shabby . The potli’s were very different from the images . You are taking your customers for granted . Your call center says potli cannot be returned . May I know why . Specially when you have sent me the wrong one”
