“The Kantha work suit was very poor quality. The embroidery bled colours on to the fabric in the first wash. It was a total waste of money.”

“The staff are courteous! Messages are full of love. This might help but does not make up for efficiency. I once ordered a saree which showed purple in colour on your website but turned out to be blue. I ran out of time to gift it so I did not return it. Then I ordered two sets of mugs which I was told held cracks and were therefore not delivered to me. It would be good if you could ensure the quality of products you sell prior to posting their sale on your website. Yes, and do consider reducing costs so that you stay ahead of the competition. All the Best! Regards, Neelam Kshirsagar”

“Beautiful soft material with gorgeous colours and patterns. Delivery is expensive to the UK but still the fabric is cheaper than buying here although you have to wait about 3 weeks. Customer Service is good with prompt replies.”

“It is always a pleasant experience with Itokri. That makes you go back to them time and again. Should appreciate their eco-friendly packaging above everything; always conscious of pollution problems. Thank you team Itokri , I will keep coming back again and again. Radha Madhavan”

“ordered 4 sets - material, while 3 stood true to their pic and looked as pretty as they were in the photos, the 4th fell woefully short and looks more like a curtain than a dress material!!! sigh!! Should have clicked on return.. but didnt! anyways my only disappointment was the color runs on all of them except the 4th- duh!! my luck! the selections are easy to make -product descriptions are good, do add another feature - color runs or not!!!”

“Recently had an experience with itokri which never happened before. Ordered some items online, from the website of itokri and the next day I was informed that the ordered item was out of stock/ in inadequate quantity. I was requested to change my order what I did once and cancelled the order on another occasion. Please update your website regularly because customers are ordering on the basis of information given there.”
