“The service was excellent - the wines arrived promptly and we received exactly what we ordered. The Bravdo Merlot had heavy sediment and was on the verge of turning which may be a result of it not having been well stored. the color and consistency was muddy. the Cabernet Sav. on the other hand was outstanding. As were the Dalton Alma series. We haven't consumed it all - but thought you should know about the Merlot - both bottles that we opened were in similar condition - one slightly better than the other - but you should certainly check your stock.”

“only 1 of 2 cases ordered was delivered. multiple people spent hours on the phone trying to track the missing case. 3 visits were made to a UPS holding facility where we were told the case was being held. kosher wine said they were on top of it, but obviously not”

Hi Bini, Im sorry for the frustration involved in trying to locate the missing case. It looks like the cause of the trouble with UPS was a faulty zip code put down when the order was made. We did try our best to locate the package with UPS, and it is our displeasure that it got lost at their facility. Again, we did try to get to the bottom of the situation moments before Shabbat came in, and it is our dissapointment that UPS could not find it.

“While ordering issues with the pricing on the site led to confusion. Contacted vendor and received a quick and efficient response. Everything was explained and order was fixed. Upon receiving the order found a mistake, two wrong bottles. Again contacted vendor and received promise of credit in future order ( or refund if I had wanted) and the two mistaken bittles to keep for gree. In sum, seem to be some back office issues to work out to avoid problems, but customer service is good when problems arise.”

“I was very satisfied with the value and prompt shipping. I did get the wrong wine however. I ordered the King David Concord Wine and got a case of the King David Sacramental Wine instead. I decided to keep it and I will re-order the Concord wine later.”

“Your service and the wine I received are very good...I dislike the charge UPS collects if you need to change the day of delivery. I went and picked it up...that would be my only negative... I will order again ...its very good wine:)”

“I've been a customer for, I guess, about 10 years or so, and have been totally satisfied for the entire time. Only once in that time has there been an error in my order, and it was cleared up with a simple phone call. And when I've made a mistake in my order, I've been able to easily correct it with their Customer Service. They have an excellent, broad selection of Kosher wines. An easily navigated web site. And fast delivery -- my orders are sent out the same day, and because I'm located near their warehouse, I receive it the very next day.”

“You sent me a winne I did not order and sent my order to someone else. When I call on this the young man I spoke to wanted me to search my compouter for the order number because it was too much work for him to look up the order. He told me he would send a return slip to cover the costs of the rhipping but only sent the process and numbrs with no indication that you would cover the costs of shipping it back, It took over 5 minute mre for him to sned the documents he should have sent first but I I=finally did get the correct documents. This was a very unsatisfactory experience”

“Recently I get back from a trip to Israel were we had this magnificent wine. I was very pleased to find at home a full case of King David. We celebrate my father birthday yesterday and all like it stating is heavenly good. I will buy more once we finish this case”
