“We now buy our wine exclusively from Kosherwine.com. Buying just 12 bottles at a time entitles you to receive free, fast shipping. I'm notified by email when my box is shipped and when to expect it to arrive because you do have to sign for it. Wines from all over the world are offered and the prices are very reasonable. You choose your price range from $0-9.99, 9.99-19.99 and so on and you can choose your region, if you want a specific area, such as California, Israel, Italy, or simply choose to browse through all their wines. I subscribed my email account, so I'm notified of sales. They also offer some supplies, such as wine stoppers. I recommend Kosherwine.com and think you'll be pleased, if you try them for your wine purchases.”

“I have been purchasing Bartenura moscato for more than 10 years. My purchasing has been on line and in the local stores. There have been many occasions when Walmart and Kroger has had good sales. There sales have been close to the price you were offering. When I saw your advertisement my first view of the Ad was this is a good sale. I will accept the responsibility for not reading the very fine print. All of my past purchasing has been the 750ml bottle. Your ad gives the appearance that it's the same size bottle I've been purchasing for many years. This 375ml bottle has never been in any store on the east coast. Yes, I did send an email to the company and the response was weak to say the least. You can do better if you present the size and amount of wine in larger print. Good wine bad advertisement.”

Hi Michael, Thank you very much for taking time to give us feedback on your recent order. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding on the ad you saw. The ad does specify "375 ml mini bottles" in bold print right next to the product name and picture. This, along with several other mini bottles, was part of our Purim sale, since people commonly use the small bottles to accompany misholach manot. Since it is the same bottle in shape, label, and color, I understand how there could be some confusion about the bottle, and sorry if it was not clear enough for you. “I was extremely happy with the service provided. Gedalya was great using the live chat feature answering all my questions. At this time they only use ground shipping. I sent a wine and truffles package to a client for her birthday and she had great reviews on both the chocolate and wine. Would definitely use them again!”

“Thoroughly enjoy the multi cases...a chance to try new things. As usual, all 3 cases arrived safely and on time. I am frustrated that all of my rewards points have disappeared and the new ones for purchases don't show up.
