“I didn't get the wine when I should have. I gave a shipping address and a P.O. box that I get mail at. I had to respond to an email from a staff member telling me they couldn't ship to a P.O. box!!! Kinda really irked me due to trying to get it in a timely fashion. I didn't get to my email until after a couple of days. Just disappointed that staff didn't get the physical address and P.O. box with out getting confused.”

Nathaniel, Thanks for taking time to provide us with feedback. I'm sorry if you were expecting to receive your shipment sooner than it was delivered. I'd like to clear up a couple misunderstandings. The order was placed on February 20th at 11:05 PM - after business hours, and we did process it quickly the following business day (February 21st). As per our website http://www.kosherwine.com/shipping/ it takes 4 business for the shipment to be delivered. The tracking shows that your package was safely delivered on February 27th - the earliest possible delivery time to your location based on the time you placed the order. The email sent to you was a courtesy email notifying you that we would be shipping the wine to the physical address you provided, since we have had problems in the past with customers unknowingly sending their packages to a PO box . We know how important it is for you to get your wine on time and we want to deliver. In the future, you can contact us before placing your next order, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to provide you with the expected delivery date and offer expedited shipping options if you need the wine sooner.

“I placed an order for a case of wine and it never arrived. After 2 weeks I emailed the company and they said the order was refused. There was noone home to refuse it. I asked to have it reshipped and assumed they would do so. After another week, I contacted them again and they said the order was cancelled and if I want a refund there would be a 15% restocking fee. I am never using this website again and hope noone else does either. Their customer service is less than terrible.”

“We now buy our wine exclusively from Kosherwine.com. Buying just 12 bottles at a time entitles you to receive free, fast shipping. I'm notified by email when my box is shipped and when to expect it to arrive because you do have to sign for it. Wines from all over the world are offered and the prices are very reasonable. You choose your price range from $0-9.99, 9.99-19.99 and so on and you can choose your region, if you want a specific area, such as California, Israel, Italy, or simply choose to browse through all their wines. I subscribed my email account, so I'm notified of sales. They also offer some supplies, such as wine stoppers. I recommend Kosherwine.com and think you'll be pleased, if you try them for your wine purchases.”
