Ordered a pair of trainers online on Monday, received conformation email, JD Sports, took money from my bank account .. Friday I recieve email telling me they're out of stock!! its disgusting. plus I have to wait 3-5 days for refund

I was trying to order an item from the sale but once added to my basket it didn't display the correct sale price and was displaying a completely random price (wasn't even the original price of the product). After numerous efforts to get the price to display the sale price nothing would make it change. For something that should cost me £15 instead of £25 I was nearly tricked into paying £30... with postage ontop! Definitely won't be ordering my desired product nor any other product on the website.

Went to Templars Square in Crowley, I wanted to buy a couple of pairs of running shoes. gave the ones I wanted to a member of staff, so 15 minutes went by, and then I received the trainers, I asked him if he had any inner soles for protection, he replied no, but next door sell them. Which I found peculiar knowing I'm in a sports shop, and they didn't have any to try with the trainers, 1 pair they didn't have in my size , which wasn't a problem, so I asked for another pair,I was waiting another 5 minutes, and then the tall guy told me someone else would be getting my trainers, 15 minutes, no sign, a further 10 mins still no sign of my trainers coming, so I went to the till to speak with the manager, and he said you will have to wait as it's Christmas (30th).... it's busy. So I waited another 10 minutes, so I decided to go inter Sports where I met a young member of staff called Liam, and they were busy, but Liam asked me what specific trainers I was looking for, so I told him, well the experience from this young guy was absolutely flawless, he took the time with me to make sure I was getting the right running shoes, and I said to him, why are you so passionate in selling trainers, and he responded with, I use to run a lot myself so I want the best for my customers, wow fantastic. Maybe the staff from JD Sports should go to inter sports and learn from Liam how to sell, including the manager with the orange trainers. Anyway I ended up spending £236, plus 2 pairs of air Orthotics.

I got a pair of trainers as a Christmas present but the number wasn't the right one. When I went to the shop to get an exchange they didn't have my number, the staff member told me to queue up and ask at the counter to order online. Once it's sales I had to wait for about 40 minutes at the queue with my 2 months old baby for them to say that they wouldn't do that for me! At the end I got so frustrated that I just wanted a refund and rather shop somewhere else.

Well it looks like my experience has been the same as everyone else , shocking ! Bought some tracksuit bottoms before christmas for our son , couldnt try them on because changing room was out of action ( actually full of stock ) Took them back on tuesday 27th , also bought another pair but couldnt try them either because the changing room was being used for stock ! got to till to be told we couldnt exchange them until thursday and that we should have read our reciept ! Really ? 30 mile round trip , parking and fuel costs , the wrong size in one hand the right in the other and they wouldnt exchange them . They didnt want there tills held up with refunds or exchanges hence the change of policy over christmas , sod there poor customers its all about taking as money as quick as possible simple as that . Disgusting , if i could give less than one star i would . Paul thomas.

Absolute joke. I had a pair of joggers purchased for me for christmas. When I tried them on they had a small hole in. Wasn't very noticable bit not the point. Then I'm not able to exchange the pair to the 28th don't sell damaged goods

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! - my 11 year old daughter purchased a full price addidas tracksuit top today at Meadowhall £55... only to find the size she thought she had purchased was wrong on the hanger and it was 2 sizes smaller. Went back to swap for the correct size and they would swap it for her! Said we had to come back tomorrow..we live 2 hours away! Went to ourl local store to be told the same story.. is it not consumer rights to be able to exchange your purchase within 14 days he sports? And not anywhere in the stores was it displayed saying no exchanges? Quite happy to take the money to hit your targets though. Won't be shopping here again

My order has not come yet and my delivery status has been the same for 13 days now how ridiculous. Just feel like I have been robbed. I will be trying to resolve this with PayPal rather than paying standard rates to call them. They have not replied to any of my emails I have sent. Absolutely disgusting service! Should be reported!

Came to the store in Ealing Broadway, picked a few pairs of trainers to try on and went to ask for the right size. Customer service assistant told her colleague to bring it to the till. I asked why. She said it's our policy today. It is not allowed to try the shoes on because it's sale day. That particular trainers were not on sale.

Despite placing the order on 16 December and being assured that the parcel would arrive on time for Christmas - still no parcel on 27th December. Tried to contact them on Christmas eve but they weren't taking calls. Spoke to some yesterday and got the feeble excuse that they were very busy on the run up to Christmas - who would have thought it, eh??? Never again.

Ordered items £60 from size? (Christmas presents for family) were delivered to a different address (apparently), person claims they had not received anything. Now almost 3 weeka later jdsports are saying Im not entitled to any refund, partial refund or exchange! Absolutely unbelievable! Will never use jdsports or any of their other chain stores ever again after this experience, unless by some miracle they now offer a full refund and fair compensation. Speaking to a solicitor today. I want my money back ! Absolutely furious !

Ordered placed £173 on 27/11 and dispatched on 3/12 but still have yet to receive it. Now the night before Christmas Eve. My sons man utd kit that he wanted is in there. So no he's nothing for Christmas and it's too late to get it from the shops. The tracking has told me it's been cleared through customs but can not trace it any further. Have emailed JD but got no response. I am disgusted, it's was ordered a month ago, not something I'd left until the last minute. Will never shop with them again!

Hands down the Worst online retailer I've ever used. Absolutely terrible customer service and impossible to track parcel right on top of Christmas. Still don't know if I will actually have anything to hand my 12 year old sister on Christmas thanks to JD.

Had made an order on the 25th of november and it didnt arrive yet. Sent emails to them and no ans. When I finally got an answer they ignored the fact that i asked for a refund. They said it was dispatched and that it will arrive on thw 22nd. I went to check were they are and they are still in sweden. The order was a xmas present and I order it a month ago to make sure it arrives on time. What a disgrace. Wont be using this site again and will make sure anyone I know wint be using it again !

Ordered on 11/29 and have not received my son's trainers. Their web site shows no orders and tracking takes me to a diabled page. Contacted customer sevice via email 3 times. I have yet to be given any information about where my order is. I will disput chargea using paypal thankfully. I can't see these guys being around much longer with this level of incompetence.

Placed my order with JD SPORT on the 16th December - had an acceptance text for receipt of order the same day. The cost of £66 was taken from bank account. As yet no receipt of goods ordered or a dispatch email from JD SPORTS. I have tried to contact JD SPORT via customer services - listened to there adverts etc at cost before being asked to select a number to trace my order and then get told by automated message there is no one available and the call ends. I have tried the online chat but this service is not available either, I have emailed twice without response. I am concerned they have taken my money, the product has not been dispatched and I cannot track the order via online. I will never use the online service ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
