Placed my order with JD SPORT on the 16th December - had an acceptance text for receipt of order the same day. The cost of £66 was taken from bank account. As yet no receipt of goods ordered or a dispatch email from JD SPORTS. I have tried to contact JD SPORT via customer services - listened to there adverts etc at cost before being asked to select a number to trace my order and then get told by automated message there is no one available and the call ends. I have tried the online chat but this service is not available either, I have emailed twice without response. I am concerned they have taken my money, the product has not been dispatched and I cannot track the order via online. I will never use the online service ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order 13/12/2016 had all the normal emails but no dispatch email. I tried to contact every way possible and still nothing.. I have gone through PayPal to get a refund but I now have to wait. I will have 1 very unhappy child Christmas Morning. Thank you JD SPORTS FOR NOTHING.. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Placed my order with JD SPORT on the 14th December - had an acceptance text for receipt of order. The cost of 222.00 was taken from bank account. As yet no receipt of goods ordered. I have tried the online chat but this service is not available either, I have emailed twice without response I received a text message to say my order would be delivered on the 20th December and then received another from DPD to say they had not received the goods from JD SPORT. I am appalled at there customer service that does not exist- quick to take the money then leave you high and dry.

Placed an order for two football tops for my nephews on the 12th of December. They were very quick to send me an email to say that it had been accepted, and that it could not be changed. However despite their website initially indicating that it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days, it has not arrived. Their customer service team appear to be un-contactable and their tracking website does not work and displays error codes. Yesterday I received an email from dpd to say that it should arrive today. However the order never arrived and dpd sent me another email to say that they have not yet received the parcel from JD Sports. I am now off on holiday, and my nephews will be missing their football tops for Christmas. I will never use them again, and suggest that you think twice before using them.

I ordered £170 worth of items for son for xmas on wed evening got email to say order accepted but no dispatch email as yet so tried ringing but told my call cannot be connected emails go unanswered my account shows no orders on record the ref number they gave me to track goes to error codes lucky enough I paid through PayPal but can't escalate case till 21st to get my refund I am now going to have to take my son to town to try get the items he wants in store hopefully they have them in stock ridiculous service before xmas get your act together jd thought better of you!!!

I had ordered a pair of trainers from JD Sports On a Sunday, Received a Text message on the Wednesday to say that they had been dispatched and gave me a tracking number. After they had still not arrived the next Monday & no update on the tracking i thought best to give them a call as it is the Week before Christmas and they are a Christmas present. When calling i was told that the item was out of stock? Why had you sent me and text message to say that they had been dispatched if they were out of stock. So now i am left with no trainers a week before Christmas I can't order an alternative pair from you as you don't do next day delivery. Safe to say that the Communication Skills were awful. I would not be ordering from you again. You would think that for such a large store they would be able to do something as simple as keeping their customers updated or at least communication the correct information. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Ordered a pair of trainers £115.00 on 13/12/16 JD took my money, I can't track my order, on my account it's saying no orders were made yet I received an email saying it had been accepted on the13th. Can't get through to anyone. Just want to know where my trainers are or give me my money back. Shocking service.

I wouldn't have gave one star if there was an option . Take your money and then you do not get response from them for days still waiting .... And still no items . It's clear what's going on from the interest they have had in the media lately !!!!! Please do not use

My husband ordered a pair of trainers for my son on Sunday, 11th December. Order accepted, card debited. Today have received an email saying the order has been cancelled as product out of stock???!! Of course it's part of his xmas present, so going to have one very unhappy son when he gets home from school. Why does the website allow you to 'buy' products that are clearly out of stock??? Have NEVER had this with any other online retailer. Just got to see now whether we get our money back. Not a good way to operate a business, JD Sports :(

I placed an order 12/10 and received an email stating the order was accepted. I checked the status on the order and I just kept getting error messages. I contacted customer service through live chat and twitter I got a response on twitter that the order was ok being this was my first purchase with this company I didnt trust it I live in the US i really dont have time for games with a store I cant step foot in. So I requested to have the order canceled. The customer service person his name was Saq contacted me stating the order was canceled and I would be refunded. So now we come to today 12/14/16 I still have not received my money back and nothing stating it was refunded. So I called Manchester England to be told oh the order was cancelled but not submitted for a refund! What kind of nonsense is that?? I was then told it was being processed today. I still have not received anything telling me the refund has been processed and when I will get my money back. This company is a joke and beware shopping with them I just want my money back

Never had problems when ordering from here, usually ordered goods to shops for collection, was a bit worried after reading the reviews on how bad the home delivery service is but no problems at all, was quoted 3-5 days, given a tracking number and was told it would not show up on the system for 24hrs, ordered on the 9th December received goods on the 13th December, Thank you very much.

Robbie Mathews from Ireland we have your parcel! JD are not responding to us so we cant send it back or recieve our correct parcel!! Does anyone have a parcel for Richard Williams? No way of contacting JD they keep ignoring us..now lost on what do!?! Please help!!

I ordered online JD sports UK website a pair of Nike trainers on Saturday 10th December and it dispatched on Tuesday 13th December and I received it today which is the 14th December I was worried after reading the reviews that my order would not come due to living in Northern Ireland ordering from England I didn't think my order was even going to arrive. But honestly I had no problem with my order. It arrived on time and I am very happy with the service I've got from JD Sports and will be ordering again.

Jd sports doesn't deserve even 1 star!! I will never purchase from JD sports again!! Ordered 1 pair of shoe on 25/11, until now still haven't receive it! Although has provided tracking number but it doesn't exist! I've sent an email to them on 8/12 to asking why the tracking number doesn't exist and they replied to me "I have contacted the courier in regards to your order, please allow 48 hours for a response", until today still did not replied any of my email! Please think twice if you want to order from this shop!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Jd shorts for the first time on sunday 11th December. Got an email saying my order has been placed and then another email saying its been accepted. However my order number doesnt work and i email them two time, hoping for a reply but still havent got one. They also said they will send me an email when my items been dispatched, but i havent got an email so it MUST have not been dispatched yet. Am i going to get my items?

Placed an order on the 25th of November. I received an email that my order was accepted. My order number is not recognised by the website. I sent them an email and they haven't replied yet. The live chat support is always down and even that one time it was up as I was talking with the lady the connection was lost and immediately after that the live chat went off again. You will tell be that it was black friday and that is why they are so busy. No! If you can't control a certain amount of orders then don't do it or at least explayn to the customers what is going on. It is now the 12th of December and I know nothing about my order.
