I have never been to a shop where employees are so lazy and unorganised. Picked my product, size was too large, asked a member of staff to find me a smaller size. After waiting for 24 minutes (checked my phone) the employee came back while also talking to another employee about football and declared that He didn't find the product. Online experience has been similar. The order came after a month and a half, but also not consisting of the items I have ordered. To ease the suffering of potential clients JD should close their enterprise.

I had to give a star in order to write a review, when JD Sports are not worthy of a star. I ordered online on Sunday along with an order from Foot locker. I received an email confirmation from both straight after. My foot locker was delivered on Wednesday. Having not received my order I went to track the progress online and it did not recognise my order number and yet payment was taken. Everytime I phoned I was cut off, every Tweet I made on Twitter was responded to with the same generic reply. The same via email. Days and days and no apparent news as to where my delivery is. You guys need to take to Twitter and Facebook

Placed an order on the 25th of novembee, received email same day to say that the order has been accepted and will be delivered within 3-5 working days, when I contacted Jd on 1st december they told me the order is still in the warehouse and will dispatched tomorrow was told a manager would call me back which hasn't happened an the customer service agent was extremely rude

Placed an order on the 4th of December, received email to say that the order has been accepted and will be delivered within 3-5 working days, unable to track the order online and when I contacted Jd they told me the order is still in the warehouse, was told a manager would call me back which hasn't happened an the customer service agent was extremely rude! I wouldn't waste your time ordering online as the service is a joke!

I have ordered online today but have no email confirmation. The funds have come off my account but I have no order number, so worried as the order is a Christmas gift. Tried calling customer services constantly cut off. No idea what else I should do.

Placed an order, received confirmation email and order number and waited... and waited. Eventually (week and half) checked order on-line, no record. Contacted them and they advised they would refund me as one item wasn't in stock. The agent said he would try to get the order cancelled. Didn't ask if I still wanted other products or even advise of what they didn't have. I am still awaiting my refund. I have found lots of similar complaints on-line, are they just taking as much money as they can so they can make a little money off of the interest? Would they have ever let me know if I hadn't chased them up? Who knows, steer clear of these clowns. I know I'll stick to Amazon in future.

Order placed and monies taken over 3 weeks ago Have emailed customer services 8 times but still no reply. Very disappointed, have tried to phone several times again can't get through Will not deal with JD Sports again

Placed an order 2 weeks ago on 22.11.16 but it has still not been received. I've Chased up by email twice... the first one was responded to saying there had been a technical problem but the second email was ignored. Tried phoning today but cut off before I could speak to anyone. J D Sports took my money two weeks ago. These items were for a birthday present - but the birthday has been and gone. Very Very Disappointed - and still no sign of the order. Terrible service. Avoid.

Ordered on Monday 28th November for store pick up. No email, no communication off them. The online 'order tracker' not working. Sent email, replied back 24 hours later saying it was ready for dispatch to the store for delivery on the 5th Dec and that I'd get an email tomorrow and that it takes 3-5 WORKING days so it was on time. The store is open, the customer services hotline was open but Sat is classed as a non working day for their convenience. It's now 1900 hrs on the 5th Dec, no email, nothing. Click and collect..............................and wait 7 days! Going to be going into an 8th day. Missing my sons birthday. Looking on here many people have had the same problem. DO NOT USE. Awful service. This place is one of the High Streets leading Sports retailers and it's by far, the worst experience I've ever. Why would it take 3-5 days for an item to be delivered to the store from distribution centre anyway? It's put in a truck not sent 2nd Class post. Again, I reiterate,DO NOT USE, take your custom elsewhere.

Ordered a top online via my so called JD account. No order appeared in my account and the money was taken from my bank account. I had to call customer services who said that it will be with the store as arranged and that I will receive an email. No e mail arrived but I got a text with the details. My husband went to the Dartford store to collect it and they said they didn't have it and I called them they said they definitely didn't have it although she didn't even check when I was on the phone to her and that I should call the customer service again. Called the customer services who contacted the store and low and behold the package was there only 10 minutes after my husband had left. Appalling customer service from Dartford store, very non committal with a can't be arsed attitude.

I ordered a pair of trainers online over 10 days ago and they still haven't been delivered to store. I arrived in store (Meadowhall) to see if they had been delivered as I hadn't received an e-mail advising they had been delivered (should take 3-5 working days) and the lady who served me was very unhelpful. I then called customer services who were also unhelpful, stating that they 'don't know where the order is and it might have been lost'. I got advised he would call me back once he has contacted the warehouse, but I received no phone call. The day after I called them again, still advising me they don't know where my parcel is and will call me back! I ordered this over ten days ago and needed this for a specific date! Customer services should have arranged for another order to be delivered to store and work out themselves what has happened with the other!! Why should I wait when the money has already been taken out of my bank yet I still have no parcel! Absolute joke!

Yesterday i was looking online for a pair of shoes and found a nice pair that i thought would suit me but then realised i was going to town the next day so i though i'd buy them then instead. i went into the JD store in Nottingham and picked up the shoe. luckilly they had the shoe in my size but for some reasion instead of normally waiting a few minuites for them to bring the shoe down i had to wait 30 minuites! after finally getting the shoe and trying them on they took the shoe to the till so i could purchase them. Once i had arrived at the till i was told that they only had one actual shoe in the box so i then had to wait another half hour for them to find the shoe. after waiting an hour in total i was told that they didn't have the other pair so i had to order online to get the shoes which is a massive dissapointment as i was going to order them in the first place so it was not only a waste of my time but a waste of my friends time. to make up for the error they made they could have atleast discounted the shoe but no, they showed no signs of sympathy for an unhappy customer as i had to pay extra for postage.

I ordered a personalised football shirt and another shirt on 20.11.16 I paid for next day delivery! I emailed jd on 22.11.16 asking why items have not even left the warehouse! I get a reply that it's beein looked into and will get back to me! I've had no reply and it's 25.11.16, items are still in the warehouse! Do not order from jd ever!

I ordered the mens Jordans 23 on 21.11.16 and paid for next day delivery. My items should have arrived on 22.11.16 but JD Sports messed up the order and left me waiting home the entire day without professional courtesy to keep me updated. On 23.11.16 I telephoned JD Sports after again not receiving my item and requested a immediate full refund which they are nos refusing and saying my item will be delivered in 5 working days from 23.11.16 and will be left with a neighbour/safe place if I am not home. I told them that I do not consent to this and if they do so it will be at their own peril. Staff are rude and uneducated. I will now be reporting JD Sports to Trading Standards and taking them to a small claims court for a substantial figure. I do not recommend shopping which such a incompetent, illiterate and foul organisation as this.

I have ordered 6 different pairs of trainers from JD sports ireland in the last week and every single one has been cancelled. The first two packages I added clothes that I didnt need into to avail of their free delivery and the last four transactions I picked to collect in my nearest store and they've all got cancelled . Why do they say that products are available when they clearly arent. Joke of a website.

Customer Service dept= broken promises, being told incorrect information, misleading information. No care or consideration for their customers at all! - DO NOT order from JD Sports and get delivery to your home. Paid for next day delivery, was due to be delivered Sunday 13th Dec - still waiting! Now JD have said been delivered to secure location and because of this I will not be receiving my refund for a parcel I NEVER got?!!! They can not give me any details about where the "secure location is" and have said that because Hermes have said they have delivered the parcel I will not get a refund!! Shame on you JD Sports!

*BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* Placed an online order JD Sports online Tracking stated still in warehouse after 3 days Contacted JD Sports, informed will be sent out in next 24 hours Day 5 still showing order in the warehouse Try and you "Live Chat" stating it was live, was not live an no one came online to help Emailed online service -NO reply Phoned customer services, told the following Order coming Sunday, then told no order coming Friday or Saturday. The told no order coming Sunday. Then told did not know when order was coming as NOT allowed to phone warehouse. Then told we will email warehouse but it takes 4 hours and I am going home at 7pm. The told I would not get a reply on warehouse update. Then told phone the store Friday and Saturday to see if your order was on its way or had arrived. Then told they have NO information after being on the phone half an hour. Then told you could have 10% off your next delivery. I replied I want an update on this order and DO NOT want 10% off next delivery. Told by customer service agent its very Frustrating it happen to me! THIS MUST BE THE WORST COMPANY FOR ORDERS, UPDATES, CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER KNOWN. SHAME ON YOU JD SPORTS. Will be contacting Trading standards under the consumer act! I should have read the online reviews before placing an order, as missing incomplete orders and bad customer services is all over the site. So for your own sake and peace of mind DO NOT USE THE JD SPORTS ONLINE (SO CALLED) SERVICE
