To you is a great disrespect.even a concrete response to your message has not dat. In first that ordering a pair of sneakers for men and women receive is poor and i am ready to return the product exactly as i received it in the box with a spray logos papers with him,and i got back together with your refusal intro just throw the bag

Waited for few minutes to be served. They looked at the and ignored. I eventually left. Seriously unpleasant experience.

I wouldn't even rate jd as 1* if I could ... Brought a pair of pink soda joggers at Kingston jd on 6th October to finally getting them out the bag today to find a rip on the bum, I called Kingston jd twice no answer it rang till it cut off both times, rang Staines jd twice no answer again, so I decided to call customer service to make a complaint. I had to wait to choose options and when chosen they hung up on me so called again a girl answered, I was told I would have to return the item to the store and they will send this off for an evaluation of the rip to see if it was a manufacture error just because I have removed the tags and it can't be re-sellable??? Why would you want to re-sell something that's clearly ripped baffles me for one but to be told I wouldn't be given a new pair I would have to wait till the evaluation was completed. I also mentioned that I had made a previous complaint about shoes that was thrown over my home gate that was open and visible to all public to see I was told for this I would recieve a ten pound voucher as a gesture of good will and never received this at all the girl clearly didn't seem Intrested in resolving the issue at all, I told her that I would make it know to people that they should never shop in jd stores again because of the level of customer service is absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered my trainers on Friday 30th September (just over a week ago) and got free delivery. 2 days later on the Sunday was told that they would arrive between an allotted time. Never arrived. Rang customer services Monday...couldn't do anything apart from email Hermes. Still nothing. Tuesday came along...no parcel..they had to send me out a form for me to sign to confirm I hadn't got the parcel. Was practically told on the phone I could be lying..which was very rude of the customer service advisor. Rang again Tuesday...nothing they could do...promised to send out form over email to take less time...it never came, I rang again to ask where the emailed form was...they hadn't sent it, had to request it to be sent. Finally got the form Tuesday evening...printed it. Signed it and emailed back, I then got 3 emails and texts telling me my jd parcel had been delivered even though it had not, to a secure location, yet no calling card had been posted through my letter box. Still waiting for my trainers now and have no idea how long this investigation is going to take, THEY ARENT KING OF TRAINERS AND CERTAINLY ARENT KING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DELIVERY! NEVER EVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN EVEN IF SOMEONE PAID ME TO!

Bought trainers went back to change them bcoz they were making my foot swollen but they said they are going to send it to inspection team so I had to buy another for work it's a joke for them never gunna shop at jst again even not for my kids

Ordered a product on a Friday for next day delivery as i wanted it for the weekend.. was told it could arrive anything up to 8pm that evening, had to sit in the house for 10 hours, it never turned up. called sunday morning to be told that hermes said they ''didnt have time to deliver it'' was told it would arrive monday - not much good to me when there is no one at my house. Wished I'd never ordered- Awful service - Never again!! Still have no idea where my product is,tracking not updated since friday.

The were quite alot of customers assistants on the shop floor but yet not efficient enough to help anyone get the right brand choice and just overall very disappointed.

Purchased my sons school shoes/trainers on friday 26th August for next day delivery to my address from the high cross branch in Leicester. SATURDAY- no trainers rang customer services had been a delay would be with me Sunday lovely SUNDAY- no trainers rang again would be with me Tuesday due to bank holiday Monday obviously TUESDAY- no trainers so 1st phone call of day was told they had been delivered and would contact their couriers and get back to me 2 nd phone call after no call back courier was not familiar with address and had returned them would be with me within 24 hours WEDNESDAY- no trainers was promised they would be delivered definitely Thursday and gave a £10 gift card as apology THURSDAY no trainers getting very angry now and promised again delivery for Friday FRIDAY- rang them apparently couldn't discuss order with me as my husband had gave his name on purchase due to data protection, this is after numerous calls made by myself and my husband and having my husband confirm I can discuss with them so they have completely contradicted their own policy on this as have spoke to several people about this order all week . They have took the money out my bank and I do not have the goods I've paid for with numerous promises of my order being delivered. LATEST- I now have to wait for a form to come in post to sign and send back for them to investigate what has gone wrong before getting my money back. Surely this is wrong ?

In the morning someone from Hermes came to deliver my parcel but I did not hear the door knock. There was a note posted through my letterbox saying that my parcel has been left in our recycling bin. When I opened the recycling bin there was nothing in there and I also asked my neighbours in case they had my parcel. I do not know where my parcel is now and I'm not very happy.

JD customer services is a joke, after waiting 15mins on hold the phone was answered by a rude abrupt young lady who could only speak what Id refer to as 'chav language' I was then then given poor quality information about returns and fobbed off to Hermes couriers. Big plus to Hermes who also couldn't believe how Id been treated and walked me step by step through the returns process. I will never be shopping at JD sports again

JD Sports has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped with. First, I was charged for an order that was cancelled. When they finally refunded me, it was for less than the amount they charged me. I had to contact them to correct it, and they never fully refunded me so I ended up losing about $10 USD for no reason on a cancelled order. The order that I did actually place and receive came in the incorrect size. I had to call to sort it out and was told that they would send a return label. When a return label didn't arrive, I called again and was told that no one had actually noted my order to send a label or anything at all. Then I was told that they would just refund me for the incorrect item. I was told to place another order after I get my refund, but that would mean I would have to pay another shipping charge. She couldn't seem to understand what I was saying. Eventually she hung up on me. Now I am stuck with a useless item. Absolutely horrible service riddled with mistakes that take time to deal with. I will tell everyone I know to avoid dealing with this company.

I went in try buy a new ball for my son and I saw one on the floor so I bounced it and had a look at it and a rude staff member told me to put it back like he's some sort of police man as I found it on the floor I returned it to where I found it after more browsing the man came back and said I told you to put that back I then left the shop this was at the Bolton branch in the market place

Disgusted I ordered some trainers for £125 they cancelled my order,I rang and they said it was out of stock then I rang again got told different about card not registered to the address when it is. Asked for a refund now saying not their responsibility it's my banks. Absolutely disgusted.

Wolverhampton shop was very busy today around 6 people in the queue and no one on tills. Yet there were 2 managers and a staff member standing around by the door completely oblivious

Absolutely shocking, there was a sale on in the tandem centre's JD sports ( in Colliers Wood) the queues where awful for the changing room so I picked up my size and just paid, went home tried it on and it didn't fit. The next day I drove back up, considering I live in Kent and was just staying at my mans house, went back in to refund considering I had the reciept and all the tags was left on the items, handed them over and the lady serving said we don't the £70 in the till! My nan asked to speak to the manager for the lady to reply I am the manager, she continued to tell us she didn't have the money as there was no money in the tills. She then says she can put the money on my nans bank card, which we was perfectly happy with and we ask when will it transfer, her response was should be straight away, we drove back to tooting and checked my nans account for the money not to be in the!!!!!!! Shocking I advice nobody shop in JD sports and the same has happened in sports direct, poor customer service in both shops! Only decent one is footlocker, disgraceful!!!!

Terrible customer service - I ordered an item (online) early February and paid extra for next day delivery. It never arrived - I tried live chat and email but neither would work. When I phoned I discovered that my item had apparently been lost in transit to the courier and that I would get a full refund. After two weeks and no refund, I phoned again, only to be told that the first person I spoke to had given me the wrong information about an automatic refund and that a form would have to be completed first. I was told it would be emailed to me - that was almost two weeks ago and I'm still waiting! I am so disappointed with JD Sports - never again will I order anything from them online. This is a serious breach of contract and it looks like I have no choice but to go down a more formal route of redress
