Had very poor customer service instore. Staff under qualified to deal with a complaint efficiently. No courtesy or professionalism displayed. Unable to speak to a manager. Wil not be shopping at JD sports again i will take my business to helpful and trustworthy companies.

Appalling customer service I've been waiting over a month for a gift card for £10 as they sold me a £20 pair of trousers with holes in and decided that this is my fault and it can't be exchanged even though I haven't worn the trousers.

Appalling, I was TOLD HEALTH AND SAFETY DOES *NOT* apply apply at xmas. Made climb rickety ladder (imagine how easy it climbing now, imagine how easy it is to push over a chair.

Dear Customer Service Team While I have been in contact with them I have received no further contact, apart from the final docket of my wages. Which should have been in over a week ago. The "manager" Jenny is clueless. I wish to be nice, but she got us to do her jobs because she just could not be bothered or was "too busy" to help. Even when I attempted to collect shoes from a 20 foot height I was told not to use THE LADDERS PROVIDED. Rather I was expected to climb p to 20foot wooden pallets to simply grab a pair of shoes. That look ugly as ****. Employees are all fine, just the management needs looking at. For one night my lift (parent) were kept waiting for up to 40 minutes while that Jackass (Jennie) wouldn't take 2 seconds out of the staff room to do a simple check, even when repeatedly knocked, obviously not on the phone... missed a couple of buses home, leaving me out of pocket around 40£. Please take a look into this. While JD did "great" sales this year, it may be due to taking advantage of new starters. They have also been reported to the Health and Safety NI, both by call and waiting for a call. Over 3 weeks later, I am still waiting. True Profinicity.

I ordered a pair of trainers and jog pants for next day deliver. They never arrived when I checked the tracking info, it said that uk mail had cancelled my order as they never received the goods from JD. I am just being told one think from uk mail and another from JD. The customer service from JD is shocking. I have been left to chase it up my self. I will never order online from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. You think your saving time ordering online but it's more of an inconvenience!!!

I tried ordering products form the website. Three times I put through the order and three times the website told me my order wasn't processed and NO payment was taken. However, when I checked my bank account the payment had been taken on all three tries! I contacted JD Sports "customer service" to explain the situation and was met with a barrage of stupidity! The customer service representative that answered the phone seemed to be unable to understand or answer any of the questions that I asked and persisted in trying to convince me that it was my fault that this issue had occurred. It apparently is also normal practice for a business to allow a transaction to process even though the stock is not available! Leading to the order being invalid??!! I was advised that my only recourse was to wait 3-5 working days to have my money returned! Obviously being a glutton for punishment, I decided to try to order over the phone. This attempt was successful, or so I though. Upon checking my invoice I noticed that my shipping address had been spelled incorrectly and basically such a place doesn't exist! Again I began the ridiculous task of contacting "customer service". This time there was an acknowledgment that the mistake WAS on the part of JD Sports. However, they would be unable to do anything about the situation other than cancelling that particular order and ordering again! Spelling my address correctly was too difficult a task! Luckily though, I was offered a 10% discount off my next order (as if!) to compensate for my extreme aggravation! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM JD SPORTS AGAIN!!!

Bought my son some Nike air trainers within two weeks the stitching came apart on both trainers! Very poor quality!!!!

Always Buy my clothing and shoes in Jd amazing items amazing quality and good prices! Staff are amazing! Friendly and kind had really good service and they was really friendly

Do not use jd for delivery full stop I travelled 26 mile to a store to be told the trainers I reversed have been sold so I agreed to order them in store and let them send them as they gaurnteed they'd be out within 3-5 days now 2 weeks later I'm still waiting I'm currently on the phone to customer service who said he has checked hermes website and there unsure where my trainers are and I can't get a refund until I get the trainers it if I want them now I have to pay the £60 again and bring them in when they eventually turn up worst customer service ever

I'm appalled how JD sports have handled my situation. Their lack of customer service skills are lacking in many ways. In future I will be shopping in footlocker instead

I placed an order with JD sports since the 12th of September and I still have not received the item. I contacted their so-called 'customer services' and I was told that my order will get to me in 48 hrs! 48 hrs have elapsed but no delivery. Twice this morning I have sent emails to this appalling company requesting for a complete refund, but I have not gotten any response! They are obviously ignoring my messages. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! JD is so quick to take money but are quite terrible at delivering their services! MAJOR RIP-OFFS!! Last time I EVER purchased anything from JD Scammers! AVOID BY ALL MEANS! EDIT: I just got a reply from yours truly after numerous emails and it reads as follows: Dear Charles, Thank you for your email. Our records show that your order is currently at the couriers hub and we expect it to be delivered at some point over the weekend. If you have not yet received your order, please check with your neighbours or your local postal service using your name and address details as the order may be being held at their sorting office. In order to refund your order, we would need the order sent back to us. The order must be in resaleable condition. In addition to this, you can also refuse delivery from the courier and the order will be sent back to us. When we receive the order and have checked it's condition. Your refund will be processed. This will take upto 24 hours. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Ben JD UK Customer Care notice the bit that reads: 'If you have not yet received your order, please check with your neighbours or your local postal service using your name and address details as the order may be being held at their sorting office'. They expect me to chase the package myself.Honestly, JD Sports is a repulsive company.

Will never shop here again. Ordered pair of trainers and they never arrived. Still waiting 2 months later, contacted customer service who said the delivery people didn't get my shoes. So where are they jd? Called customer service again, spoke with a very unpleasant lady named sue basically told me nothing can be done. Will never shop here again, jd sports are thieves

Trafford Center jd. Took faulty shorts bk with tag on and receipt. Never worn. But they said they've gotta send them of to be inspected. Within my return policy time. Once got ur money. Don't care about u or the product you bought.

I have ordered an xl size 7 Lacoste hoodie 3 times and the have sent the wrong size every time !! No call backs when promised I've spent 90 minutes on the phone !!!

disgraceful service ordered trainers for my nephews birthday and arranged to have it delivered to the store. i have been waiting over a week and they still havent arrived tried contacting customer service absolute waste of time as you cant get through to them, tried the live chat that didnt work so now i have had to buy another gift and chase back my money DONT BUY ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed with the service I have been given over the last month. As I was unable to oder an item online and pay using a gift card, I had to go into our local (20miles away) JD to order the item, pay for it and then go home and wait for it to be delivered. I was informed of the wrong childs sizing so returned the item, requesting the correct size to be sent. Am still waiting over 4weeks later. For the past week, I sent numerous emails; tried calling the 0161 number and being cut off; sent a message on facebook; sent Resolve email stating complaint (told I would be contacted within 48hours. I am still waiting 4 days later. Issue still on going - JD still refusing to send correct item. I have a very upset child and will NEVER be using JD. The worst service I have ever received from a company.
