DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY KEEP RETURNS AND DONT REFUND. LONG STORY BUT WE ARE INVOLVING POLICE TRADING STANDARDS OMBUDSMAN ALL AUTHORITIES TO GET FIFTY POUNDS BACK WHICH THEY OWE US

Ordered runners before Xmas and jd sports sent me the wrong size so I returned them at the start of January and got an email saying they received it and informed me that they were processing a refund to which I just asked for the right size pair to be sent back but they said it was already processing and it’s now coming to April and I still haven’t received either the runners nor a refund and everytime I email them I just get an automated response of “refined is processing” poor customer service and goes against all consumers rights...

I placed an order on Saturday morning and paid for next day delivery, 3 days later ive still not recieved my item, when i speak to customer service they send me tracking for DHL which says they have not recieved the item, when i call DHL they also say they have not recieved the item, when i speak to JD sports they tell me DHL have the item. They refuse to investigate further until Thursday and then will reissue the item which will take 3-5 working days to come taking us to the end of next week so something i bought my daughter for the Easter holidays, she will be back at school before it arrives, shocking service

Ohhhhhh I am so so so so angry that I don't even know how to express it .jd sport delivery has been the worse night mare ever .I ordered 5 items and after 5 days I ranged them and ask where my order is ! And I get told ohh two off your item has been cancelled due to not having non stuck in warehouse. I don't even get message or email confirming me that why it are not in stuck or why it says its available online. So I had to ring them myself after bloody 5 days .Mind you this happened to me before and waited over two weeks and then they told me my order got lost in the post but this time I will not let it go I will get compensation I deserve and I will never ever order from them again. I hope the bloody high boos will read these comments to see how they stupid businesses going down .it's taking mick seriously

8 days later and no delivery considering it’s not free delivery either. Ordered the same day from 2 other companies and arrived 3-4 days later and their delivery was free as well. It’s a disgrace JD!!! Never ordering again!

JD SPORT is a joke, I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and 1 pair of was delivered. I contacted customer and filled up their MPD form. I also attached proof of delivery by DPD which clearly shows only 1 parcel. I even have a video of the delivery. They rejected my form and now am the one trying to chase up my money for their mistake which they done twice with the 2 weeks prior me ordering. I have now escalated the issue and a woman name JESSICA from customer care team think it’s a joke chasing up for refund or replacements like we don’t have better thing to do. Now waiting on management to contact me but am fuming as it’s the 2nd time they have done this.

Do not order from jd its a joke been waiting for ages for a t shirt to come and they just tell u to wait longer and longer no i wont wait any longer i want the tshirt i ordered and paid for or the money back i will never order from these again or go in any shops ya all jokers

I put an order in for under armour trainers on the 30th of December 2020. After speaking to customer twice who ensured me they would get back to me each time (they didn’t bother to contact me), they reassured me that my order would be with me soon. Customer services also said they would provide something for me to apologise for the wait (this never happened, another dangle of the carrot). My shoes arrived on February the 20th 2021, not only were my shoes a size too small (7 instead of an 8)but I had to pay to return them at the post office. I am still currently waiting for my refund. I will never use JD sports for any shopping in the future.

I ordered a pair of Fila sneakers January 2021 for 100 EUR. The money is pulled from ny account as the order is shipped. Now almost 2 months later the order still has status in shipment and JD Sports do not respond to any inquiry. Just take this into account before you place an order at JD Sports!

I RETURNED 4 PAIRS OF CHILDRENS TRAINERS TO YOU BEFORE XMAS AS THEY WHERE THE WRONG SIZE .I RETURNED THEM VIA HERMES YOUR CHOSEN DELIVERY SERVICE I DROPPED THEM OF AT THE DESIGNATED DEPOT FOR HERMES IN OUR AREA AND GIVEN A RECEIPT .FROM THERE IS A MYSTERY I HAVE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS SITUATION TO IN TOTAL 10 PEOPLE ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN TOTALLY UNHELPFUL 4 OF WHICH HAVE ACTUALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME I AM NOW £171.00 OUT OF POCKET THESE TRAINERS HAVE GONE MISSING EITHER IN THE HANDS OF JD SPORTS OR HERMES BUT I HAVE PAID FOR THEM !!!! I HAVE TRIED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO CONTACT HERMES BUT TO NO AVAIL .AS IT IS THE COMPANY THAT YOU USE I THINK IT IS YOUR JOB TO TRACK THESE ITEMS I AM DISGUSTED AT THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY ALL YOUR MEMBERS OF STAFF AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM YOURSELVES THIS IS OUT AND OUT THEFT AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED AND I WILL CONTINUE TO REVIEW YOU WHEREVER I CAN TILL THIS IS SORTED!!!

Ordered converse trainers for my daughter for her birthday....sent wrong size Phoned customer service who refused to send the right size until they received original pair. Paid for express delivery and then had to go to a P.O. and pay to return. Awaiting a refund...but not holding my breath for refund of delivery and return cost even though it was their mistake. First time I have ordered from JD Sports and will be the last .

I placed an order yesterday including paying for next day shipment as it is my husbands birthday today and I received an email confirmation of my Order. I then get an email today to say that my order has been cancelled due to lack of stock and a refund issued. It is his birthday today and the gift he is expecting will now no longer be available and I now don’t have time to order a replacement ams with the shops currently being shut he will now be getting no gift. I am appalled at your customer service and am extremely disappointed to received such disappointment from such a respectable company. Rest assured I will be sharing my opinion online and will do all I can to ensure other customers do not receive the same level of disappointment that I have

Utterly beyond useless. Will never ever again deal with this company, awaiting a €135.00 refund... they acknowledge they have reviewed the goods back, but will not refund me my money... buyer beware... you will get a million ‘ I am so sorry we let you down’ emails,,,, but so far , no refund. Am now waiting over 6 weeks

Thieves. I ordered two pairs of Nike yoga pants in October. Only one arrived in the box. I complained immediately and filled out the form. Unfortunately, I put the wrong order number in which I remedied shortly afterwards - BUT NOT WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS (because I didn't know I had done this - nobody told me). JD Sports will not send me the second pair. So basically are robbing me, with no recourse, it would seem.

Have ordered a Calibre bike twice from JD Sports in the last few weeks; on both occasions a curt email from them cancelled the order on the day of delivery. They were happy to take my 1000 quid and sit on it for a week, and didn't manage to check their stock until the day of delivery! Very poor company, I suspect they do this to boost their turnover. AVOID

Sent off my return which they received a month ago and still no refund, so out of money and nothing for me. It’s over £150 and I’m disgusting that this business can do this. Messaging the head executive now.
