Encomendei uns NIKE Air. Por razões profissionais estive fora da cidade de residência. Quando consegui voltar passadas 3 semanas da chegada da encomenda experimentei os sapatos e verifiquei que estavam apertados pelo que fui á loja da marca no CC Alegro, onde me disseram que a devolução NÃO TINHA QUALQUER PROBLEMA MAS, não tinha nada a ver com eles (?!) e teria de ser online, explicaram-me que teria de usar a guia de devolução que vinha com os sapatos. Nessa guia está escrito, em letras minúsculas, que as entregas de Março e Abril podiam ser devolvidas até fim de Maio. Fiquei descansado pois aparentava que teria cerca de 3 meses de prazo para a devolução. Acontece que AFINAL o prazo de devolução eram 30 dias e como tentei fazer a devolução aos 35 dias FIQUEI PENDURADO pois NÃO ACEITARAM A DEVOLUÇÃO mesmo apesar de inúmeras insistências através do suposto (des)apoio ao cliente. Agora tenho uns sapatos pra "cozer com batatas" por causa de 5 dias, :( onde a guia de devolução e a senhora da loja, me induziram em erro com um prazo de 3 meses. NÃO GOSTEI mesmo nada DO TRATAMENTO,!! frases feitas a lamentar mas o dinheiro esta do lado deles e eu com um produto que não me serve para nada. Eles podem atrasar-se por varias razões incluindo a pandemia, mas o cliente não se pode atrasar nem um minuto num prazo que anunciam de 3 meses mas afinal é RIGOROSAMENTE 1 mês ! Mentirosos, injustos! ARROGANTES , prepotentes ! com palavras pseudo simpáticas !! MUITO POUCO HUMANO, nUNCA MAIS LHES COMPRAREI MAIS NADA !!! é daquelas lojas que é melhor FUJIR !! Pedi-lhes o NIF e nome da empresa em Portugal para preencher o LIVRO de RECLAMAÇÕES online. DEIXARAM de RESPONDER aos mails. Ao fim de 4 mails repetidos a insistir, responderam a dizer que não sabem, que não têm, portanto não se pode reclamar oficialmente !!! é daquelas lojas que é melhor ter MEDO e FUJIR !! o cliente para eles é ZERO !!!

My order of trainers was left on my doorstep and when I returned home they had been taken. I called customer services who said they would need to investigate but it seemed obvious that the driver should not leave a £120 pair or trainers on a doorstep open to anyone. I chased for an answer many times and eventually they said it had been declined and that was the end of the matter and refused to give any further explanation. I have now spent £120 and I don’t have a new pair of trainers. Right from the start to the end, it has been an awful experience and I will never shop with JD Sports again and urge anyone to buy from somewhere else

I've placed an order which was confirmed on 25.05.2021 with number 500451752 and you estimated delivery date on 31.05.2021 and till today 14.06.2021 nothing and only god knows if i will get my order

I ordered trainers off them in March and they didn’t fit so I returned them through parcel connect three months later the parcel is still not returned and I have still not got my money back I paid 108€ for them.

Placed order over a week ago on the JD ie site and paid €5 delivery total €29. Got confirmation email and after a few days when I did nor get a dispatch email I made contact by the on line contact link. Got no response therefore I put a review on trustpilot and the following day got a response that they send to everyone. They say contact them for help by an email link which I did. They ask for my email address and order number all of which they had and I had already provided the information in my query including the delivery address, so why waist time asking for information they had. After one hour on the chat link and more stupid questions I was told they had refunded €25 because of a problem with stock. I pointed out that I had paid €29 why only refund €25 she then said sorry my mistake it was 29. I asked was it one or two refunds and why they had not contacted me or why take my money if no stock. She said she did not know. However on checking the JD ie website the same top I ordered was still on sale and saying in stock. It would appear this is a Scam to get your payment and they never intend to provide the goods. The refund has not gone back to my card yet, by the reports and reviews by others this is a common problem with JD ie. It is time a claim through the courts was made to stop the rip off. Best to avoid JD and buy from another store who value customers. I also see reports where they have high-jacked peoples email accounts.

4 or 5 orders in the last few months, 3 of them had issues costing me more money to repair (badges I paid extra for, falling off. As well as sponsor print too). When I contacted customer support after the 3rd error and the shambolic quality of the shirts, they offered me a fraction of the cost as a refund. Worked out less than the cost of both sets of badges that were ruined, before counting the sponsor print however much that costs. After about 10+ back and forth messages, one time where 2 of the customer service agents were having the same conversation with me because of how their system works. Still no resolution and stuck with their products because If I send it back I can't get a replacement due to no stock because of the late arrival by 3-5 days depending on the order... Feel like I'm talking to a brick wall, after spending the guts of £200+ over 5 different orders and they have absolutely no intention of providing a service worth it. I'll not be back at JD sports, I've found shops with them cheaper and more detail, no brainer.

I brought these Armani trainers a month ago and they have come apart at the soles really disappointing as I have been in touch with customer service a week ago and had no reply as of yet, they cost 160 fuming

There should be a Zero star option for your online company. Bought a pair of Air Max nike trainers for my son online the thread came away from one of them about 4 months in. About 5 Customer emails were sent and received unhelpful replies. Finally one said take them to a shop for advice. Well we are in the middle of a pandemic so that would be difficult for me. You have sold me a product that is not fit for purpose and no taking responsibility for it. These trainers are very expensive.

Unfortunately, my experience with JD Sport is very unpleasant. I ordered shoes to the Czech Republic from the UK JD Sport one and half month ago. The order was according to the DPD tracking page always sent back to the UK (even though it was already in Prague) due to missing contact information. I had to communicate all by myself between both companies (DPD and JD Sport), which took plenty of my time. However, the DPD did not receive the correct address, so I contacted JD Sport multiple times to fix it, and the employee from the JD Sport told me that the DPD got all the information needed. I was even told that DPD confirmed the correct address and all necessary information. However, I got a new tracking number after two more weeks (I had to ask for it multiple times via Twitter), and the address was still incorrect. For that reason, I made my second 20 minutes call (I had to pay extra money for it since I'm not from the UK), and I found out that the order cannot be shipped to the Czech Republic even though it was already in Prague and DPD had my phone number to contact me (???). This experience is very unpleasant. I would never recommend JD Sport. They do not communicate with you when something goes wrong, and everyone tells you completely different information. If it's not possible to deliver it, you can tell me that in the first place so that I don't have to wait one and half month for my order and spend my time and my energy contacting you every second day.

If I could give them ZER0 I would. Originally had an ultimate gift card given to me worth £50.00 as a generous Christmas present. In December 2020 After purchasing items through Scotts (owned by JD group) the order was put through their till however items never arrived. After contacted customer service they advised payment had failed despite receipts being provided to confirm purchase and confirming the items I had bought. The card was then reissued in the post, during the time all stores were closed. After attempting to purchase more clothes online via Scotts website they are unable to accept their own gift card they sell online, bizarre I know. Therefore I decided to purchase clothes online via JD website. Surprise surprise, after confirming the order two days later I had an email stating the items purchased are no longer in Stock and I would be reissued with a refund. After receiving confirmation on email of a refund I decided to pop back into Scotts store to use my gift card, choosing yet more clothes the sales assistant was unable to put through the till due to no money on the card and told to contact customer service. The person in Scotts kindly offered next time I visit to put discount through till, the most I had received so far. The saga still continues. Contacted customer service at JD who claimed I had being send an E card via email. Never received. This was then reissued, after explaining this was not what I had owned originally (the ultimate gift card), IRONIC RIGHT, I was told it was not possible for another one to be sent out with no explanation despite requested. I was not allowed to talk to a mananger due to not being able to transfer calls or share head sets. Therefore I exepted the E card which was told could be used exactly the same as the gift card, in store or online. So after visiting Scotts in store, again for the 3rd occasion, the order to no longer a surprise and expected failed. The store assistant spoke to customer card 3 occasions who finally admitted the E card can only be used online at JD or in store at JD only and would have to speak to customer service AGAIN. Completely frustrated and do not have any faith in getting the matter resolved. Would not recommend them to anyone. Without doubt the worst customer service ever provided.

Never order from JDSports they do not refund! Ordered at the beginning of March, never received the goods, refund still being investigated after 2 month. Worst customer service ever, JD Sports still own me £200. Will never buy again, this company is bad business!

Spent nearly a thousand pounds recently. The website is slow and hard to navigate and tracking information OUT OF DATE and USELESS. It also has accepted money for several orders only to tell me theyre not available ONCE everything else has been dispatched. Delivery times I HAVE BEEN CATEGORICALLY told are estimates and in the terms and conditions there is no set time. Their customer service is ABHORRENT and if you complain THEY tell you its a private matter that will be dealt with IN HOUSE. Iv had delivery refunded FOUR times recently and been promised call backs that never materialise. Also TAKE NO NOTICE to the website they will tell you a WEEK later something is out of stock. Theyve had record sales during the pandemic AND ARE KEEPING government cash and frankly treating cuatomers like TRASH

I spend time placing an order for four items only to get an email 5 days later to say order not coming and refund issued. A complete waste of time. Not one tokens was available. My son was disappointed that he couldn’t have the clothes he’s spent time choosing.contacted customer services but was just fobbed off.

Pay extra for 2 day delivery. 3 days later the order hasn't even been processed. Customers services is a Bot. Named Becky for some reason....No chance of being able to speak to a person. JD Sports are useless, go elsewhere.

App and online fails to let me complete an order on three occasions. Not my browser, not my system, not cache, not my bank, no other transactions are a problem. 4 people on line and four emails prove that JD's customer service dep't is full of dummies. No-one knows how many other people have issues and therefore buy elsewhere, but if there were 100 a week, which isn't many, that could be £1m+ a year lost revenue. All I get is replies from people who haven't read my emails which have told them I can't order and the reply I just got today was we can't access emails older than today any more, please give your order number. Stupid or what? No number available other than useless 'customer service' which is useless. Takeover, administration, closed stores, redundancies imminent if they don't sort themselves out. '0' stars.

This company is a joke .... I am trying to get a full refund fir good I returned to the in January. They keep promising to ring me to sort it out ( 5 appointments made, and they never rang) Am so sick of them but I don’t intend on giving up !!!!!

Lack of customer service that’s why rating so low. Order hat came all dirty with foundation on, don’t know how you can send it like that is horrible. I called customer service and they said send me some pictures over and I did then they say just send it back without offering replacement

Online account hacked criminals used my card to place 2 separate orders. Given email address to report to fraud dept and as yet no response. JD actually allowed the order to be processed and sent to address given by criminals. Thank god my bank was quick to act!! As this useless company with customer service assistants who are not fit for purpose and who have no authority to take action have allowed this to happen. Please be very wary using the website as data protection is non existent and are happy for customers personal info to be used fraudulently and take no action to rectify.
