“I really loved Just Water at first, and was super impressed with the quality and freshness of the water, as well as the sustainable packaging. But unfortunately after a few wonderful orders I started receiving several shipments from them that were damaged and leaking. And then I had a horrible experience with my most recent order (of the mint flavored ones), when I poured out a bottle into a glass and noticed that there was dark, disgusting algae looking organism that came out of the bottle with it and was floating around. It was honestly traumatizing and I'm not planning on ever ordering Just Water again, which is a real shame because I was a huge fan of the eco forward and sustainable company mission, as well as the product for some time.”
“Right now I'm pretty unhappy. I love your products and have bought them from several sources in the past but this is my first order directly from you. According to your website, a tracking number was created July 13th but the products were never given to FedEx. It's now the 20th with no product shipped as far as I can tell. So your products are great, your shipping? Not so much.”

“I love Just water I wish there was a way we could bring it into bigger corporations like I currently work in a hospital in downtown Nashville and a restaurant if we could get just water going through hospitals and stuff like that I feel it would help get the word out like imagine instead of everyone walking around with plastic water bottles you had “Just Water” in everyone’s hands walking around I’m not sure I just know in the cafeteria in my hospital there are a bunch of different bottle selections I feel like Just should be one or the big one.
