I have always thought that you get what you pay for. I have always invested in quality fashion. I am being made to eat my words. The quality of the Karen Millen label is now worthless.

I have just recieved my Latest Karen Millen dress, and the quality is really bad. The stitching, the feel, the large gold plastic buttons, small sizing, the way the label is stiched in, the list is endless, plus it is creased up, which is not what I would expect from a knit body con dress. I am so dissapointed as my Karen Millen dresses have always lasted for years and years. I did wonder what would happen when I heard BooHoo had taken over, and basically they have turned it to market fast fashion tat. Will be returning asap.

I am so disappointed with Karen Millen. I ordered an evening dress which was delivered crumpled and creased in an old bag. It should have been delivered on a hanger with a plastic cover. I was charged £5 delivery charge for a substandard product. This is a matter of principle. Next deliver in the correct way why can’t a so called reputable company like Karen Millen?

Incredibly disappointed, goods received are a bad imitation of the garments displayed on the KM website. Have been buying KM clothes instore and online for many years - for 2 reasons : Style and Quality. Thats why they cost a bit more than other high street stores. However, since the change of ownership to Boohoo, the products are Boohoo quality (terrible, disposable fast fashion) but the prices have remained the same. Boohoo have destroyed this once iconic brand. My advise - avoid at all costs - what you see online is not what you will receive.

I have shopped both online and in store with Karen Millen numerous times over the years but this time I received a import tax upon delivery for almost $200! No advance notice that I may incur such an expense and no recourse such a cancellation but was told by Karen Millen I would be breaking the law if I did not pay. Never will I again shop with this store.

Oh my god! It was my favorite brand! I bought there 20-30 items every year! Now it is terrible design, terrible quality! Where? Where is my KM??? :(((( it is so difficultly to find dresses now. I put pictures of actual items... who will put it on?

Poor quality, cheap fabrics, No design flare, terrible returns service, you need to drop the Karen Millen label, Karen Millen is associated with quality and the customers were happy to pay for quality, since it’s changed ownership it’s turned into nothing more than market stall quality. Will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible quality of goods and not true to size. Fake products. Their suggested refund policy of 28 days is illegal. According to EU law, the trader must give a refund within 14 days of the cancellation/return. In addition they make you pay for a return form which is illegal as well. In any case they are obliged by EU law to refund these costs. I provided proof that my return has arrived but they keep saying it has not arrived. I am still waiting for the refund of the payment I made for the return forms. DO NOT BUY from them. Stay away!! It's a fraudulous company.

I am saddened by the now quality of Karen Millen, it was my favourite shop! The quality of the fabrics and designs were beautiful. I have ordered numerous tops and dresses since boohoo have taken over and I just find their standard of clothing completely sub standard! What a shame. I just can’t find another brand like it.

I'm not buying from Karen Millen, Bohoo, Pretty Little things and now I believe they've added Warehouse and Oasis. It is such a sad state of affairs. I really do long for the gone years. For them to continue using the name Karen Millen is an absolute insult.

I used to look forward to each season. The cut of the clothes was excellent. One wore Karen Millen with pride. It's sad what has happened to British brands. We are reduced to wearing near to disposable garments. The quality is that bad I gave it one star for the name.

They delete shipping info during COVID times and they cannot refund you when the shipment doesn't arrive. Terrible disappointed in a company whose products I've enjoyed for the last decade.

I have returned an item through Royal Mail tracking which has been received and signed for. I am being told they have not received the return in spite of the evidence of a signature. I am told I will have to wait until at least 3rd June for a refund because of Covid 19 however when I ordered they had taken my money and I received the item within 24hrs. Covid didn't stop them taking my money but apparently it affects the speed in which they can do a refund. Please everyone think twice before ordering from this company. They don't even have a phone number to ring.

I have returned an item at my own expense because I wanted to Track it through Royal Mail. I am told I will have to wait until at least 3rd June for a refund. They say this is because of Covid 19. However when I ordered I request 24hr delivery. In that time they had taken my money and posted the item. So why can they take my money and post item during Covid crisis but then use it as an excuse not to refund my money for a month???.

My order has arrived promptly and the dress was lovely, unfortunately it does not fit. When I was considering returning it and ordering another size, I realised, there was no paperwork in the parcel . Nothing, but the dress. The customer services telephone number I found online is "Not being recognized" . So where do I go from here??

I ordered a dress for a birthday gift and acoording to the information indicated on the site, I was expecting to take delivery of the item between 21 April and 23 April 2020 but at present I have still not received it. Failure to deliver after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I’ve written to customer service every day since April 20 to find out delivery date, but they refuse to provide me this information. In responce to my request for refund for undelivered order, the customer service categorically refuses without explanations. Thus, Karen Millen refuses to deliver me the order on time and refuses to return money for undelivered goods. This is the first time I’m faced with such fraud. Now law-enforcement agencies will deal with this issue.

Absolutely gone off a cliff since BooHoo took over. The quality of the fabrics used now is a million miles away from those previously used prior to takeover. The brand has been cheapened and the high quality, well made garments are a thing of the past. Please BooHoo drop the KM name - it’s not Karen Millen as any true fans know it and it feels like we’re being defrauded.

Bought a coat on sale, and was totally in chok when it arrived. There quality is really getting worse then ever! It used to be one of the Best qualitys and design for Young girls who wanted to look Nice and classy. But the materiales and taylor-job is so bad that Its laughable. It looks like something made in a cheap fabric in china. I Will Never ever spent my money there again. Its over for me. The one that used to have a closet full!

Always loved Karen Millen before. Absolutely liked earlier everything , it was absolutely BEST, but now it`s usual market clothes, but under name of KAREN MILLEN. Absolutely awful and cheap. Not like the original Karen Millen. So disappointed. I have no place where could buy nice and quality clothes. How could Karen Millen sell her BRAND so unprofessional people without any sence of taste. I am crying...!!!
