Bad customer services been waiting 4 weeks for refund On 3 items unable to speak in person to some one trading standards is the next step

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! I have been waiting for a refund since April 18th!! I keep getting the same generic messages that it is being processed but yet nothing. This company is a disgrace. I would never ever buy from them again. Company needs closing down. Worst customer service, absolute liars and stealing money that people have worked damn hard for!! I still have not received my rent after almost a month now!!

Another unhappy customer. Don't buy anything unless you know that you won't return anything. I month down, and still waiting for my refund. Unacceptable!!! Liers, unprofessional company. Will never buy from them again.

Terrible customer service! Just like majority of people here, I returned an item three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. They are holding onto my hard earned cash and making interests on it, while I need my money to pay my bills. This is my first time buying from Karen Millen and definitely my last. I will never spend my money with this company again.

Now owned by BooHoo which might explain how things have gone so badly downhill. Actually the quality of the clothes was mostly okay, although everything was massively oversized, but the main problem is that refunds take FOREVER and I am even worried about whether I will get my refund at all. Customer service just say repeatedly it's "on its way" and "processing", and claim that they have refunded back to the card, but they have not. Other retailers do refunds in a few days so why are Karen Millen hanging on to people's money for weeks on end? Cashflow problems?

The worst brand for a woman with a petite figure. I had bought a dress in the past and had to return it, then I gave them a chance again and bought 3 dresses from them to have at least one that fits well but I am going to return every single one!!!! All of them look horrible, they are enormous and too long if you’re 5’3. I don’t know who they sew it for and mark as if they were ‘petite’. Never again. Such a disappointment. They make a woman look as if she were 10 year old stealing clothes from her mum. You can buy a much cheaper one and it will look way better, this is ridiculous.

Never buy from Karen Millen. I ordered a dress that was $400+ and in one use 25+ flowers from the dress fell off at a wedding. Guest were picking them up and handing them to me. When I requested a refund they only offered 20% bc I have taken the flowers to an alterations shop to be sowed back on.

Sadly it’s appears I’m another person waiting on a refund. I returned two items 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund for one. I feel lucky I got one refund back. It’s very disappointing as usually I buy a few dresses and then return but I won’t be buying from KM again. I have been in touch with them asking for my refund and keep getting the same answer that it should be into my account by this date etc. 6 weeks for a refund is ridiculous. Don’t buy if you think you’ll be returning.

I returned the items 1 month ago and still no news and no refund. The customer service is poor, they have confirmed they received a return but they are not paying me back fro the items for 1 month. I don't understand why I have to chase them and what is takins so long? I won't ever order anything from them and hope the customers who read this won't either.

Absolutely disgusting customer service with no direct contact and repeated sorry for delay messages each time I have tried to contact them regarding my refund which I have now been trying to get for over a month. Always thought Karen Millen to be a reputable company but would never buy from them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Karen Millen. Not only did I not receive a parcel of £230, 3 weeks later I still haven’t been refunded! This is not including the items that I did receive that I returned 4 weeks ago for which I am still waiting for a refund. In total, my am waiting for over £1000 refund on which I am now incurring interest. Contacted LM 3 times…not interested.

I have emailed the company 3 times to do a return and have never received a response. I have a history of purchasing Karen Millen dresses and find this to be horrific customer service.

I returned an item on the 6.3.25 . Still no refund i have sent messages via text. Sometimes this is AI generated as it asks which country was my item delivered to. They have now said i will get my refund by the 27.3.25. Why does it take this long??? It is not fair holding onto customers money for so long . I bought my item on my amex account and will need to pay off the returned item now which i do not even have. This has really made me reconsidering purchasing online with KM Please improve your returns service it is not good enough!

Still no refund since returning the item one month ago. They confirmed that they did receive the item but they seem to think it’s ok to hold onto their customers money even though they have the products returned to them. I am nervous that my refund will never come. Will never purchase from KM again. They are an online business only so they should at least get their system and processes right otherwise how will they survive - they will loose so many customers.

I ordered a size 4, was sent a size 2. I attempted to return the item and their system states it cannot track the order number. I have reached out with 3 emails a week for over a month with no response. My credit card company is now involved and soon my lawyer will be.

I have been buying from Karen millen for over 20 years , but I am very reluctant to buy now , design and materials are very different to what it used to be , and returns are very poor , you Waite so long for a refund , so be very careful and keep your receipts to prove you have sent the items back ,
