Trousers measured 4.6” larger than size chart. Should have been 27.6” measured over 31””. Dress armholes 1/2” larger one size. Trousers were on Black Friday, but now full price . K M won’t do a straight exchange. Impossible to get a result. Resolver have made contact with them but same old thing. Worst customer service ever. Owned by BooHoo now. They certainly make you BooHoo😡

Products cheap. No free returns or exchanges. Forced to pay $30 to return items due to them belonging on a seperate order (because they don't do exchanges either. Customer service terrible. Go elsewhere.

I ordered a coat from you 11 days ago. You sent it with Evri , it still hasn't turned up. I have requested to cancel the order and get a refund three times as per my rights under the consumer contract regulations and you have continued to refuse. Do not buy with Karren Millen,if something forest get delivered by evri you will lose your money and end up with nothing. Avoid.

It actually deserves 0 star. I place an order since September 29 2022 and to this day I have not received it. There is no customer service and not even an email for follow up . STAY AWAY IT IS A SCAM

I hate this store, I got two items from the store a top and a dress. I decided to return both items because the quality was horrible. I asked for the return label. On the top and got a international return label and on the dress I got a local Uk return label which I don’t live in Uk so I decided to return the dress and the top with one label, but I did provide paperwork with it. I got my return for my top but not for the dress. I asked the store for month to please return my money for the dress and he told me I should have never put the top with the dress. I even asked for them to check the cameras at the warehouse because I know I put both items in the bag. The dress was about $300 and I never got my money back. This is sooo not fair. I will never be shopping there.

They sent an email to give me early access to their Dec 22 launch. I ordered a dress immediately. Paid and received a confirmation. 24hts later they decided to cancel my order. They said it’s sold out! I have done my order before anyone else, why is it sold out for me? I have ordered it first. Disappointed beyond believe. Avoid them at all costs

Sent items back costing £300+ about 10 days ago company confirmed they have received them back back still waiting to be credited to my credit card not a good company to deal with will not be ordering again and advise any body else not to either no way of contacting them !!!

Good quality clothing but unfortunately customer service is atrocious and virtually non existent!! There is no telephone number to call and when I email I am waiting a long time for a response and problem is never resolved! They don't even have live chat so I'm just emailing back and Forth with no resolution!! I ordered 2 dresses in size 12 via klarna. The 12s came up ridiculously small so returned them both on 8th November, but Karen Millen only gave klarna a partial refund and I am still waiting to hear back from Karen Millen about the remaining refund! Despite me having the Evri tracking code, they are saying they only received one dress back, so I'm not confident they will refund. I will take this further!!! The day after returning the 12s, I ordered a 14 via PayPal however it arrived LATE despite me choosing and paying for Premier next day delivery!! I will also be returning the 14 dress as its no use to me now, and out of principle will NEVER order from this awful retailer. I probably won't get a refund until January at this rate. I will open a case with PayPal if necessary!! I will not order any items from Karen Millen ever again, absolutely terrible service , from the ordering process right through to the returns!!

If I could rate less than one star I would!... I'm deeply upset. I ordered nearly $2k of clothing from KarenMillen.com.au (not knowing it was coming from the UK...) for my 50th birthday - it's now heading into Christmas season and where are my clothes???. The order was split into two packages and I have received one package with the least amount of items. My order was placed on 2nd October and when tracking my 2nd parcel I could see that it had been held up in customs (DAI) since 17 October. I have been trying to follow up since then - it has been 5.5 weeks that my package has been delayed by DAI post. There is NO ONE you can talk to. The phone lines are bogus, no matter how long you wait you are NEVER next in the queue. The email support is also terrible, you get repetitive messages asking for, or saying, the same information over and over again and then they request information you have already provided but 3 weeks later.... I've sent my payment invoice/email and my afterpay payment proof and still NOTHING. To make matters worse, Karen Millen is the same, no one you can talk to about this and they just wipe there hands of it (via email...) I think I will take this to my social media AND the media so every person and every business can know to steer clear of these two companies! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Purchased a dress for a wedding which was lovely and arrived in a timely manner. After worn once the dress was cleaned at the dry cleaners on Karen Millens instruction. The dress basically feel apart, Karen Millen have agreed to issue a full refund which would be refunded as soon I as provided proof of postage - I am now two weeks on from sending the dress back and I'm still waiting on my refund. The customer service was great up until this point now no one is getting back to me. Shocking Service

If I could give a zero review I would. Over six weeks of waiting for a refund for stock that didnt arrive, and all I have gotten from them is a reference code to take it up with my bank. I have never had such terrible customer service.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. You might as well throw your money in the bin!!

I bought a pair of statement earrings in April and have worn them twice for a very limited time period. After the second time of wearing the back broke off. The earrings cost £23 and therefore their cost per wear is quite excessive. I was advised by the Karen Millen Customer Service Team that there was nothing they could do as I had fallen outside of the 6 month period. I completely understand there needs to be a cut off period for refunds, but I would have thought that they would have at easr least been interested in the fault to build into product improvement. The earring is clearly too heavy for the back closure and hence there is a design fault. Historically I have been a real fan of the brand and I have always been delighted by the quality and design and have previously felt I was getting value for money. Sadly on this occasion I feel the brand has let itself down and in doing so has lost a fan!

Poor quality, sent out damaged and used coat, the coat was not folded and more like child packed it to the bag. Not what you expect £330 coat look when you open the parcel. Lining not sown in a pocket, stitching of the coat overall poor, fabric not what you expect that price range coat to be more like £40 coat from super market. One cs agent suggested -15% refund to me to keep the coat, and told the tailor to quote a higher price, this man suggested they pay for the repair after I provide a receipt from the tailor, and asked if the quote is enough for them. 3rd cs agent told rudely they won't pay and send the coat back. Random answers up to who reply to you. Another parcel was lost by Evri but Karen Millen's customer service let me in no need to wait 4 weeks until they can refund or send out a new... No proper customer service they can be contacted by Facebook or Twitter... KM was once a great brand now only name left... Avoid...

The denim shirt remains a pungent smell after being washed several times and the consumer service team still has not given a response to that. I would never purchase items of this brand ever again in my life. The same thing would be said to everyone around me. Worst experience ever.

If you return anything you have to fight and wait for months to get it. I returned a few items that didn’t fit. I emailed them regularly and they kept apologizing without any action. After six weeks I gave up and fortunately paid through pay pal. I called them and had my credit ten minutes later.If I hadn’t paid through pay pal I’m not sure I would ever have gotten my refund. Shop someone else‼️

Today is the Friday 4th November 2022 me again still complaining about the same order number 16956244. I first ordered on the 24th October 2022 today Friday 4th November 2022 i have next day delivery well the goods did not arrive by Evril the worst courier company so to avoid disappointment any companies that use them they can be very unreliable as they use to trade under the name Hermes. So when i spoke to them the next day of not receiving my goods i was promised my postage back within 48hours today 4th November 2022 i still have not received. There is a email chase going on as i have sent at least 6 emails regarding this matter but there is no constintency as diffent people respond back. What i have been told is that i have to wait until the Sunday 6th of November 2022 before anything can be down. So myself as the customer i have paid for the goods and was let down and then politely told to wait until the 6th November until they can either re send or refund. i have actually taken the time to read the reviews and realised there is no form of customer service. I used to shop with Karen Millen in the 90s but i can see the company has gone done hill. Another thing i will say in the last couple of months i have ordered a lot of things and a few times the deliverly has been late by a day but never this long and sometimes the goods are packaged beautifully and sometimes i have received high end garments very badly creased before i have just let it go but i am so annoyed with the treatment. So if you order on a weekend for a outfit to wear out be warned to avoid disappointment the order may not arrive. It has happened a few times with me now.

So painful dealing with them. They are useless with international eCommerce. It took more than a month to receive my order. I also haven't received my refund and it has been more than a month. First they told me to wait 29 days. Then after more then 29 days, I notified them that I still haven't received my refund. They told me to wait another 5 days!

I have next day deliverer with Karen Millen but they are using the old Hermes which are trading under the name of Evri absolutely terrible and extremely un reliable I ordered a item on the 24th October 2022 and i have next day deliverer today is Monday 31st October i have paid and i am still waiting today. The reason why i am now writing this email as i have been emailing Karen Millen since the day of late deliverer and was politely told that if i did not receive the goods withing 4 days i should contact them back. I have only recently come back Shopping with Karen Millen as i normally shop on Asos and as i appreciate things can go wrong but Asos always look for a solution karen Millen basically has told me to wait.

If I could I could leave a zero review I would. Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a pair of cropped trousers. The trousers arrived but they were completely the incorrect pair. They were checked and not black. I contacted customer service who explained I needed to get proof of postage of my return before they could send me out a new pair (fair enough) Having done this I came back to same agent Omar with the proof. I asked if the correct pair of trousers could be sent via next day delivery. They initially refused saying I would need to pay for this type of delivery. It took me to advise that I would leave a review of my experience for the rep to agree to send them the next day. The correct Item arrived the next day. Unfortunately too small. I started refund and decided to separately order a size 12. I did this but unbelievably the same thing happened. I was sent the incorrect pair AGAIN. The same customer service agent not willing to do anything for me apart from again advise I needed to return the trousers with proof of return. I am so disgusted …. What has happened to this clothing company? I will never purchase from KM again.
