Basically, NO Star! DO NOT BUY from this KM they are a legitimately scammer. Ordered via AU website but the clothes were sent from the UK. It took 12 days to delivered then the sizing were all weird and inconsistent. The packing was very badly handled, the hanger came broken and the dresses were all creased. Return process was very painful and no one was able to assist when issues occurred. Delivery fee were charged for $35!!! I have been told the refund will still take another 30days and of course they won’t refund delivery fee. Such a waste of time and money… it’s not customer fault nor responsibility that their clothes are not meeting global standards and international sizing requirements. Will never order from Karen Millen again. Everything was not professional in every way. Customer service was super slow and not helpful replying like a robot. So appalling to deal with. I will take this $35 as my learning fee for this horrible company.

Purchased a coat with 2 discounts offered. At $399. When I received the coat I was charged full price one discount and $341.09 was pulled out of my account. When I went online to do a return the coat is now $299 with a star on it basically stating they can change pricing whenever they want based on its “current value”. Now I’m scared to do the return for fear I won’t even get a refund. I’m keeping the product but first and LAST time I will purchase from Karen Millen. Trust stick with Nords.

I ordered 2 dresses and a jacket. The quality is similar to H&M and I though it was incredible that he jacket had an open seam, when the prices are 3x versus other brands with similar quality. To return the items was a nightmare, it cost me over 50 EUR (so if you are outside UK don't even think about ordering unless you are sure about your size and what to expect regarding the value for the money).On top, Karen Millen charged additional 2 pounds per each return, not that it's a lot, but considering I paid so much to ship it there, i thought it was an absolute lack of respect and interest to the customer outside UK. Additionally, there's no way you can contact the brand via phone, especially if you are outside UK. What was also disappointing is that the clothes look beautiful on the site, what you actually get does not compare- and it's incredible how Lidia Millen endorses this (actually made me buy it initially). None the less, be very careful on the pricing- hours after I placed my order for a total of about 400 EURO they launched promotional prices and I could have bought the same items for about 50% of the cost which was as well incredible. In summary- actual quality not worth the price and the cost to return is ripping the customer off.

Soo I wish I would have read this before ordering...I don't feel as crazy as I did before. I encountered an issue where I ordered a size in US via their US website and received the UK size. I ordered a US8 and received a US4 and they continually said via email mind you cause there is no phone number that I didn't know how to order and that the sizes are in UK. But explained NO the website has it in US and my email confirmation and in the APP shows US sizes but they sent me a UK8 instead of US8. A US8 is a UK12 and a UK8 is an US4. They never helped me with this so I paid for shipping of sent and return for nothing. Don't waste your time. The sizing is off on their clothing so you will never know which size to get without trying it on.

Karen Millen are not refunding me for an item sent back, claiming it was not in the package (yet the other items were). There is clear evidence here that this is a pattern and they are systematically robbing their customers. Do no shop here. Utterly unbelievable.

I ordered a dress and it was never delivered. The problem is that you cannot reach anyone to dispute or get help. their site says that they cannot take calls or emails because of the high volume. I have NO REDRESS for the package that was never delivered and no help trying to figure out where it is. Their customer service is so bad that I am unable to trust them.

I purchased $89 earrings for an event. The earrings came in a bag that was inside of another bag. No box no protection. Needless to say the earrings came with the posts bent in every other direction. Now they want to charge me to return what they couldn't do correctly! Very unfair! Buyers beware, unprofessional company!

Terrible- I printed the return label & it contradicts itself. The top states USPS the bottom states UPS. I went to both USPS & UPS neither accept the return label they provided. This is deceptive advertising

I have always worn Karen Millen but after 35 yrs I will not be shopping here again, Do not order from Karen Millen if you don’t intend on keeping the item, the returns portal does not work & they do not accept e mails you can only contact them using apple. What a shame this company is now run into the ground along with their reputation

Do not buy on this website. I bought a white jumpsuit. It looks very beaitiful in the picture. I am very excited to wear it. I received it, i was very dissapointed. It is like a rug. It was very wrinkled and crumpled. I need to go to wash and dry ( ask for special press and fold, i paid 40 dollars for this). Even i went to press and fold servuce, the dress is still very ugly , it look likes from china Do not buy on this website. The picture us very beutiful but in actual, its look like rug

I have issued a return over 2 months ago and still did not receive my refund. It was a $600 dress that they absolutely stole the money for. Unprofessional- do not buy from this store.

Scammers no service provided to customers impossible to get anyone to support you once the payment is done pray for them item to arrive correctly otherwise you’ll loose your money WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Returned a Dress with two other items. Karen Millen say they didn’t receive it. But they received the other two garments which were in the same parcel. I am out of pocket €250 euro. It’s my word against there’s. This is shocking!!! They have the dress and I’m out of pocket. This is a disgusting way to do business. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Wish I could give less than 1 star. The worst ever returns system. Doesn't work. Impossible to navigate If (big IF) I ever need to purchase from them again & need to return I will send to their head office by a secure signed for method. Only ever use PayPal & only every correspond via PayPal. Conclusion: lovely clothes. Shambolic operation.

I ordered a linen jacket from them It arrived packed in a very small bag--looked like a dish rag. It's a strange shape but I can't get into the returns portal. Please don't buy from them.

The customer service is almost none! I’ve purchased 6 dresses recently and found 2 of them already used with mark on them! While I’ve spent time and effort to find my favorite dresses, it’s so disappointing that after lots of back and forth, all they can offer is to send them back! Interestingly they are out of stock so I’ve wasted my time!!!

I think it's the worst customer service, I ordered a US SIZE 8 and the email confirmation says us size 8 . I received a us size 4 . the team meantioned that it is not a us size 8 but a uk size 8 . and this is normal because that's how they send their confirmation! NO, THEN IT SHOULD BE STATED SOMEWHERE PRIOR ORDERING ! TOTAL BS... THEY CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS FOR RETURN AFTER NOT GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE.

I used to think these dresses were so beautiful and structured. However I purchased the Tailored Stretch High Neck Tie Detail Midi Dress in yellow and I am not sure what to believe now. I loved this dress so much I purchased it and saved it in my closet for 8months to wear it. After its one and ONLY wear, dropped it into dry cleaning and after cleaning it to its tag- came out with what looked like the spandex letting go. After emailing Karen Millen for them to hide behind their 6 month fault policy, it seems they are all too happy to charge a luxury price tag while happily contributing to landfill after one wear. I would have got longer wear out of a SHEIN piece. Heartbroken.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! Be aware, they are horrible! Zero training on customer relationship management. The employees: Nimat (the worst, zero relationship management, not solution oriented, they simply DO NOT CARE), along with others that I communicated with.. The story: I bought a dress on sale for 150.28 pounds. I have placed the order on June 10. This review is for Karen Millen (KM) and their associated shipping company HivedSpace. There was an attempted delivery on the 13th (during working hours, we were not home), more importantly no communication via email that there will be an attempted delivery! So that I work around it or make sure to write them a note to leave with concierge (like ALL other courriers do!), so I followed up with KM on what happened with the parcel, they were clueless, the only sent me the tracking link and said to wait! NO solution offered (incident 1), I then found a way to write a note on the delivery link to leave with concierge and also pick June 15 as delivery day. No one showed up, on Monday June 17 I followed up again with KM and they said they escalated the issue with the courrier. Tuesday June 16 again, no updates, nothing, and all KM was suggesting was to wait, taking into consideration that I need the dress by FRIDAY 21! I ordered June10! So at this stage, I went to the courrier customer service to get answers (at least they provided me with that! saying that "probably" the parcel was lost!) and that KM shall issue me a reshipment. I went back to KM to update them (basically doing their work! and sent them screenshots of the conversation with the courier). This is Tuesday June 16, their reply was they cannot do anything I have to wait till June 24 (until their internal investigation is over), keeping in mind that I mentioned that I needed the dress by Friday 21 and still they kept telling me they can do nothing! Today I recontacted the courier company and HIVED (the courier) confirmed to me "today" that they are certain that the parcel is lost and that Karen Millen are informed. Obviously they did not contact me, so I went ahead to contact them, I knew that they wanted to issue a refund as my size if out of stock (size 6), so wanted them to send me size 8 instead of refund as i did not want a refund! They said no :) I also requested to speak to the manager! Coz the way they treated me is bizarre! Why the customer has to suffer if they and their courier are at fault?? They refused for the manager to get in touch with me! Nimat's reply to my request of speaking with a manager is that the manager will tell you the same thing! They refused to ship me size 8 and "Nimat" with all the rudeness said that i have to reoeder it! imagine??? And why?? Because, I paid 150 pounds for the dress on sale, now it is back to 235 pounds so they want me to order the same dress the same dress that was not delivered to me!! They want me to reorder it and pay a different price for it. For a mistake that they did! So if you order from this place and you get your delivery then great, but any interaction with the customer service will be your absolute nightmare. I expected trained employees from KM and wayyyyy better service. I will never buy again from this place and advise everyone not to buy from them as they DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
