I ordered Tailored Compact Stretch Viscose Cape Mesh Panel Midi Dress for £369. It came in a ball, full of creases, threads pulled, stitching was horrific. I can not believe this is a Karen Millen dress. I sent it back the day I received it. I sent the photos to customer support, they said there was no faults as creases can be ironed and steamed. The quality was horrific, light material, nothing like the photos. Very disappointed

Terrible. I ordered 2 bathing suits - 1 did not fit at all - my typical size but the style was so incredibly awkward- it wouldn’t fit anyone. It felt like cardboard - huge in the back, I can’t even explain how ugly/ odd the actual shape of the suit was. Of course no packing slip. Complete run around, refusing to let me return or exchange the item. Spoke with Nikki who said I tried reaching them from the wrong email address and now they won’t accept a return? What a jerk - clearly they make it impossible to return an item. It’s never been worn! It doesn’t fit! They don’t help at all - I was 1 day outside of the return time frame because their delay in responding to me! HA! So slimey. I would have atleast exchanged the item! Will never spend my money here again. Terrible business. Clothes not worth the price either. Do not recommend .. no contact info or phone info. They are doing this on purpose.

I am a first time buyer, who is now a last time buyer. After checking the return policy, I ordered a dress. It didn’t fit. I requested to process a return and have gotten nothing but a runaround. The dress was not on sale. The tags are still in place. I tried to process the return the day after I received it, only to be told they were having trouble processing it, that the issue was on their end - not my fault. But now it’s been a couple of weeks, and after repeated emails and texts, I still have no way to return the dress and receive the refund. Is this company a fraud?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karen Millen. I made a significant purchase totaling $7000, only to encounter a nightmare when I attempted to return some of the items. It's been three agonizing months of back-and-forth emails with their customer support team, and I'm still nowhere closer to receiving the partial refund I'm owed. The communication from their customer support has been nothing short of infuriating, consisting solely of standard, automated responses that offer no real solutions to my problem. It's abundantly clear that they have no regard for their customers' time or concerns. Despite my persistent efforts, I'm still left empty-handed, forced to endure this endless cycle of frustration just to get the money that is rightfully mine. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Karen Millen to think twice and explore other options.

Faites attention aux indications de tailles… complètement fausses !! J’ai tout bien mesuré avant de passer ma commande et pourtant, la robe reçu était trop grande. J’ai retourné la robe évidemment, j’ai perdu €20 pour frais de livraison et retour, et mon temps…j’ai expliqué la situation au Service clientèle mais ils se fichaient de moi. Dommage pour une telle marque!

Same as above. I am unable to use the portal that doesn’t work: they have no customer service phone number: email takes 72 hours to respond : chat also takes time. They lied about delivery date. I will still try to return as the dress doesn’t work for me but I will NEVER ORDER FROM KAREN MILLEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Very similar experience to other reviews here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Had an over $1,000 order sit in customs for over 3 weeks, and had to communicate with FedEx directly to provide shipment information. Then returned the order immediately as the quality is very poor, and it has now been 3 weeks with no refund. Customer service has been terrible - only accessible via text and not responsive. This feels like a scam. If anyone had luck getting a refund please share!

Over $2k order placed with them was held up by FedEx due to Karen Millen not filling out import paperwork. Absolutely absurd. Emailed several times but no response from customer service at all. I will never try this company again...

I also agree with the other comments in relation to returns portal. I have tried all week to create a return and it doesn't recognise the order number. Emailed customer services who have escalated with IT dept as they were unable to access the system their end too. Been told to wait another 24 hours. They are of no help. All i asked for was the returns docket

I have been trying to get a reply from you for nearly 2 weeks I recieved my items on 3rd March neither size a good fit so need to return but portal says order numbers cant be found I have been asking you to send me the labes to download order numbers KUK103641095 AND KUK103641142 IF YOU DONT REPLY SOON I WILL BE OUT OF TIME FRANCES LEICESTER

I have been emailing karen Mullen for over a week and a half no replies I have tried to use the return portal all it says is no order found my order no is on all the email telling me my order confirmed not one single reply I dont know what to do I'm going to have to pay a fortune to send items tracked yet I keep getting emails trying to get me to buy

Every review is so true of what ive experienced. I will never order or buy on the Karen Millen website again. I have been trying to return a dress but when I try to get a code so I can start the process the website page is not available. This has been for the last 4 days. Am very aware I have 28 days to return so are they making things difficult so you won't bother? Will make sure I tell friends and family not to use either.

I use to buy Karen Millen when in Australia. I had a special occasion and purchased 2 dresses which came from the UK. I had to return one because it didn't fit right too long in the body. I'm trying to get information ABOUT MY RETURN. Australia number is discontinued and I've tried to message UK, I get information on how to return. They don't follow up might be a generated message. I'm worried as this dress cost me over $400...don't purchase not an easy process and stressful

Returns portal doesn't work. Order arrived promptly but dresses didn't fit but on account no order showing so you can't return them. You can't ring have to wait 72hours for a reply to emails. Hope their customer service is better than their I. T. system. Disappointed with experience so far.

I am being scammed out of close to $1k as we speak. Supposedly my things are being held up by customs. DO NOT shop here. If anyone has advice on how to take legal action please contact me.

bad customer services, wanted to return faulty item and claim delivery after they received the item back, too much, send photo proof, so did, can't see not clearly enough, sent again, in the end told them where to go

I paid 152.55 for a coat which described as real leather,and only received a partial refund of 144.56,only £2.00 was supposed to be stopped no explanation so really quite do not understand why I did not receive a full refund

I would give zero stars if I could. I have never come across a company with such poor customer service. I have had issues with them multiple times and for some silly reason kept giving them a chance. I had over $2K worth of items stuck in customs and the customs officer kept emailing me for information I didn’t have (the address of the company’s manufacturers in China and Turkey). The company could have sent this information in less than 30 seconds, but instead they refused to respond AT ALL even though I copied the customer service email address on every email with FedEx and asked multiple times via text (they refuse to talk by phone). I begged for help and even in the face of an email from FedEX stating that they were actively shipping the items back to the manufacturer, they still told me they would not help. Then they lied and said they sent the info to FedEx and continued to lie even when I showed them an actual email from FedEx stating that the company has not given them the requested information even though they asked for it. Then they told me all the items were out of stock and they would not try to ship them again. This was excruciatingly frustrating. There was never a single apology or acknowledgment of the ridiculousness of how they conduct themselves. Please save yourselves the headache and order elsewhere.

Very poor quality pieces for the prices being charged. I returned both items as soon as they arrived. I had to wait 6 WEEKS for a refund. They're very quick to take your money, and then make you wait a ridiculous amount of time to get it back.
