I absolutely hate the fact that they don't have a customer service number the website that they have in order to even contact somebody is so misleading I hate their shipping situation I have yet to receive a coat That I ordered a month ago And they keep telling me to wait give it some more time This is absolutely horrible company I would never recommend this to anybody if I could give them negative stars I would

PLEASE don’t buy from Karen Millen if there is a slight chance you will want to return your item. They are not giving people’s money back on returns. I have been waiting 6 weeks now for my refund & all I get from customer services is “please allow 10 more working days”. Reasons never given! I doubt I’ll see my money again!

I contacted customer service several times regarding my lost dress. After writing my negative review they decide to look into the lost dress which I still do not have even though it shows delivered. Then to add insult to injury they send me an email that they will be looking into it but i need to acknowledge that I am not falsifying my statement…alluding to the fact that I’m lying. I would not have reached out to customer service as many times as I did if I was going to claim a dress undelivered since I really wanted that dress and in fact ordered a second choice dress. I’m done and will never order from them again.

They sent me the completely wrong item! 2 times! Worst company I have ever ordered from. Returns not easy and you pay for return fee, even if they sent incorect ou wrong items.

Should be no stars. Worst company I have ever ordered from. They have no phone number and when you email it takes days to get a response. They use Royal Mail for shipping…Terrible! I had to file a dispute with my bank because I never received the items and was out 300.00. The company is in trouble and taken over by BooHoo, who also doesn’t respond. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! No wonder they were forced to leave Bloomingdales. When a company doesn’t care about bad reviews, stay away. They will be out of business soon. The questions below do not apply. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE.

I ordered a dress that I loved on Jan 1. Since the 18th of January I’ve been contacting them that I have not received the dress. Customer Service kept telling me to wait even though when you track it gives no info. Today I reached out and they finally said oh it’s lost and gave me a refund. Now the dress is sold out! Extremely bad Customer Service

Items not as per the pictures Items not as per the pictures, awful responses back via text as no customer service telephone number, all staff still working from home. I expected better from karen Mullen.. gone down hill very fast. Replace your staff and start afresh for 2023!

I have to agree with the negative reviews above. I bought a dress from Karen Millen in London that I absolutely loved, so I thought the brand was a winner for me so I order a bunch of clothes that looked very fitted and high end on the website, what I got was sheein quality clothes. Not worth it! And not up to my expectations considering the price. Returns not easy and you pay for return fee. Sizes are not consistent either.

Impossible to get a refund. This company is full of crooks! Customer service will lie and belittle you to stop you from getting a refund. $600 coats should not be falling apart at the seams. Sizes run very small. Customer "support" are rude and dismissive. Please, take your money elsewhere and save yourself a LOT of trouble.

I used to love Karen Millen dresses. They were classy and made from great quality fabrics. However since the brand has been bought by boohoo I have noticed that the quality has really deteriorated but the prices have remained the same. I have returned several items because they have looked so cheap. Has not met my expecations of a quality brand. Unless the company makes a real effort to improve the quality of clothes re fabric etc I will not be buying from them again. Also the fact that there isnt a phone number you can call is very poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Staff members unwilling to be of assistance which is very frustrating. Clothes quality a hit or a miss. I don’t feel the company will last It has changed greatly since the takeover and it’s worse.

I placed an order for 20 items ($1,934) on 12/5/22 which was to arrive by 12/13 and never did so I reached out to customer service via text probably 20-30 times and the only response I ever got was to give it another week etc. I tried to cancel it as I no longer needed the clothes that were for events that had now passed. Finally I received the package on 12/23 with only 10 of the 20 items of which 1 wasn’t even something I ordered. The status of my entire order on their website says delivered even though 1/2 of the order is missing (over $1,000 worth of merchandise) which I already paid for. Now what? I have repeatedly asked for a prepaid return label since it arrived so late and the order is missing a large number of items. No one ever gives a meaningful response so now I am expected to mail back 1/2 of the order from the US to the UK at my expense??? and wait what, another month to get refunded and what about the other half of the order I paid for and never received (and was only given 1 tracking number)?? There is no phone number to call. I wish I had realized this is NOT the same company I purchased from years ago and has been sold and I wish I would have seen all the other complaints for the same exact issues. Definitely something fishy going on with this company and I’m not sure how they are getting away with scamming people out of their money and not delivering orders. I will report them to every venue I can so that it is made known what kind of operation they are running.

Karen Millen was bought by Boohoo who are at the lowest end of the market but they are still charging Karen Millen prices. Customer service now is non-existent. I bought an expensive top that has never turned up but cannot get a refund. No way of contacting them apart from email which they take days to reply to. Don’t buy from them unless you are happy to throw away your money.

Horrible service. Takes months to get your order. Never rely on this website. I was even thinking it was a scam. I ordered a dress IN NOVEMBER!! For my Christmas party in a few days and never received it. Now I have to look for a new outfit , last minute. Horrible !

Absolutely horrible horrible experience. They are my most favorite brand when they were alive in showrooms in London and in US. Online is cheap quality, horrible fitting, shipping wrong items and tricking customers with high quality pictures. Really disappointed. I was your biggest fan for 15 years. You LOST me. You shouldn’t be calling yourself Karen Millen. Not the quality that was sold at the store across UK and USA in store. Extremely cheep and below average material and fitting. I’m moving on KM. You lost one of the most loyal customers 😞. Please do not be fooled by the pictures.

If I could give 0 rating I would. I ordered a standard UK size 12 dress which I know is my size and received a dress that's obviously not a UK 12; more like a UK 8 to 10 which cost me 216e . Very annoying as now I have the inconvenience if having to return it abd wait 28 days fur a refund. Never again order from Karen milen . Quality is not good either. Waste of time and money
