Would not even give 1 star. Disgusting. Got order wrong, got it wrong second time, sent all items back said there was one missing so refund offered minus £100 approx, after many emails got refund minus postage of £2 which they charged me for their mistake. Never deal with them again.

I returned 3 items to Karen Millen as they did not fit in the same parcel and they only confirmed return of 1 itme and have refunded 1 item only. It is impossible to speak to someone, only online or automated response. I would not buy again from this company as I have no confidence in the returns process.

Would not even give 1 star. Ordered 6 items got 2 wrong. Contacted customer service advised to return and take photo of dispatch note and they would send the 2 wrong ones again. Yet again got 2 wrong items, so returned those too taking photo of dispatch note. Now they say they will issue a refund minus one item which seems to have disappeared even though I sent them altogether. Now they are not answering my emails. No phone number and no head office but there appears to be a p.o. box number I can write to in Burnley. Cannot believe the hassle, will definitely not buy from them ever again.

The dress material is nice, however the left sleeve was attached incorrectly, funny looking when wearing. I contacted customer service. Send them a proof with pictures. They are not friendly, unprofessional, helpless, rude, with attitude, seem like very unhappy employees, also they are lying about merchandise. I wanted to return the defective dress and get the replacement. They are saying you can only return it, because they are out of the stock but the website says they have 9 left in stock my size. Also I paid for express shipping but it arrived late and they did not refund anything.

Really disappointing. The first time I’ve ordered online via Karen Millen and having needed to order 3 times for one product that still wasn’t right, I won’t be using them again. I ordered some flat wedding shoes and the first size was a little small so looked into an exchange for the next size up. They don’t offer exchanges and charge you £2 for a return (when you’ve already paid £5 for delivery) Though this was an odd system for an online offering personally but I went along with it as I really wanted the shoes. As an added sting the initial sale price wasn’t on anymore and because I wasn’t able to exchange, I was forced into a new order which came in at the full retail Price. This was frustrating because if you order in a shop they would honour the initial price. My next order came without a box so the beautiful shoes were flat as a pancake and looked sorry for themselves as shoes would if they've come through the post without a shoebox. The 3rd order came (in a box) but the delicate flower corsage on the front toes didn’t match. The materials were different and the flower didn’t stand up on one and just flopped. I had to therefore return all 3 orders costing me £21 for the privilege of receiving not one product that was satisfactory. The customer services didn’t want to know and provided no explanation as to why anyone would send shoes without a box or why the product was so different. They force you into online shopping but can’t deliver on the service or quality. Very disappointing. Proceed with caution. Find a retailer who doesn’t charge you for their substandard quality.

The jumpsuit is very flattering, but unfortunately the zipper on the back of the jumpsuit opens beyond the the sewn overture. This caused the zipper to strain and tear the fabric at the end of the zipper and the damage is so visible that made the garment unwearable. Even though they've replyed recognising the issue, nothing was done

Terrible customer service. They don’t care and will put the blame on you when it’s their fault. I was supposed to receive a parcel which they sent to my old address even though I’d changed my address. Was told I had to go and get it. A 240 mile round trip. I don’t thinks do, Will not be shopping with Karen Millen again

I’ve had a truly frustrating experience with Karen Millen’s customer service. Due to a mix-up, I mistakenly sent a return meant for ASOS to Karen Millen. I alerted the customer service team in advance and provided tracking information, which confirmed the package was delivered. Despite this, I’ve been told the package cannot be located, and my attempts to get updates have been ignored. The customer service process is deeply flawed. Communication is limited to text messages, where you’re advised to wait up to an hour for a response. In reality, I waited over 12 hours for a reply and then had to endure further delays between responses just to complete a single conversation. It’s shocking that a brand positioned as high-end can’t provide better support— a budget retailer, offers far better service. To make matters worse, Karen Millen’s lack of action means I could lose my ability to return the item to ASOS within their return window, resulting in a financial loss. This situation has been incredibly stressful and completely avoidable if proper care had been taken. I expected much better from Karen Millen. Their customer service does not reflect the quality or reputation they claim to uphold.

Their customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for a $700 refund for over a month and no one will respond or look into the matter. Keep getting bounced around and told it takes time. Have contacted them over 5 times.

They would not cancel my order when I asked them to just hours after placing it. They try to exploit customers by shipping it and forcing them to pay for shipping and then return shipping

Terrible quality clothing and appalling customer service. I ordered their military mini dress and one sleeve was 1.5 cm shorter than the other. When I tried to send it back they said they’d send out a replacement however when it came time to send the replacement they said it was out of stock even though it was showing available on their website. It’s also terribly inconvenient to only be able to talk to customer service via text. The quality and service is ATROCIOUS compared to what it used to be. This is the last time I’ll ever order from them.

Same as other reviews, never received anything. I guess we live and learn and should have checked reviews, don't buy from overseas websites even if they do look legit! Lesson learnt, money down the drain to dodgy dishonest people who couldn't care less.

I find Karen Millen customer services inflexible and their sales tactics dishonest. Most recently I had a genuine and rather tragic reason for a late return in perfect condition with tags etc. And they would not let me return for a credit note because it was beyond their 28-day policy. Before this, I paid £5 to charity for a 15% off voucher, only to find it expired in 2 hours and they would not honour it. Obviously, I don't mind donating to charity, but it felt very dishonest. They did not include the expiry date at the point of sale. I've also had problems with discount codes not working as they've advertised they would, and they won't do anything about it. Given how expensive they are, and how much money I've spent with them (foolish on my part), their customer service is very poor.

Don’t buy from Karen Millen or Boohoo, they are scammers! They have nothing to do with old Karen Millen. I have sent items back and no refund, they are robbing their customers, this is their regular practice to steal money!!!!!

HORRID EXPERIENCE is an understatement - they never delivered my dress aI spent $400 and they claimed that it was delivered via Fedex. The I checked tracking my package was still in Great Britain days after it should have been delivered. Never mind about the fact that you don't have REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and have to talk to a Bot that uses a different name every time. They neglected to put my address correctly as well on the label and claimed I put in my address incorrectly, that was a lie because I would not have been able to order with my debit card if I have put in an address that doesn't match what my bank has on file, my bank would have rejected the transaction. they say my package was delivered, not sign of it - please stay away from this company - SIMPLY HORRIBLE!

They have a very tight returns policy, no flexibility, Paul from customer ‘care’ was the least caring person. One email and then ignored all emails after that. Quality not there, would never buy from them again. Wished I’d read these reviews before ordering.

They are thieves. Don't buy anything from Karen Millen and other brands that belong to Boohoo Don't order anything from them. This is the company that no longer has anything to do with the old Karen Millen. The brand was bought up by the Pakistani company Boohoo, which specialises in dirty business and theft. When you order you get mouldy, smelly rubbish (or nothing at all) and when you try to send it back you simply don't get your money back and are stupidly lied to about not having received anything. All the positive comments here are paid Boohoo commenters.

You are not a customer friendly company I spent £300.00 on your garment, one is too short and the other have stained on both sleeves . Your return portal is not working your , try to get your customers service is useless. It is not fair on your customers at all ! I am now stuck with two garment that I can’t wear that I spend my good money on. Live chat is of no use.

Save your money, do not order anything from this company!!! I received items of very poor quality and sent them back. Now this company refuses to refund my money even though all the items were sent a month ago with a return label I received from them. It looks like this company is trying to steal almost 1700 euros from me!
