The customer service is almost none! I’ve purchased 6 dresses recently and found 2 of them already used with mark on them! While I’ve spent time and effort to find my favorite dresses, it’s so disappointing that after lots of back and forth, all they can offer is to send them back! Interestingly they are out of stock so I’ve wasted my time!!!

I think it's the worst customer service, I ordered a US SIZE 8 and the email confirmation says us size 8 . I received a us size 4 . the team meantioned that it is not a us size 8 but a uk size 8 . and this is normal because that's how they send their confirmation! NO, THEN IT SHOULD BE STATED SOMEWHERE PRIOR ORDERING ! TOTAL BS... THEY CHARGED ME 10 DOLLARS FOR RETURN AFTER NOT GETTING THE RIGHT SIZE.

I used to think these dresses were so beautiful and structured. However I purchased the Tailored Stretch High Neck Tie Detail Midi Dress in yellow and I am not sure what to believe now. I loved this dress so much I purchased it and saved it in my closet for 8months to wear it. After its one and ONLY wear, dropped it into dry cleaning and after cleaning it to its tag- came out with what looked like the spandex letting go. After emailing Karen Millen for them to hide behind their 6 month fault policy, it seems they are all too happy to charge a luxury price tag while happily contributing to landfill after one wear. I would have got longer wear out of a SHEIN piece. Heartbroken.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life!!! Be aware, they are horrible! Zero training on customer relationship management. The employees: Nimat (the worst, zero relationship management, not solution oriented, they simply DO NOT CARE), along with others that I communicated with.. The story: I bought a dress on sale for 150.28 pounds. I have placed the order on June 10. This review is for Karen Millen (KM) and their associated shipping company HivedSpace. There was an attempted delivery on the 13th (during working hours, we were not home), more importantly no communication via email that there will be an attempted delivery! So that I work around it or make sure to write them a note to leave with concierge (like ALL other courriers do!), so I followed up with KM on what happened with the parcel, they were clueless, the only sent me the tracking link and said to wait! NO solution offered (incident 1), I then found a way to write a note on the delivery link to leave with concierge and also pick June 15 as delivery day. No one showed up, on Monday June 17 I followed up again with KM and they said they escalated the issue with the courrier. Tuesday June 16 again, no updates, nothing, and all KM was suggesting was to wait, taking into consideration that I need the dress by FRIDAY 21! I ordered June10! So at this stage, I went to the courrier customer service to get answers (at least they provided me with that! saying that "probably" the parcel was lost!) and that KM shall issue me a reshipment. I went back to KM to update them (basically doing their work! and sent them screenshots of the conversation with the courier). This is Tuesday June 16, their reply was they cannot do anything I have to wait till June 24 (until their internal investigation is over), keeping in mind that I mentioned that I needed the dress by Friday 21 and still they kept telling me they can do nothing! Today I recontacted the courier company and HIVED (the courier) confirmed to me "today" that they are certain that the parcel is lost and that Karen Millen are informed. Obviously they did not contact me, so I went ahead to contact them, I knew that they wanted to issue a refund as my size if out of stock (size 6), so wanted them to send me size 8 instead of refund as i did not want a refund! They said no :) I also requested to speak to the manager! Coz the way they treated me is bizarre! Why the customer has to suffer if they and their courier are at fault?? They refused for the manager to get in touch with me! Nimat's reply to my request of speaking with a manager is that the manager will tell you the same thing! They refused to ship me size 8 and "Nimat" with all the rudeness said that i have to reoeder it! imagine??? And why?? Because, I paid 150 pounds for the dress on sale, now it is back to 235 pounds so they want me to order the same dress the same dress that was not delivered to me!! They want me to reorder it and pay a different price for it. For a mistake that they did! So if you order from this place and you get your delivery then great, but any interaction with the customer service will be your absolute nightmare. I expected trained employees from KM and wayyyyy better service. I will never buy again from this place and advise everyone not to buy from them as they DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I got a jumper and returned it to the address it came from . It took months of torture for them to return my money. I have nice things from KM but the quality of that jumper was very bad .

I cannot return an item. My customer number is not recognised and to contact support you need your customer number. There are no phone lines. I've asked for support from Resolver.

They never sent my item and then charged me for it. I altered them straight away on my returns slip but they refused to refund. I feel scammed!

(UK) Bad customer service where they don’t reply after they just started a chat. Asked them to help me with the faulty dress to be returned and they don’t care for the customers needs. The person i chatted to was named Ellie. Not satisfied at all with this company. Will never shop again and please don’t be fooled from this company. You will lose your money by shopping with them as if the dress is faulty, you cannot return it.

this is a known brand and has physical shops in some countries but seems the website is managed by scummers. Return never works, moreover, there's not mentioned any phone number to call and have a normal conversation and clear answers from customer service. They keep sending nonsense replies to your complaint that you can't submit a return (it's simply saying the order was not found) and they don't give any alternative option to submit a return. So make sure not to order from these scummers (who look so official ) if you like some dress of this brand, buy it from the alternative websites.

I ordered three items, none of them fit so after quite a lot of hassle managed to post them back. They returned funds for one item only and refused to proceed with further refunds stating that according to warehouse the refund has been completed.

Karen Millen does not refund your order. They say they have system error in their return process but that is not true. They keep your money without any plans to return those to you in any point. I have waited now 2 months. My plan is to contact their investors to inform what is is going on. This was my first order and I will never order from this place again.

I ordered Tailored Compact Stretch Viscose Cape Mesh Panel Midi Dress for £369. It came in a ball, full of creases, threads pulled, stitching was horrific. I can not believe this is a Karen Millen dress. I sent it back the day I received it. I sent the photos to customer support, they said there was no faults as creases can be ironed and steamed. The quality was horrific, light material, nothing like the photos. Very disappointed

Terrible. I ordered 2 bathing suits - 1 did not fit at all - my typical size but the style was so incredibly awkward- it wouldn’t fit anyone. It felt like cardboard - huge in the back, I can’t even explain how ugly/ odd the actual shape of the suit was. Of course no packing slip. Complete run around, refusing to let me return or exchange the item. Spoke with Nikki who said I tried reaching them from the wrong email address and now they won’t accept a return? What a jerk - clearly they make it impossible to return an item. It’s never been worn! It doesn’t fit! They don’t help at all - I was 1 day outside of the return time frame because their delay in responding to me! HA! So slimey. I would have atleast exchanged the item! Will never spend my money here again. Terrible business. Clothes not worth the price either. Do not recommend .. no contact info or phone info. They are doing this on purpose.

I am a first time buyer, who is now a last time buyer. After checking the return policy, I ordered a dress. It didn’t fit. I requested to process a return and have gotten nothing but a runaround. The dress was not on sale. The tags are still in place. I tried to process the return the day after I received it, only to be told they were having trouble processing it, that the issue was on their end - not my fault. But now it’s been a couple of weeks, and after repeated emails and texts, I still have no way to return the dress and receive the refund. Is this company a fraud?

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Karen Millen. I made a significant purchase totaling $7000, only to encounter a nightmare when I attempted to return some of the items. It's been three agonizing months of back-and-forth emails with their customer support team, and I'm still nowhere closer to receiving the partial refund I'm owed. The communication from their customer support has been nothing short of infuriating, consisting solely of standard, automated responses that offer no real solutions to my problem. It's abundantly clear that they have no regard for their customers' time or concerns. Despite my persistent efforts, I'm still left empty-handed, forced to endure this endless cycle of frustration just to get the money that is rightfully mine. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is utterly unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Karen Millen to think twice and explore other options.

Faites attention aux indications de tailles… complètement fausses !! J’ai tout bien mesuré avant de passer ma commande et pourtant, la robe reçu était trop grande. J’ai retourné la robe évidemment, j’ai perdu €20 pour frais de livraison et retour, et mon temps…j’ai expliqué la situation au Service clientèle mais ils se fichaient de moi. Dommage pour une telle marque!

Same as above. I am unable to use the portal that doesn’t work: they have no customer service phone number: email takes 72 hours to respond : chat also takes time. They lied about delivery date. I will still try to return as the dress doesn’t work for me but I will NEVER ORDER FROM KAREN MILLEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Very similar experience to other reviews here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Had an over $1,000 order sit in customs for over 3 weeks, and had to communicate with FedEx directly to provide shipment information. Then returned the order immediately as the quality is very poor, and it has now been 3 weeks with no refund. Customer service has been terrible - only accessible via text and not responsive. This feels like a scam. If anyone had luck getting a refund please share!

Over $2k order placed with them was held up by FedEx due to Karen Millen not filling out import paperwork. Absolutely absurd. Emailed several times but no response from customer service at all. I will never try this company again...
