Ordered recently from KM and the information on the website for return charges does not match the experience I encountered. The refund process was satisfactory. Will never order from them again.

I have a special event coming up this weekend so o decided to spend a little bit more than I usually would and bought myself a new dress with next day delivery. The dress came today and I am shocked at the poor quality of the dress, the sleeves look like they have been cut with children's scissors and the cut is wonky and freyed and the next line has a chunk cut out too, it looks cheap and nasty and I am extremely let down. The last time I ordered from the company it arrived in a book hoo bag which makes me question the company and will never order from them again!

Karen Millen have not refunded for returned items £182.32 and they are impossible to contact. This is a total rip off. Can anyone suggest how to fight for this money?

Karen Millen to be my fave shop. I’ve read all these reviews and totally agree. I used to only purchase the premier service for free returns (but also free delivery as an aside). Now they charge the premier fee only to give you next day delivery only. They didn’t even send me a email to say they were changing their t&cs!The main thing I want is free returns and delivery. I don’t care about the ‘next day’ bonus. I don’t want to pay for delivery and returns if I’m such a regular customer. They have utterly deteriorated. Such a rip off service and trying to scam you for paying for it. I’ve spent thousands of pounds in their shops and online. This is all very disappointing. At one time karen millen was high end. Unfortunately no more. They’ve lost my custom now….and seems as though there are many disgruntled customers unhappy with similar issues. You need to up your game Karen millen! Shame on you

Thank you for the opportunity to review Karen Millen. If zero star was possible it’s what they deserve. They are disgraceful rude non trustworthy 100% not trustworthy. I have send many complaints to this company- waste of my energy. I wrote complaint after complaint to Trustpilot, they took no responsibility for any of the losses I’ve suffered. Saying they had not received refunds & I having proof of postage. Funnily enough I got a refund for one item in the package yet there were two items in said package. This happened several times.i estimate I am out of pocket 400e. They deny they say the check through warehouse security camera & I do not believe this as I know 100% these items were returned. It feels so wrong to be disbelieved. The ordeal with these people made me unwell. Who can withstand a loss of that amount. The customer has to pay for returns & on top of that they deduct a further 3.50 for handling fee. A customer mentioned the articles of clothing are like dish cloths & I completely agree. Finding yourself feel beaten & betrayed by a company is demoralising & in the interest of customer care there needs to be a legal obligation for customers concerns are listened to & BELIEVED. What would the purpose be of returning if the items were correct, of good quality or fitted. Returning is costly. I have written pages of complaints to these people & they have not responded. For my own sanity I stopped. I feel abused betrayed as a customer. No company should do this to a customer & be allowed to get away with it.

CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ABOUT HOW I GET MY ITEM REPLACED. YOU SENT ME A DAMAGED/FAULTY COAT WHICH LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN USED. IT MISSING A BUTTON, MARKED AND FRAYED. THE AGENT ‘CHLOE’ SAID I CAN HAVE IT CHANGED THEN SAID SHE CANNOT DO IT. ALL EMAILS NOW BEING IGNORED. DISGUSTING! Karen Millen HAS LOST THEIR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IT SEEMS. A REAL SHAME AS THEIR CLOTHES WERE FABULOUS PREVIOUSLY.

The charge for the service of returning an item. Not post and packaging which I agree you need to be charged for but to be charged for the service of returning is disgraceful. Wanted to exchange item for a smaller size and was not honoured the price I originally paid, was charged an extra €40!!! And now I have noticed my item is on sale and the original price it’s stating it was is false. It is now saying it used to cost €99 but when I bought it, it stated €120!!!

I would give them less than one star if I could. I have been a customer of KM for many, many years, particularly while they still had stores in Australia. On 4 January 2025 I placed an online order for 4 items. My credit card was charged, but I received no confirmation email. I also didn't receive the order. When I contacted them via an email submission, it was ignored. I then used the SMS contact, which resulted in being asked repeatedly for the same information. I was then told that for reasons that are unclear, their finance department could not investigate the issue and/or provide a refund (despite the error clearly being theirs) for 7 business days. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the manager would tell me the same thing the multiple staff had. As the end of January approaches, I still have no refund. I asked that the refund be confirmed via email (as all I have is SMS' with a rotating number of people and many of the same questions from the AI chat) - I was told that I could not have an email because the order failed. The only failure was by KM - they took the payment (and continue to hold it) just fine. This practice cannot be legal. Regrettably because I am in Australia my options are limited. I am both surprised (but also not) to see so many other customers have experienced the same issues and same level of service in response.

Karen Millen are a disgrace ordered items 12th January still not received 23rd January. I paid for yearly next day delivery. I’ve spent hours sending emails back & forth. They will do nothing. I asked to have a manager contact me. Only to be told Manager would say the same I have to wait until 31st of January before I can go through refund proceedure even though on Royal Mail tracking they can see it is going back & forth to different delivery depts. Never again I’m reporting them to Northampton Trading Standards. Denise Gubb

I returned an item and Karen Millen is ignoring my request for a refund. It has been going on for 3 months now and looks like I am out of pocket. I would not buy from this company again, avoid at all cost as you are likely to lose your money if you need to return. The majority of reviews say the same thing. Please see image for the only reply I got. I have send multiple messages over the last 3 months.

Would not even give 1 star. Disgusting. Got order wrong, got it wrong second time, sent all items back said there was one missing so refund offered minus £100 approx, after many emails got refund minus postage of £2 which they charged me for their mistake. Never deal with them again.

I returned 3 items to Karen Millen as they did not fit in the same parcel and they only confirmed return of 1 itme and have refunded 1 item only. It is impossible to speak to someone, only online or automated response. I would not buy again from this company as I have no confidence in the returns process.

Would not even give 1 star. Ordered 6 items got 2 wrong. Contacted customer service advised to return and take photo of dispatch note and they would send the 2 wrong ones again. Yet again got 2 wrong items, so returned those too taking photo of dispatch note. Now they say they will issue a refund minus one item which seems to have disappeared even though I sent them altogether. Now they are not answering my emails. No phone number and no head office but there appears to be a p.o. box number I can write to in Burnley. Cannot believe the hassle, will definitely not buy from them ever again.

The dress material is nice, however the left sleeve was attached incorrectly, funny looking when wearing. I contacted customer service. Send them a proof with pictures. They are not friendly, unprofessional, helpless, rude, with attitude, seem like very unhappy employees, also they are lying about merchandise. I wanted to return the defective dress and get the replacement. They are saying you can only return it, because they are out of the stock but the website says they have 9 left in stock my size. Also I paid for express shipping but it arrived late and they did not refund anything.

Really disappointing. The first time I’ve ordered online via Karen Millen and having needed to order 3 times for one product that still wasn’t right, I won’t be using them again. I ordered some flat wedding shoes and the first size was a little small so looked into an exchange for the next size up. They don’t offer exchanges and charge you £2 for a return (when you’ve already paid £5 for delivery) Though this was an odd system for an online offering personally but I went along with it as I really wanted the shoes. As an added sting the initial sale price wasn’t on anymore and because I wasn’t able to exchange, I was forced into a new order which came in at the full retail Price. This was frustrating because if you order in a shop they would honour the initial price. My next order came without a box so the beautiful shoes were flat as a pancake and looked sorry for themselves as shoes would if they've come through the post without a shoebox. The 3rd order came (in a box) but the delicate flower corsage on the front toes didn’t match. The materials were different and the flower didn’t stand up on one and just flopped. I had to therefore return all 3 orders costing me £21 for the privilege of receiving not one product that was satisfactory. The customer services didn’t want to know and provided no explanation as to why anyone would send shoes without a box or why the product was so different. They force you into online shopping but can’t deliver on the service or quality. Very disappointing. Proceed with caution. Find a retailer who doesn’t charge you for their substandard quality.

The jumpsuit is very flattering, but unfortunately the zipper on the back of the jumpsuit opens beyond the the sewn overture. This caused the zipper to strain and tear the fabric at the end of the zipper and the damage is so visible that made the garment unwearable. Even though they've replyed recognising the issue, nothing was done

Terrible customer service. They don’t care and will put the blame on you when it’s their fault. I was supposed to receive a parcel which they sent to my old address even though I’d changed my address. Was told I had to go and get it. A 240 mile round trip. I don’t thinks do, Will not be shopping with Karen Millen again

I’ve had a truly frustrating experience with Karen Millen’s customer service. Due to a mix-up, I mistakenly sent a return meant for ASOS to Karen Millen. I alerted the customer service team in advance and provided tracking information, which confirmed the package was delivered. Despite this, I’ve been told the package cannot be located, and my attempts to get updates have been ignored. The customer service process is deeply flawed. Communication is limited to text messages, where you’re advised to wait up to an hour for a response. In reality, I waited over 12 hours for a reply and then had to endure further delays between responses just to complete a single conversation. It’s shocking that a brand positioned as high-end can’t provide better support— a budget retailer, offers far better service. To make matters worse, Karen Millen’s lack of action means I could lose my ability to return the item to ASOS within their return window, resulting in a financial loss. This situation has been incredibly stressful and completely avoidable if proper care had been taken. I expected much better from Karen Millen. Their customer service does not reflect the quality or reputation they claim to uphold.

Their customer service is terrible. I have been waiting for a $700 refund for over a month and no one will respond or look into the matter. Keep getting bounced around and told it takes time. Have contacted them over 5 times.

They would not cancel my order when I asked them to just hours after placing it. They try to exploit customers by shipping it and forcing them to pay for shipping and then return shipping
