“MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT BUY ONLINE !!!!!!!!!!!! The size is not reliable and customer service is horrible. You have to pay $15 to get delivered. If you order your normal size and doesn't fit. You have to pay for anther $15 to send it back. That's $30!! and if you like the dress and want to order a size down or up. Then TOO BAD $45!!!! And you know what, they DO NOT CARE!!!!!”

“The quality is completely gone! Cheap material, buttons and zips. I bought a coat a few months ago and the lining ripped straight away.. it was like paper! I put my hands into the pockets and my hand broke through the stitching. Its disgraceful. Why couldnt boohoo just keep the quality the same? Afterall their still charging high prices. I paid over 200euro for my coat and I would have bought a better quality coat in primark for €30”

“This is the worst shopping experience I've ever done! I can't recommend Karen Millen. I will never order something there again! This company is dubious and unprofessional. They told lies, e.g. I asked to cancel my order and they answered that it's not possible because the staff in the warehouse works very fast but curiously the status of the shipment is for 3-4 days the same and is not handed over to Hermes shipment yet! And you have to pay the return shipping costs”

“The Karen Millen clothes now sold on the Boohoo website (using the name Karen Millen) are absolute trash, the quality is extremely poor, the cloth that they use is nowhere near the quality that Karen Millen used to produce. Boohoo are just utilising the name and dragging it further down. Anyone pruchasing items from Boohoo thinking they are going to get quality Karen Millen items then you will be sorely disappointed.”

“I wish i had lissend to all the bad reviews regarding Karen Millen quality and support. One month after i paid for a dress i finaly recived it, just to be completly disdaponted. Instead of an ivory dress i got an orange one! I have more KM dresses, but this one had nothing to do with the quality i knew, the materisl is terrible, bad made. Not to mention i had to pay delivey and return and 19% VAT, wich KM never paied back. You can find the dresses much cheaper on COAST.”

“Since the Boohoo take over in 2019 the quality has changed overnight but they’ve kept the prices high. It’s expensive trash made in the style of Karen Millen. I’ve just had to return a dress and tip because the zips have the lining SEWN through them. SheIn is better quality”

“Greatly disappointed. Karen Millen has been my favorite brand for over 10 years, I have purchased clothing in Australia, the UK and America and the quality has been outstanding. The company was sold, I purchased $1600 worth of clothing, 2 items were the wrong size, 1 was soiled, and 2 were completely oversized compared to the brand's normal predictable fit. I tried numerous times to call and email the company without response, I was never able to get the items replaced or get a refund. I would never buy from this brand again. Very disappointed to see this high street fashion brand sink to depths of a scam company.”

“I ordered a dress beginning of December and it came torn. Customer service offered no money back. Still to this day they have not refunded me my money!! I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I was ready to exchange the item and the way they handle a return is unacceptable. Better get my money back!”

“Garments used to be high quality but since boohoo took over the quality is incredibly poor. I ordered 3 items and will return them all. After decades of calling Karen Millen my favourite brand I now refuse to shop there. So sad”

“I have bought recently some items from Karen Millen . Sorry but really loved this brand a lot before another company took over . I used to buy all my clothes from them because of good quality and nice fitting. I bought a dress and after I wear it once the button fall off I had to sew it myself back .Cheap made in Bulgaria. And be very careful they are changing prices every day there way!!! Some days same item is one price next day the price is up . Seems to me more like a scam and people should be aware of !!!”

“I used to be a faithful Karen Millen customer for over 13 years....Seduced by Facebook Karen Millen sale, I have bought various items. Although some of the items were fine, but only fine, others were not the usual Karen Millen excellent standard. No Karen Millen monogram details like there used to be on zips, buttons and buckles. Customer service very condescending and dismissive. It's just so sad”

“I have ordered Karen Millen clothes and bags for years due to their excellent quality, fit and small, added details - details which differentiate KM from other clothing brands. I have many dresses, coats and pairs of jeans, all of which fit perfectly and which I've had for years and they still look new. I recently ordered a jumper and a couple of pairs of jeans in the sale. The jumper seemed of reasonable quality and fit (I haven't worn or washed it yet, so we'll see) , but the jeans were a much lower quality than any other KM jeans I have and the detail (eg small brass KM detailed buttons on the pockets) was just not there. Clearly the takeover by Boohoo has resulted in mass produced, lesser quality items - not the KM quality we've been used to. Really sad about that. Don't think I'll be buying 'so called' KM items again.”

“I bought a dress on Karen Millen website. Shipment was very fast but the quality is not worth the money. The size is way off, and their customer service is horrible. I emailed them that the dress doesn't fit and I need return or exchange instructions. They never responded. Eventually, I tried to IM on Facebook, someone responded saying they don't exchange. I wanted a Christmas dress ASAP. This is not acceptable for an expensive dress knowing that their sizes are off. Theh should accept exchanges at least. I'm size US 2. I bought size 4 just in case, and was thinking if it's too big I can give it to my Sister. Unfortunately, size 4 was too small for me! I wouldn't recommend their products. Nit worth the price really.”

“My sister in law used to purchase a lot of Karen Millen clothes from one of her shops.. They were always amazing style, cut and Quality. Living abroad and seeing the online shop I thought I would treat myself now that I have lost weight.. I don't know what to say! Nicely designed lounge suit but quality zero. The trousers have completely gone out of shape. I think Lydia Millen should be ashamed of her promoting this new line from Karen Millen. I am sorry that people are so infuluenced by these bloggers they watch. If only people could and honest”

“Reduced quality over the years- I have worn a fabulous cardi today which is few years old but still looks amazing . The hardware is not the same either 😑 I won’t be buying again from what used to be my favourite brand.”
