I wish they could give me the option of scoring them zero, I'm surprised how such a silly company is still open, I bought 2 dresses from them with different transactions, first the dresses were available, as soon as the transaction went through, I received an update message, saying the dresses were out of stock, transaction cancelled, but oh dear, waiting for over a week for my refund, contacted the customer service via WhatsApp, nothing. I need my money, seriously this customer service is the most useless, I have seen. Kind regards, Khaty

Very bad experience. They let you pay for express delivery within 2 working days and than ask you to wait 3 weeks for delivery!

I'm in mourning for pre-boohoo Karen Millen. It was my favourite brand as the material was so high quality and the designs perfectly fit my hourglass shape. Then Boohoo happened, and now we are buying clothes for 10 times the price of boohoo and it's the same quality material. The shape of all the items are also atrocious. Everything I've bought is for a skinny woman with a huge pot belly. I don't know any non-pregnant woman with this kind of figure. I suppose I just really need to give up on this brand as boohoo has decimated the quality.

I ordered a cream short sleeve blouse and a spotted blouse arrived. Awful quality. No phone number for customer services. So the blouse i wanted has now sold out. Wont be ordering from them in the future. I dont no whay had happened to this company.

Since the time Karen Millen is sold, the quality, style, fit everything has to the dogs! It used to be so much better and now I don't even feel like visiting the website let alone buy anything! What have you done?!

Worst online purchase I've ever made. I ordered two dresses of one color and it came in another. I had to print the paper to return the package by mail. It took a long time to refund and when it finally did, it returned less money than it was to refund. They were irresponsible and dishonest with me. Karem Millen from me you are free. I never buy anything online at this store again. I wasted my time and money.

I can only agree, KM is now just awful. Bought a denim jacket and skirt, both far too big for my size, the jacket was ridiculously baggy, completely unwearable. Nevermind all this, it STANK! The smell was unbearable, like walking through the primark shoe section, just 10 times stronger. Wont return!

IF YOU ARE IN THE US DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, UPS WILL DEMAND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO MAKE THE DELIVERY FOR BROKER FEES THE BRAND DOESNT PAY EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY THE BRAND FOR SHIPPING...

I used to love Karen Millen - they used to have beautifully made, classy and quality clothing which would last and be so true to size. But, ever since Boohoo took it over, it has stripped it of its quality and class. The sizing is completely all over the place, and the clothes are totally trashy and see through. I will never buy from them again - seems like they have taken the once gorgeous brand and using it to charge extortionate prices (which before, I would HAPPILY have paid for) for shoddy clothes. SO disappointed in the brand now - if you are going produce cheap clothes, then you need to charge cheap prices. What a shame!

Over £750 taken from my bank account on 24/5/2021 and no confirmation/record of my order. Still no refund as of yet 25/6/2021 despite numerous promises. Disgraceful behaviour!

I used to own loads of km dresses, but now when I browse in their website there are plenty of low quality dress, the fabric looks cheap and the colour is awful. The price is too high for a trashy. I won't have it even if its free

The quality is appalling and material is cheap, it’s no better than ASOS clothing anymore. Such a shame it used to be 50% of my wardrobe. Boohoo have ruined a great brand.

I use to purchase so many thing KM in store. just have a very bad experience with online. absolutely rubbish, the fabric is ok but lacking fabric, they done it like the chinese done their cloth, aboluetly horrendous, never again, rip km

Sent my express package to us without proper customs clearance. When the customs agent first called me asking for my social security number, I thought it was fraud. Wasted time, no dress for an event, very bad experience. Unresponsive customer service unwilling to take responsibility for their mess up nor fix my problem

Karen millen used to stand for high quality items and great service. Now it's really poor quality and bad service. For over ten years 50% of my wardrobe was Karen Millen. But for sure i will never buy a single item from this fake Karen Millen again.

Returned my dress and after afew weeks they are saying they returned the money but money is not in my account... basically they stole my money! So so unhappy with their customer service never ever do shopping with these guys all they do steel our money!!

DO NOT BUY FROM KAREN MILLEN, IT IS RUBBISH! The website crashes and the APP too, when you try to make a purchase and then takes your money! I have been charged 3 times nearing £4,000 (I'm like WTF). I have been chasing Karen Millen for my refund and have now raised a dispute with my bank (my bank is not making it easy for a refund either). It has been extremely stressful and infuriating. Karen Millen do not have a record of my order and they can not locate my money that has been taken from my account. I have been waiting for my refund week commencing 24th May and still haven't been refunded. The site is a CON/FRAUD and customer service is not helpful no contact number either. I should have looked at the reviews before buying. HUGE Mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seems like a few people have had the same experience as me! It's absolutely shocking.

They took money illegally from customer's bank accounts if you are wise. I will never buy anything from them bc they are FRAUD. They will take money without notifying you.

Having been a die-hard Karen Millen fan for years, I am so disappointed with decline in quality since BooHoo took them over. The dreadful quality of all their leather jackets is painfully evident. Not a single decent one there - I have ordered AND returned each one. I have many older jackets that are of superior quality and styling - all soft with great tailoring and finish. What you get now could easily pass as something from Primark (no offense to them - at least you know what you are getting for the price). Colours are shocking and nothing as pictured - and even those aren't that great. The feel is more a kin to cardboard than anything close to what you'd except from Karen Millen. So many of the clothes are ghastly - fabric patterns, dress/skirt lengths - not every woman wants to wear short lengths; the styles are mostly just horrible. As for the models - the photographs do nothing to entice me to buy - you'd think they were advertising themselves not the clothes as mostly I can't actually see what the item(s) look like. Utterly shambolic for the prices they charge - even given the fact they are permanently having some kind of reduction. Please just lower the prices by 80% to start with and ask the photographers to take better shots of THE CLOTHES.
