Beautiful clothes - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I truly love their clothes; however, they have completely giving me the 'run-around' regarding reimbursement for returns + other non-disclosed charges. Even when they say 'refund is on the way' it takes a very long time to reconcile. They need to set up a customer service system that is commensurate with their lovely clothing and their competitors who go above and beyond to keep loyal customers 'happy' [and please get 'live' customer service reps].

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not accept a return for an item that was too small to fit me. Ever worn and the tags were still attached. Even more upsetting because the coat was supposed to be worn for my wedding photos.

I was pleased with my order. The clothes that I ordered just came and they are fabulous I don’t know people write so many bad reviews about Karen Millen and I am asking myself why they are doing so.As for me I will continue to do my clothes shopping at KM for quality as for the size people have to know the size not US size make sure you check and assure you have US size. When it come for price I think I get what I pay for. I don’t have any problems with my purchase so I don’t know anything about customer service. I hope my review is helpful to someone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned dresses for correct sizes and they have not been returning my money. I just realized this! I have sent many emails and they have been refunding only one out of every 5 dresses I’ve bought. Scandalous company!!!

The old Karen Millen is gone, it’s just boohoo with extortionate prices now. Quality is absolutely terrible, will never buy from them again

Was upset when I realised that I ordered from karen Millen site when she had no longer had the business. However when I had received my order I was so pleased with my purchase. The dress I ordered was the same fit and quality as before Karen Millen was in business .

This is not Karen millen Sizes are. ridiculous ,quality is rubbish, what happened to Karen Millen ? that used to be my one shop for everything . Perfect sizing 😀not anymore just cheap rubbish and sales all the time! (As they want you to believe)I used to love this brand and was a loyal customer for over 20 years 🧐😔

I happen to love the brand and the clothes; however, the sizing is inconsistent and I need to be able to return the items. My challenge is with customer service. First, they don't have a 'live' person one can talk with. Second, they are not customer 'friendly' and have hidden charges and requests. For example, I was charged an extra fee for UPS charge. When informed it appeared that they would help out; however, they continued to ask me for 'proof' (which was provided - invoice plus cashed check). They also continued to ask for proof of sending back merchandise (despite the fact that I had received emails illustrating their receipt). Bottom line, I have never seen a customer service company NOT take care of their existing customers.

Gosh ..this is not karen milllen anymore its Boohoo .its been bought but them..so understand this ..and stay away .. there's no quality ..zero ..

The WORST website to shop from is Karen Millen. The site switches from the US site to the UK site, therefore creating confusion. When I realized i ordered the wrong size, it was too late and I had no option of canceling nor editing my order. I had to wait to receive the wrong size and pay to ship it back. Customer service at it's worst!!!!!!

I order two skirts before Christmas, came very quickly and loved the tweed skirt, the leather skirt lining wasn't sewn well and meant the back of the skirt creased and lifted. I used to buy from Karen Millen in the past and assumed it was a very rare fault so cut the lining to release the back. Ordered a dress for New years, a bright yellow dress with jewel details. I was sent a filthy dress which had jewels missing from its detailing. The dress very clearly had been worn and had a drink spilt down it and other unpleasant stains. I returned the dress and contacted customer services sending pictures of the stains and complained about quality control. Re-order the dress, no problem and im refunded with no issue. Third order, ordered a simple dress in the size I've always ordered. The dress is extremely tight and I cannot fasted the zip. The packaging and tag indicate the correct size. I check the sewn in lable ..... the dress is 3 sizes smaller that what I ordered!! In the same order I had ordered another skirt, poor quality, unfinished seams and cotton bits hanging out all over. Return both items. I do some research and find out Karen Millen has been bought by Boohoo. The poor quality now makes sense and I won't be ordering again. Boohoo quality and Premium KM prices.

Shockingly poor quality coat. I previously loved this brand. However, the level of the coat I received is comparable to Primark. The buttons were light and flimsy, the material of the coat was cheap and wrinkly and the chain on the inside for hanging the coat was broken. Premium price tag ✅ Poor quality ✅

I have been a Karen Millen customer for close to 10 years, bought everything from coats, workwear to evening gowns from them. They were always such nice quality. I hadn’t bought anything from them in the past two years during Covid. I recently purchased a dress from them, and when I received it I was shocked by the quality. It looks and feels cheaper than a Zara or H&M dress!! Comparing it to all my dresses from them that I’ve bought in the past you wouldn’t even believe it’s from the same brand. Very disappointed, will not be purchasing anything from them anymore although I used to be a devoted customer.

Terrible company paid for express delivery did not arrived still 6 days later. Shocking customer service did not deal with my issue. Do not shop here.

Items were shipped from China and UPS claimed I had to give my social security number to received. And after I did the driver demanded an $266 check to release then. Very deceptive and you cannot contact them other than email that are not responded to.

I really don’t understand the people writing all these negative comments!! I have recently become Karen Millen fan. Absolutely love their style, quality and customer service! I had to return several times due to sizing - have to go a little bigger (one size up). So what - now I know and order the right size! I NEVER had issues returning and getting my full refund in about a week from the day of me sending it from the post office!! I always get compliments on my new clothes just because they really stand out from famous brands in the U.S. So glad I didn’t come here first to read the negative reviews!! (Are they even real?!)

They sent me a dress I ordered online filthy with make up and smelled as if someone had worn in on a night out. In the middle of pandemic as well. 😷 the belt on the dress was damaged too.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Their clothes look beautiful on the website but their customer service is horrific. I recently ordered a $300 dress and received the wrong item. Ok, this happens sometimes. I emailed them immediately but didn’t get a response for a couple of days. Then they asked me to take pictures of the item before telling me to send it back. Then after a couple more days, they responded with return instructions. I followed those instructions and sent the item back that day. They also required a picture of the receipt from the post office. Complete unnecessary since the tracking is attached the to USPS label they sent me! Once I sent that, after a few more days they emailed me to see if I still wanted the correct item. Not sure why this was a question since I never asked for a refund. I responded and said yes, and then after 24 hours received another email stating the item had sold out. And here’s the kicker….they said I would have to wait until they received the returned item before getting a refund!! Again, they have the tracking information already!! This is completely unacceptable customer service and at this price point, I would think you would get better service. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Bohoo is selling garbage for top prices under the disguise of Karen Millen brand. The original, high quality Karen Millen is gone for good. Avoid !!!!
