I have return 2 items on the same date, check the track & trace online. They have received both items, but they just refunded me for one item only! they are scam. do not purchase anything if you are not sure you want to keep it or not. they are thieves, and they steal your money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

I loved Karen Millen most of my wardrobe was clothing from them when they had they shops open now I ordered online materials very cheap please change the name people not to be confused because the brand is not the same now is cheap brand

Not sure about the negative reviews but have ordered my third dress from Karen Millen and it is perfect, quality of all items I have bought including new shoes all arrived on time I did have to make one return but simply went to a Hermes store at my local shop she zapped it and sent it off and my refund was done in five working days. Really like the app and really like the service and clothes :)

I bought Karen Millen clothing at Bloomingdales for years and then on a pre-pandemic trip to London, bought a KM dress. Somehow more fun! I was disappointed to see that they are only on-line now and was especially apprehensive reading all these negative reviews. Nevertheless, I decided to take a chance because I need a dress for an upcoming wedding and love the Soft Tailored Waterfall Dress. I ordered 2 sizes (pandemic pounds). My order arrived in about a week. Beautiful dress, just as pictured, same great KM quality as always, LOVE IT!! I’m keeping one and returning the other. Still a loyal KM customer!!!

The fabric was so bad. I had it drycleaned after I had the hem taken up and the fabric went crinkly and creased. I trust my Drycleaners. He does a fabulous job. Customer service told me there was nothing they could do. I am a good customer. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered few items yesterday 24/11/2021 on two separate orders and payed ñext day delivery but never received them today 14/11/2021 . Now I have to spend time calling the customer service......... and the ombudsman if I won't be able to have this issue resolved tomorrow 15 /11/2021

Absolutely disgraceful customer service . I purchased a dress from KM and the fabric was all crinkly. You couldn’t iron out or even steam. I can’t wear the dress. Everyone that has purchased will have the same problem. As I had the dress hem taken up I couldn’t return. My trusted Drycleaners returned to me after the alteration and the fabric went crinkly.

Paid extra for fast delivery and item did not arrive on time. Contacted customer care and they only offered £2 off my postage and nothing else and made excuses that sometimes we have to wait on postage, despite the fact they charged extra for this service. Had ordered the dress for an event but dress didn’t arrive.

I bought from Karen Millen including a forever dress I had been eyeing off for a few years. I saw there was a sale and thought to myself “this is the perfect chance to buy it!”. It turns out the reason it was so cheap, because the quality was abysmal. The leather belt was already bent when opening and refused to be bent back to shape. Do not buy from This brand if you expect pre 2019 quality.

Since Boohoo has taken over Karen Milen the quality of the clothes has changed. I use to shop at KM 10yrs ago and the knitwear quality was a a high standard and now their quality is similar to HM. In fact HM is better and reasonable.

Items I ordered from Karen Millen were lovely and just as seen on the website, however I paid for next day delivery via DPD and my item was not delivered. I made a complaint via the KM website and had a very quick response to say that DPD had tried to deliver but couldn’t reach my address, either due to road closures or no parking! Wholly untrue, I was in the whole day and no delivery was attempted. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac, have a parking bay with room for 5 cars opposite my house and had no road closures in my area. Have asked for my delivery cost to be refunded, but no joy from KM. A real shame as DPD are letting KM down on delivery, so please don’t waste your money on next day delivery if you buy from them.

Awful awful awful material and zips. The material shrinks when you first wash it on expensive shirts, the zips break after wearing a couple of times. What’s going on, the quality is get worse than ever. So sad as I use to buy everything from Karen millen. Going to give up as fed up with returning all the time

Returned faulty item 3rd sep. it wAs signed for at your end to say return received and despite chasing 6 times still no refund.CS has been appalling asking me repeat questions that have been answered at least 3 times!! Now no response at all from my last em nail in over a week - diabolical

Awful service customer service terrible coat turned up and it was stuffed in the bag, hair on the shoulders and what looked like animal hair... luxurious experience not. Rounds of emails and no action. Customer service sitting behind emails terrible service

I would give no stars if I could-absolutely fraudulant company. I placed 2 orders and only one was sent, after first being told by 4 agents that they had been sent together, then that they hadn't. They owe me a $900 refund which they said they paid, but definately haven't. You get a different person with each e-mail giving standard scripted responses and fobbing you off. On the order which I did receive the sewing was appalling and a belt buckle was sewn on backwards- after sending photos they promised to look into it but didn't get back to me. My next 2 e-mails were ignored. I have sent over 10 e-mails about not receiving the refund and each time am just given a payment reference number and told to contact my bank. The bank have checked 3 times and there is no payment pending- they are now going to start proceedings to recover the funds. My son died a few months ago and this was a cheer myself up purchase that has turned into a nightmare and made my life even worse. I am going to be reporting them to the authorities as this kind of business practice should not be tolerated. I will also post this review EVERYWHERE I can to warn unsuspecting shoppers. STAY AWAY from them and boohoo.com (the parent company)..

Worst customer experience ever!!!!! There was a mistake made on my delivery address. I notified the team within minutes. Even when the order was in process, they denied to help. They kept going on in circles telling me nothing can be done. One of the colleague told me they will supply the correct address to courier but then they completely flipped out. It was most stressful experience talking to bunch of people who just refused to help. Moreover there is no number to call them, they just take the payment and provide no help whatsoever. WORST experience of my life!!!!

I have been a loyal customer to Karen Millen for the past 20 years and I have never ever been disappointed by any purchase made. I used to live in UK so I had the luxury to return things but even now I order the things overseas and they fit exactly how I expect them to. When I place a next day delivery to someones address in UK my things always arrive the next day. I find all the negative comments really weird....
