I have never had a problem with orders or quality of Karen Millen products. Anything I have sent back has been refunded promptly.

The photos online are very misleading and misrepresenting. I ordered items from the online store multiple times, and they always look very much different in person( length, fit, etc). Customer service either emails back generic answers or doesn’t respond at all. Would not recommend this brand.

Very bad experience with refund group. Asking same question and same qurstion and didnt solve the problem. Waiting for refund more than 1 month and didnt get the refund back.

I have been a loyal customer for some time and my recent order has not arrived. Now waiting 3 weeks and paid $14.99 to receive by latest 10 business days! No phone number other than email and the response was pathetic! “I cannot refund you the postage”!!! I will be disputing with PayPal’s support. Karen Millen, your service is not putting the customer at the centre of your work!

Worst online retailer I have dealt with when it comes to returns. Sent back an item (which I needed express shipping on but didn’t even arrive within that timeframe) over 3 weeks ago using their drop2shop facility and no sign of my refund. I have contacted customer support and twice in the last week I’ve been asked to provide proof of my return, which I have done now sending pictures of the returns label, the tracking number and the email confirmation of the return on both occasions and yet no where closer to getting my refund. Issue appears to be with the returns facilitator but this shouldn’t be impacting on the consumer. Won’t shop online here again.

I’ve been a loyal client since 2009 and 90% of my wardrobe - work, party, casual, dressy was all KM. My last purchases were disappointing and customer service, though responsive, clearly have been given orders to not budge an inch, even at the expense of a positive client experience - quality of fabric and workmanship has gotten poor, perfect tailored fit and cut of yesteryear gone, and sizing is consistently off. Dresses I own from before that I wanted in different colors and bought recently are just not the same. I gave it a chance when all closed down but no more. This was such an admired and phenomenal brand. Listen up #karenmillen management : this is not how you generate growth and client loyalty. What a shame.

U.S. customers be aware- US Sizing is absolutely wrong! I contacted customer service asking if their sizing was accurate - unfortunately their customer service is useless. Additionally, pricing was high, quality mediocre, and shipping cost policy high.

I ordered a blouse and pair of size 16 trousers, the blouse was awful quality and felt like some sort of plastic fibres and the trousers were more like a size 12 to 14. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

on 14/8/2021 I placed an order from this website, they never delivered to me and when I contacted to claim my money back, I lost part of my money, they did not fully refund my money. previously paid to them. cheat

Terrible. Don't waste your money or time. I bought 4 items from Karen millen, had one cancelled and refunded. Today I received my package it was the one item that was cancelled and nothing else! I was then made to check my package again to see if it was in the bottom, even though the weight on the package clearly wasn't enough for more than one item! I was told before they even found out what had happened they wouldn't offer any refund or replacement because their systems said it was sent. THE SAME SYSTEMS THAT SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DRESS THAT WAS DELIVERED. I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour by offering a replacement-this one time only... BUT BEFORE THAT HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY FOR THE DRESS THAT YOU RECEIVED!!!!! Absolutely shocking.

I'm rating Karen Millen appalling quality and dreadful sizing. I was a long fan and absolutely loved KM. I was wondering what happened to my beloved brand and was utterly disappointed to find out Boohoo took over. I used to be a KM size 10 in the past 16 years. And clothes fitted me like a glove. I gained about 6 kilos in the past 2 years and during the past month I ordered about 5 orders of all items size 10. Guess? They are absolutely huge, ill fitted and the worst quality I have ever seen in my long love affair with KM. I re-ordered some items size 8 and they are still huge!! How come I’m bigger than I have ever been in my entire life and I’m suddenly a KM size 6???? I’m sorry but the KM I love and adored is dead and I can’t help but mourn the Brand. What's left is a ashes and boooooo

Ordered a size 16 dress but it is more like a 10/12. Literally about 10" gap that could not be zipped up.Why do this to women ? If you say it is a UK 16 then it needs to follow the UK guidelines/measurements on what size that actually is and make it sized accordingly. I am a UK 16 in every other high street brand no problems ,but this feels more like a 10/12 which has wasted my time ordering and returning etc and it makes you feel horrible because the size you normally wear is clearly 3 sizes too small. Also for the money the fabric is a very cheap crepe type fabric and not what I was expecting at all for a £200 dress? it's the type of fabric you get in budget dress shops, just all round a horrible experience. Avoid is my advice...and if you are a size 12 order a 16 it may..just may? fit you!

I ordered next day delivery, yesterday - no delivery today. Why offer next day when you can’t honour it ! Very disappointed ☹️

Terrible, utterly terrible, on every level. My goods haven't arrived and I paid next day delivery, despite having Karen Millen Gold, so that I'd get them next day. No goods, no phone number to call, no response via email, twitter or WhatsApp. Will never ever recommend. Would give a zero if I could. Shame on you Karen Millen.

I had placed an order for some jeans and a necklace. The order came the jeans were fine and the necklace errrrm what necklace? In place of it was a pair of tacky earrings that weren't on the website! Ranting to a friend as this jewellery had been ordered to go with an outfit for a close family wedding, to find out Boohoo now own. Fair enough but thought I would check their site for the earrings and sure enough my lovely JM chain has a boohoo product in its place £4.00 each pack (2) I've reached out to customer service seems they must have a text expander which has almost the same response and not getting to the point if the issue! So now I'm being asked to return the earrings prove I have sent them back and my necklace will be on its way! I ordered next day delivery for a reason the leading up to the wedding was supposed to be stress free. This is their mistake and for the sake of £8.00 when delivery has already been paid for I would have liked to have thought they would honour this! First an advisor Ellie got back to me asked me for info already sent! Great start. Then nothing, silence! Asked for an update and Aisha sent a message I'd replied and nothing since it's so bad. I work in customer service and deal with customers online. I personally like to keep communication from beginning to end with my customers clearly with the take over there is still a lot to be learned I've emailed, sent info on messenger and WhatsApp! Very poor I'm so angry as felt ignored! And the excuse of someone will be in contact in 72hrs doesn't cut it when someone set the reply and didn't follow it on

Literally the worst experience with Customer Service...and equally as horrible as zara. If you buy - Expect to wait a min. of 30-45 days to receive your item(s). If you feel your items may be lost in the mail - not their problem. They'll make you wait until they can investigate ...up to another 30 days. If you return - Expect to pay at least $10 in return shipping.

It was a HUGE mistake I made in ordering from Karen Millen. This company is not operating normal, DO NOT buy from this. I used to like their clothing and the shipping was normal (I live in the US), but I recently I placed 2 orders, I paid the express shipping and it has been more than 10 days, the tracking didn't show anything and nothing shows up. They have no phone number, I use WhatsAPP, but the number they put for WhatsAPP contact is invalid. The only way is through email, I emailed and it said they will respond in 72 hours. That's an awful customer service. Again DO NOT buy from this store online!

I wish they could give me the option of scoring them zero, I'm surprised how such a silly company is still open, I bought 2 dresses from them with different transactions, first the dresses were available, as soon as the transaction went through, I received an update message, saying the dresses were out of stock, transaction cancelled, but oh dear, waiting for over a week for my refund, contacted the customer service via WhatsApp, nothing. I need my money, seriously this customer service is the most useless, I have seen. Kind regards, Khaty
