DO NOT BUY FROM KAREN MILLEN, IT IS RUBBISH! The website crashes and the APP too, when you try to make a purchase and then takes your money! I have been charged 3 times nearing £4,000 (I'm like WTF). I have been chasing Karen Millen for my refund and have now raised a dispute with my bank (my bank is not making it easy for a refund either). It has been extremely stressful and infuriating. Karen Millen do not have a record of my order and they can not locate my money that has been taken from my account. I have been waiting for my refund week commencing 24th May and still haven't been refunded. The site is a CON/FRAUD and customer service is not helpful no contact number either. I should have looked at the reviews before buying. HUGE Mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seems like a few people have had the same experience as me! It's absolutely shocking.

bad quality fabrics, far from what use to be in the past. they are producing cheap and selling expensive!!!

They took money illegally from customer's bank accounts if you are wise. I will never buy anything from them bc they are FRAUD. They will take money without notifying you.

Having been a die-hard Karen Millen fan for years, I am so disappointed with decline in quality since BooHoo took them over. The dreadful quality of all their leather jackets is painfully evident. Not a single decent one there - I have ordered AND returned each one. I have many older jackets that are of superior quality and styling - all soft with great tailoring and finish. What you get now could easily pass as something from Primark (no offense to them - at least you know what you are getting for the price). Colours are shocking and nothing as pictured - and even those aren't that great. The feel is more a kin to cardboard than anything close to what you'd except from Karen Millen. So many of the clothes are ghastly - fabric patterns, dress/skirt lengths - not every woman wants to wear short lengths; the styles are mostly just horrible. As for the models - the photographs do nothing to entice me to buy - you'd think they were advertising themselves not the clothes as mostly I can't actually see what the item(s) look like. Utterly shambolic for the prices they charge - even given the fact they are permanently having some kind of reduction. Please just lower the prices by 80% to start with and ask the photographers to take better shots of THE CLOTHES.

I am going to leave the sliding quality of the clothes itself aside for the review because I think they have much bigger problems. I tried to purchase from KM online and on the APP, on both occasions, the transaction came up as an error, and the order disappeared from the basket. I tried again and again, then I gave up. Cut my losses and went to a different company. But then while checking my bank account these transaction has been registered! I contact KM. Their response was explaining that the transactions probably will bounce because indeed there was no order connected to them, and I shouldn't worry. (Mind you the money were blocked/pending and I could not use them, so KM holding my cash hostage...) After 2 days To my surprise, the transactions went through and KM successfully charged me over £1200 in total for no order!! Then I also noticed that these transactions were made in dollars!! (considering I am in the UK and I was on the UK sites how come the charge was in dollars??) Transaction in Dollars means that my bank charges me a fee for an "international" transaction!! I mean WTF have you done to KM???!!! It was a great company, and now it's completely falling apart. Customer service is nowhere to be seen either. NO phone number they say, oh wow... I would consider the false transactions as a serious breach of consumer's rights bordering with fraud. I understand that mistakes can happen and they most likely have bugs in the system, but companies of this size should not release any updates without testing them thoroughly first! It is irresponsible and reckless. Literally treating their customer like they piece of c**p. The way the management is dealing with it is just appalling, and I have a feeling that I will have to report them and to go through the bank to get my money back . Imagine if I am not alone, imagine how much money they collect and because it goes to their accounts they can use it as cashflow and for free, while innocent unsuspecting customers are left out of pocket for days. Refund will take some time to process, but meanwhile, they can use the cash...

This company overcharged us £811.45 without a single notification. Unbelievable. Be careful when you put you bank account.

I used to love Karen Millen, This is a horrible experience until today, Karen Millen silently charged our bank without orders confirmation or email information. Our card was overcharged, customer service is extremely slow. Block more than £600 of money, wasting time. I doubt if this is safe or not. Think twice before you put your bank on this website and app.

Absolutely terrible! I bought a Karen Millen dress last week and believed I would get the Karen Millen quality!!!! In 2021 the quality is absolutely trash and I had no idea is not the real brand anymore. They’re deceiving their customers and I’m so so dissapointed. Never again. Karen Millen brand died and I just wasted my money on a dress that should cost 20$ and not 160$! Do not buy from them!!

I always bought KM with confidence because quality always been superb , I have classic LBD over 10 years old and still superb .... 2 weeks ago I bought pale pink trouser suit which was over £200 and I am absolutely shocked of the quality , I mean when you buy KM it’s about tailoring and superb fabrics but this suit is just shocking - after just one wear fabric loosened up etc !!! Disappointed

Since Karen Millen got taken over by Boohoo they are trying to sell too many styles, the site is full of non-traditional KM styles and to be frank a lot of them are abit trashy and cheap looking. Yet they are selling at KM prices..£150 for a dress which is no where near the same quality as before. So very sad that the owners are trying to change the brand and cash in with cheap quality cheap style clothes

I used to love Karen Millen, but after my last delivery I will never buy again. I have Karen Millen items which are 10 years old that are in amazing condition which I still wear now. Since boohoo took over this brand the quality has changed. The linings have gone, the material is thinner. They are still all dry clean only items but who wants to make the effort to go to the dry cleaners for cheap rubbish? I still do like the designs. So let down by the fabrics.

I bought a dress from Karen Millen some months ago, thinking that it's the same quality KM dresses that I had bought before. This one was of very poor quality. They threads started coming out the first time I tried it on. I didn't know that Boohoo owns the brand now. I miss the original KM stuff.

It is not KM !! Forget the brand which was once sophisticated and had KM brand style and quality - for the discerning shopper - and it was a pleasure to go into a KM store with helpful assistants to make you feel wonderful through the shopping experience. Now - forget the above words above - it’s NOT KM - mass produced rubbish with a KM label. KM you have lost lots of devoted loyal shoppers to the cheap market

I used to love KM. Since the acquisition by boohoo I didn’t buy anything for obvious reasons, until now. I ordered a dress in three different colours because I loved the design; every dress varies in size even though they are supposed to be the same size but not only that, the material also varies from dress to dress. The same thing happened with another dress I ordered in two different colours - the material and size are totally wrong. Some of the materials are ok however some are primark quality, which is not what one would expect from KM especially given the price tag! I will most certainly not shot there again, it clearly isn’t KM anymore sadly .

Ordered a faux fur coat that arrived in very poor condition. It was packed in a small bag and was very creased and with a big black mark on the front. Emailed customer service with photo and received no response. Very poor customer service. Been a life long lover of KM will never buy online again. I even purchased the gold delivery service which is now useless to me!
