I ordered a wool coat from them last month, received it and I absolutely loved it. I wore it for one week and the whole thing was falling apart. It was pilling really badly everywhere, and the wool was pulling in multiple places. Really really poor quality. So I returned the coat, and didn’t get a replacement as it was out of stock. They did also refund me a ridiculously expensive duty charge I paid. That’s the only positive thing I will say about them. The following month I checked back and the coat was in stock again. Since I loved it so much I decided to give it another chance, in hopes maybe I just got a lemon. I paid $90 in duties on a $200 item which is again ridiculous, but I really liked the coat. I receive it and pull it out of the bag and I immediately get a strong perfume smell. I look at the coat and it is pulled and pilling everywhere, EXACTLY like the one I had retuned before. I look closer and in the pockets is garbage. Literally a gas receipt from Europe, and some small change. I’m so done with this company. Sending out used, dirty, damaged clothing?? No way.

Hopefully you get your order right, the customer service is simple not acceptable. What happened to this brand? I have been ordering form them for many years. It was my last order... I received a white blazer full of blue marker on all the stitches. I paid almost 200$ in duties since I am in Canada, how is this fair? You have to contact them via messenger and you get an answer from someone different everytime they answer you plus they dont read the conversation. Seems like they dont have quality control anymore. Really disapointed.

Absolutely devasyed with recent purchase wasn't able to wear the belt as it had no holes in it Unable to contact Karen millen on telephone so had to contact them by email and wait upto 72 hours for a response I will not be buying from them again after being a customer for many years They are making me wait over a week for a refund however taken money from my account straight away I have not been refunded for the postage either On top of this they won't honour a gift voucher despite it only being three days out of their expiry date Extremely disappointed poor quality clothing no quality control and dreadful customer services

I bought a KM dress and the classic cuts have now moved to plunging neck lines. I returned that one! I bought a dress during the pandemic, then intended to wear it for work, and the zip broke! Customer service said I couldn't exchange it because it was more than 30 days. It was faulty, and I couldn't wear my work dress when we had lockdowns! Disappointing service given what KM has historically been known for, the KM now is different.

I have been a loyal customer for 25 years. However, I am very unhappy with my recent purchases. Everything has become more unprofessional and careless, from packaging to customer service. Most importantly, I did NOT get a refund for the last order. To be very clear, they kept both the money and the dress and they can now happily sell it again.

When the quilted short jacket arrived, I was very happy with it; the fit, colour and style until I found the discoloured/corroded buttons on both cuffs (not exactly cuffs but where they should be if there are). It's really disappointing as I sent it back and ordered another hoping it is just one off thing, but it was exactly the same; scuffed/corroded buttons on both cuffs, hence yet again I had to sent it back. No quality control or what? Anyway, since I liked the garment, they could have made an effort to find one with no faults, but they either didn't bother to make that extra effort or didn't have one without faults. Either way it's utter disappointment. I've been taking pride in wearing KM pieces and it's been my go-to brand for so many years. But this experience is changing my view on the brand completely. I remember reading an interview by the founder Karen Millen; “Karen Millen was once a premium brand. A brand that prided itself on delivering high-end fashion with attention to detail. Using the best fabrics and trims but keeping our prices affordable. It saddens me to see where it has been taken and how it has lost its way..."

Best experience ever with online shopping. Ontime, responsive customer service. The quality was great, like it looks in the picture, I had to return it because of the size, and it was free and straightforward to return. I received an email and am waiting for the money. I strongly recommend Karen Milen

Do not want to accept a return, terrible customer service and 0 response and respect to a customer. Think twice before ordering, as you may not be able to return anything.

I ordered some clothing from KM and needed to return it because the sizing was off. I had paid 350$ in taxes and duties when the items were shipped into Canada. I paid KM for a prepaid shipping label to send the goods back. KM charged me 20$ for return shipping fees and I sent the clothes back. The problem is twofold- it took over 1 month to get a refund from KM for the clothes. Worse yet, I cannot get back the 350$ from the border services because KM had me ship back the clothes to some Center in Ontario Canada. The border won’t refund your money unless the clothes leave Canada. KM cannot be reached by phone. You need to text them for customer service. They take 24 hours to respond to inquiries by text and after 15 messages asking them for proof my clothes made it back to the UK so I can apply for a refund of my tax and duties, they have not helped at all. They won’t tell me if they kept the clothes in Canada or if they left the country. The customer service chat clearly does not even read the message a customer sends as I get back the same nonsense answer over and over. BUYER BEWARE!

Not Karen Millen! It’s cheap fast fashion with the Karen Millen label and price tag. Ordered two coats and both sent back as quality wasn’t great at all. Really disappointed as used to love Karen Millen.

I was excited I found this brand and did care research before I committed. I felt like this would be my new go to brand since a Canadian brand and Australian brand closed down that I loved. I spent about $300 on a trench that went on sale. I carefully measured myself and order a size 8 USA what is a 36 inch bust. The jacket looked like a kid wearing there fathers jacket. I paid $90 in custom fees and then paid to have the jacket sent to me and sent back. They refunded me the jacket cost but not my shipping. They said the sizing was correct when it was clearly a manufacturer error.

Hi I am a loyal Karen Millen customer. I love that my wardrobe has items that are special to me and that no one else I know has the same. I appreciate that some of the material used could be of better quality for what I pay but realise too that I am paying for design and originality. After reading reviews I feel sorry for people experiencing bad service but wonder if the recent ones are down to the manic xmas buying season where staff are extra busy so things get missed and deadlines aren't reached. I have experienced problems with another online company but realise that it is xmas. I have never experienced bad service and have always received orders in time and refunds from returns credited in a timely manner. I do agree though it must be frustrating having a problem and nobody at the end of a phone to help and that the WhatsApp customer support could be more efficient on occasions.

The quality of Karen millen clothes has really gone down since the past 2 years.Bad stiching, low quality buttons.They use cheap material while the prices are still the same

Proceed with caution if you plan to purchase anything from Karen Millen as the service is extremely poor since they moved to online. I have ordered 2 coats and the first purchase, KM sent the wrong size. Unfortunately when I returned it and tried to order another one, it was out of stock. The most recent order was another coat which was quite pricey and the coat arrived after paying next day delivery with the coat chain broke. When I sent an email bringing it to their attention, the mailbox continually came back repeatedly as undeliverable, stating that the mailbox is full or there is an error with their mailing address. Almost 3 weeks later after trying different ways to contact them I managed to get a response after sending an email directly to Boohoo. The response was appalling from KM. Yet again they sent a label to return the coat, could not send a replacement as the coat is out of stock. There was no offer of any compensation of my next day delivery charge or for the fault. I will never order anything from them again.

HORRENDOUS customer service. I ordered over $500 worth of merchandise and as I entered the billing address which I do not have access to as it no longer exists and is in another country, it must have changed my shipping address which is in New York. I immediately saw that this happened and contacted them and they do not provide you with a number to call just to contact them by Instagram or on Facebook messenger which is ridiculous. I do that and they take 2 days to respond to tell me there’s nothing I can do and that I should try to pick it up from the address. So they assume I can board a plane and fly 17 hours while pregnant during covid to try to pick up the order from an address that no longer exists. It’s crazy how a business can be so unprofessional with no regard whatsoever to their customers and do not care about their consumers or if they even got their orders as long as they receive money. Disgusting philosophy and disgusting customer service. Don’t even know why I ordered their quality has gone horribly down last time I did. Save your money and order from a legitimate company that actually cares about its customers.

The coat I purchased arrived on time but the quality was awful. Cheap tacky buttons. The metal bit on the belt looked rusty and you can tell the colour will fade from the metal quickly. Poor finish. When I buy Karen Millan I expect quality with style. I'm sad but I will have to find another brand.

Ordered the jaquard zebra dress online and was surprised at the terrible quality. I was subsequently told KM has been bought by boohoo. The dress seam was faulty and overall quality was bad. I returned straight away.
