“Would give zero stars if it was possible. I sent them an enquiry about a missing Australia Post returns parcel (the returns label is generated through KM and paid for by the customer) and advised that I could not get a response from Aus Post (which is usual, they usually will only respond to a company/retailer especially when it's a retailer generated returns label). It's also evident in the postal tracking that I lodged the return. I then got a threatening email back from KM (well, Boohoo) accusing me of fraud and saying the "frequency of missing return items far exceeds normal levels" - I enquired about ONE missing item and this seems to be their way of intimidating customers from following up on anything.”

“Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not accept a return for an item that was too small to fit me. Ever worn and the tags were still attached. Even more upsetting because the coat was supposed to be worn for my wedding photos.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned dresses for correct sizes and they have not been returning my money. I just realized this! I have sent many emails and they have been refunding only one out of every 5 dresses I’ve bought. Scandalous company!!!”

“This is not Karen millen Sizes are. ridiculous ,quality is rubbish, what happened to Karen Millen ? that used to be my one shop for everything . Perfect sizing 😀not anymore just cheap rubbish and sales all the time! (As they want you to believe)I used to love this brand and was a loyal customer for over 20 years 🧐😔”

“The WORST website to shop from is Karen Millen. The site switches from the US site to the UK site, therefore creating confusion. When I realized i ordered the wrong size, it was too late and I had no option of canceling nor editing my order. I had to wait to receive the wrong size and pay to ship it back. Customer service at it's worst!!!!!!”

“Shockingly poor quality coat. I previously loved this brand. However, the level of the coat I received is comparable to Primark. The buttons were light and flimsy, the material of the coat was cheap and wrinkly and the chain on the inside for hanging the coat was broken. Premium price tag ✅ Poor quality ✅”

“I have been a Karen Millen customer for close to 10 years, bought everything from coats, workwear to evening gowns from them. They were always such nice quality. I hadn’t bought anything from them in the past two years during Covid. I recently purchased a dress from them, and when I received it I was shocked by the quality. It looks and feels cheaper than a Zara or H&M dress!! Comparing it to all my dresses from them that I’ve bought in the past you wouldn’t even believe it’s from the same brand. Very disappointed, will not be purchasing anything from them anymore although I used to be a devoted customer.”

“Items were shipped from China and UPS claimed I had to give my social security number to received. And after I did the driver demanded an $266 check to release then. Very deceptive and you cannot contact them other than email that are not responded to.”

“They sent me a dress I ordered online filthy with make up and smelled as if someone had worn in on a night out. In the middle of pandemic as well. 😷 the belt on the dress was damaged too.”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would! Their clothes look beautiful on the website but their customer service is horrific. I recently ordered a $300 dress and received the wrong item. Ok, this happens sometimes. I emailed them immediately but didn’t get a response for a couple of days. Then they asked me to take pictures of the item before telling me to send it back. Then after a couple more days, they responded with return instructions. I followed those instructions and sent the item back that day. They also required a picture of the receipt from the post office. Complete unnecessary since the tracking is attached the to USPS label they sent me! Once I sent that, after a few more days they emailed me to see if I still wanted the correct item. Not sure why this was a question since I never asked for a refund. I responded and said yes, and then after 24 hours received another email stating the item had sold out. And here’s the kicker….they said I would have to wait until they received the returned item before getting a refund!! Again, they have the tracking information already!! This is completely unacceptable customer service and at this price point, I would think you would get better service. I will NEVER order from this company again.”

“I ordered a wool coat from them last month, received it and I absolutely loved it. I wore it for one week and the whole thing was falling apart. It was pilling really badly everywhere, and the wool was pulling in multiple places. Really really poor quality. So I returned the coat, and didn’t get a replacement as it was out of stock. They did also refund me a ridiculously expensive duty charge I paid. That’s the only positive thing I will say about them. The following month I checked back and the coat was in stock again. Since I loved it so much I decided to give it another chance, in hopes maybe I just got a lemon. I paid $90 in duties on a $200 item which is again ridiculous, but I really liked the coat. I receive it and pull it out of the bag and I immediately get a strong perfume smell. I look at the coat and it is pulled and pilling everywhere, EXACTLY like the one I had retuned before. I look closer and in the pockets is garbage. Literally a gas receipt from Europe, and some small change. I’m so done with this company. Sending out used, dirty, damaged clothing?? No way.”

“Hopefully you get your order right, the customer service is simple not acceptable. What happened to this brand? I have been ordering form them for many years. It was my last order... I received a white blazer full of blue marker on all the stitches. I paid almost 200$ in duties since I am in Canada, how is this fair? You have to contact them via messenger and you get an answer from someone different everytime they answer you plus they dont read the conversation. Seems like they dont have quality control anymore. Really disapointed.”

“Absolutely devasyed with recent purchase wasn't able to wear the belt as it had no holes in it Unable to contact Karen millen on telephone so had to contact them by email and wait upto 72 hours for a response I will not be buying from them again after being a customer for many years They are making me wait over a week for a refund however taken money from my account straight away I have not been refunded for the postage either On top of this they won't honour a gift voucher despite it only being three days out of their expiry date Extremely disappointed poor quality clothing no quality control and dreadful customer services”

“I bought a KM dress and the classic cuts have now moved to plunging neck lines. I returned that one! I bought a dress during the pandemic, then intended to wear it for work, and the zip broke! Customer service said I couldn't exchange it because it was more than 30 days. It was faulty, and I couldn't wear my work dress when we had lockdowns! Disappointing service given what KM has historically been known for, the KM now is different.”
