“Very disappointed with customer service. I bought on line, no receipt was sent with purchase. I rang Kilkenny design in Emmet Place in Cork. I asked if I could exchange the item. The lady was too busy to deal with my query and would ring back. The call was not returned”

“My most recent shopping experience with the Kilkenny Shop simply mirrors all of my previous experiences; they have all been First Class from start to finish. The Kilkenny Shop physical outlets are well-positioned, and the range and prices of goods in both the physical stores and virtual outlet are excellent. Online order fulfillment is quick and very reasonable. In many cases (for orders over €59), shipping is free. What more could a buyer ask for? I only ever had one issue regarding a stock outage. This issue was dealt with quickly and competently, and favourably.”
