“Generally I'm very pleased with your service but there was an issue with an order on the 26th October and after much emailing and phone calls received my coat last Friday minus 1 scarf not yet delivered so not impressed with this order Marie”

“I bought a jacket from you online. The wrong size was sent and I contacted you to ask how to return it. I did what you said and now the jacket has been sitting in customs in Dublin for three weeks and nothing is happening. I have neither coat nor money and you have ignored my last 2 emails. Don't pretend you care about customer satisfaction - you are the worst shop I have EVER dealt with. Please send me a refund now.”
