“I ordered a bag online as advised by the lovely shop assistant in Newbridge after she checked it was not in the retail stories. The bag was a substantial purchase, and the clerk helped me get the new online promo discount & use a voucher with the balance on cc (credit card). My booking confimation said 3-5 business days for delivery. After 3 weeks and no correspondence re delivery, no answer to calls for customer support, no response to emails, facebook messages, the CC value was refunded. I assume the voucher will be but I fear where to revert if not. I would not reccommend Kilkenny online purchase, albeit the assistant in the store in Newbridge would be the exception to the rest of the customer service experience. Well done to this lady.”

“I am happy with the products ordered from Kilkenny Shop. I like being able to get very attractive and good quality Irish made artisan/ designer products. The range of goods is good also including jewelry pottery, clothes and accessories.”

“I live in the U.S. and had purchased items in the store in the past. Since then I've ordered a few things (clothing, jewelry, housewares) over the years and have always been happy with the items. My most recent purchase included a baking dish, which arrived broken. After one email (with photos), I had a new dish within 2 weeks. The customer service is amazing! Thank you!”

“I was so disappointed to discover wrong Robell trousers posted to me from my online order.I visited your shop in swords with the trousers,lady apologized and said my refund would be organized.After waiting 3 wks and no refund,I again had to visit your shop with my complaint.”

“I ordered a gift, that the receiver received but one of the mugs was broke. She felt bad telling me and then when she did had disposed of the broken mug. They will not credit me or send me a replacement. Horrible service”

“The shopping was easy and delivery to the US was quick. The Voya hair products were not the same quality I had used at the Lough Eske Castle which prompted me to order the pricey shampoo and conditioner. The items I bought did not moisturize my hair at all, the conditioner was terrible. I wasn't sure if a return was possible, if it is I would like to return the items as I am not using them past the first try.”
