“Love the items and love shopping in Kilkenny but won't shop online again. Delivery was slow and when it was delivered by GLS it was thrown over My gate into the garden. No note was left so when I found it the box had collapsed in the rain and covered in Slugs. Luckily nothing was damaged as wrapped in plastic. Contacted Kilkenny who said they Contact An Post, who didn't deliver it.”

“I returned the product on Wednesday 9th November and it was delivered to you by an Post on Thursday 10th and I didn't get my refund yet”

“I am happy with the product, just wish you had queried why I’d need 8 boxes of 6 Coasters, plus I’m sorry I did not look properly at thr price at checkout ☹️ There are a few of my friends which will receive a 6 pack box of Orla Kiely Coasters. Which are colourful and of very good quality. Plus you did try and help me. Customs and tax was the issue with returning them and you not able to send me a returns label. Patricia Heffernan”

“I live in California now, but when I visit Ireland I always shop for gifts at Kilkenny Design and have them sent to the recipients in the US. They always arrive in one piece and at the right time - no complaints at all. And the postage is very reasonable. It's my 'go to' Store every time I visit Dublin.”
