“I had to return some of the purchase in the shop yesterday. While the junior people on the floor were enthusiastic and helpful. I sought assistance from your security guard as to where to return items and he was dismissive. A manager also came to the till when I was being served and interrupted my transaction to discuss something else. Overall a poor reflection on your business”

“, NOT GOODThe goods I purchased were as expected but I found your website difficult. Also you packed heavy things on top of a coat resulting in a very creased coat! The creases didn't hang out and I HAD TO USE THE STEAM IRON ON IT”
